"HOLY SHIT CASS!"

Jax leaps from his spot on the sofa hearing Natalia's loud voice. They have been getting ready for the club for some time now. He has been ready to go for about a half an hour now. He's come to realize that Cassie doesn't seem to mind that he has become close with her best friend. It was only arriving back at the hotel that he fully understood how much Cassie cared for Natalia. 

Flashback

The girls giggle trying to shake off some sand as we arrive back at the hotel room. My eyes not being able to drag away from the curves on Natalia's backside. Fuck, she is gorgeous! Her phone begins ringing as she steps to the door. Cassie takes the key while continue staring like the sailor enraptured by the siren. Natalia finds her phone and I glance over to see 'Keith' lighting up her screen. 

"Hey Keith"

She walks in dropping her purse before walking over into the kitchen. My eyes following her curiously before I feel a pair of eyes on me. Turning my head slightly I find Cassie standing with a smirk on her lips. I clear my throat as she comes to stand beside me turning her gaze to her best friend who is still speaking to her brother about something and pacing the length of the kitchen. 

"She is my light Jackson. Fuck it up and I will ruin you."

I turn with surprised eyes at her nonchalant attitude. She pats my shoulder and walks away as if she didn't just threaten me. Have to admit, was a little impressed by her protectiveness of her best friend. From what Jackson has saw, they are far closer than any friends he has ever known. His eyes following as she begins up the stairs. He walks closer to her glancing at Natalia who is still occupied. 

"Is that a threat Ms. Lyndel?"

She stops and turns to him before answering. 

"It's Cassie..." Her eyes moving to Nat for a second. "And No, it's not a threat... It's a promise."

He raises a brow as she gives him a nod and continues up the stairs. He turns back looking at Natalia who is running her hand through her beach waves while still focusing on the call. He sighs hoping he doesn't fuck whatever this is up...

Flashback Ends

He gets to their room and knocks on the door. A moment later it swings up and Jax feels his eyes lasering in on Natalia... Or more specifically her outfit. 

"Please don't"

Her words are frustrated as she tugs at the jacket. She clearly looks uncomfortable in her dress. Is dress the right word?? Her silk black dress looked more light a silk gown one would wear to bed. Her jean button up he has seen before on her arms. Her legs are partially covered by the thigh high boots. She looks ready to be devoured. As much as he likes this, he equally hates it. Men will be looking her over like he is now. Great...

"Natalia, you look-"

"I know, Cass picked it out for me." She says trying to make the dress cover more than it will stretch.

He steps forward to cup her chin. Her dark hazel eyes locking with his. He leans forward slowly allowing her the chance to move away or object. She just leans in and their lips graze momentarily. 

"You look sexy sweetheart" He says softly against her lips. He can see the small blush rising to her cheeks as his thumb brushes over it. 

AHEM

Both turn their heads as Cass stands their in a dark outfit but that isn't what shocks Jackson. 

"Cassie? What did you-"

"It's a wig, calm down." She touches the dark locks gently while Jackson continues to stare at her. She looks nothing like the artist he has seen grazing the covers of magazines. It isn't bad on her but it isn't her. "No one will recognize me"

"I agree"

Jackson nods while Natalia leaves the door walking over to help check her friend's hair. Jackson getting a view of her backside again. 

"He's staring at your ass"

"CASS!"

Jackson chokes on the air while Natalia turns red while reprimanding her friend. Cass just leans forward kissing her cheek before walking around her to leave the room. Jackson still standing by the door with his own red face while Natalia slowly turns back around. 

"Can we pretend that didn't happen."

Jackson thinks about it for a minute while studying her face. Deciding to be bold, he walks forward to her. Stopping toe to toe with her. The boots making them almost equal in height. Her eyes locked on his own but her breathing has picked up. He brings his hand up to move her hair back as he gently grips the back of her neck and his other arm encircling her waist to pull her to his chest. He likes seeing her all flustered... off balance. He likes knowing he can stir this reaction from her. Leaning down gently, his nose runs down her hair before his lips hover over her ear. 

"I would rather you know that I can't stop staring..."

She unconsciously tilts her head slightly as his hand leaves her neck to run through her locks before gripping it slightly. His lips continue to have a tantalizing slow pace from her ear to her jaw before hovering over their destination. 

"Jax"

Her breathless tone encouraging him to attach yet again to the succulent petals that grace her face. She has the sweetest lips he has ever tasted and the softness making him yearn for more. He groans as she parts her mouth slightly giving him the entrance he so desperately wanted. Her own breathy moan escaping as his hand tightens in her dark locks refusing any room between them. Her own hands now gripping his jacket in a death grip as she gives back equally to him. He couldn't help but turn and slightly push her up against the nearest wall. A gasp escaping her by the sudden motion but her eyes dilation letting him know she is enjoying this equally.

"Come on you two!"

He releases her stepping back hearing Cassie's voice from outside the room. Turning his eyes back, he watches as she brings her fingers to her lips as if trying to figure out if that was real. He takes a step gently pecking her once before taking her hand into his. With a deep exhale, he leads them out of the room and down the stairs where an impatient brunette stands with a knowing look. 

"Wow Nat! You are positively glowing."

"Knock it off Cass or I will tell Jax all about the Sharpie incident."

The smug grin replaced with a look of horror. Jackson couldn't help but chuckle wondering what the story was there. Natalia gently tugs his hand as they walk out with Cass coming behind them. All getting on the elevator as Cass stands there with her arms crossed in front of them. The tension is palpable before finally the new brunette whips around flaying her arms. 

"It was your fault!"

With that Natalia laughs loudly along with Jackson. Cassie stomps her foot but can't help but smile as well. She softly punches Nat's arm as she continues to laugh. The dinging of the elevator bringing them back to the present as Cassie turns back around. She puts on sunglasses exiting the elevator. Nat wraps her arm through Jax' while he pulls her closer. They both step out following Cassie. Jackson's eyes glancing around and is happy to find no paparazzi so far. Tate already informed him that they have been searching high and low for Cassie. She is in all the headlines so far wondering where she disappeared to. 

"Jax?"

Shaking his head, he turns to the siren on his arm. She nods towards his door and he realizes he needs to unlock it. He does and opens the passenger door and back door allowing Cassie to slide into the backseat while Natalia takes the passenger seat. He closes the door and jogs around to the driver door hopping in. He starts up the car as the music blares through the speakers. Talia being quick to turn it down as both her and Jax turn around. A sheepish smile on Cassie's face while she nervously chuckles with a small 'oops'. 

Jackson fits all the mirrors and the stereo sounds before pulling out onto the road. His hand unconsciously going to the bare dark skin on Natalia's upper leg. Her head whipping to his hand before looking to him. He suppresses the urge to smirk keeping his eyes on the road. After a moment, Natalia clears her throat but doesn't push his hand away. Her eyes glued outside her window. A grin taking over Jax' lips while his thumb rubs circle onto her smooth skin. 

"Care to tell me the story of the Sharpie?"

Both woman turning to him as Cass leans forwards. Her hand going to cover Natalia's lips. 

"Don't EVEN think about it."

She quickly retracts her hand as Natalia licks it. A look of disgust on Cassie's face as she yanks her hand back rubbing on her pants. Natalia holds her chin high while smiling widely. Jackson shakes his head gently at their childlike behavior. 

It doesn't take them long to roll up to a club with bright neon lights. Natalia squeezes Jackson's arm as he parks the car. Jackson takes notice at her tense figure as he returns a squeeze to her leg. The notion seeming to help while an excited squeal escapes Cassie in the back seat. She flings the door open excited to be here. He watches as Natalia's eyes dance over the building before looking to him. He is quick to lean forward giving her a reassuring kiss before pulling back. She gives him a warm smile before turning to push her door open. He follows suit getting out to lead the girls in with one on each arm. 

"Oh YAAASSSS!"

He looks to the bouncer he is looking at him up and down. He gulps realizing maybe they won't be staring at Natalia all night. The bouncer who is wearing more makeup than both the girls combined looks to both girls before snapping his fingers. 

"YOU GIRLS LOOK LIKE DAMN QUEENS!"

Cassie and Natalia giggle as he lifts the rope allowing them entrance. Their eyes dancing over all interior. It was one gigantic room with a runway down the center with tables set up all around. The ceiling is littered in different colored lights and multiple disco balls that are bouncing the lights everywhere. A bar lies the length of one side where they can see their are more 'men' wearing tight dresses with makeup done to perfection. Jackson leads the girls to a table near the stage. A moment later, a waiter comes up looking like a 'Cher' look-a-like. They each order drinks as other guest begin to fill the remaining tables before the lights dim. A woman with big blonde hair and ginormous boobs walks out. 

"My name is Dolly Parton y'all! Welcome to Lips!"

A round of claps occur while Jackson begins chugging his drink not sure if he will be able to handle this night. 'Dolly' introduces the first singer of the night. A man who looks more like Tina Turner than Jackson would care to admit. Proud Mary roaring to life as some back up dancers come up to help. Jackson feels his jaw slack earning a soft laughter from the beauty beside him. He turns his eyes to her to see her covering her mouth while looking to him.

Cass begins waving her arms in the air as 'Tina' walks down the runway before she begins to sing along. Nat mirrors her images and begins waving her arm that isn't attached to Jackson's before singing along as well. Jackson watches as Tina leans her microphone out allowing the audience to join in. His blood spiking as she comes near them and allows Cassie's voice to sing into the mic. The Tina look alike seems to be surprised and her helpers quickly come off the stage to their table. Cass turns to her friend who is laugh while shooing her away. Jax isn't sure it's the best idea but watches as the drag queen's drag Cassie up and to the stage. She gets up their and Tina comes to her putting the mic between their lips allowing her to sing as well. 

"WOOHOO!"

He turns hearing Natalia hooting at Cassie. The newly brunette looking to her with a wide smile and having fun dancing with the backup dancers easily falling into step. Tina finishes the song and comes over hugging Cassie as she whispers something and Cassie nods. Tina turns back to the crowd. 

"Thank my special guest tonight everyone!"

Jackson exhales that she wasn't recognized as she gets applause stepping down from the stage. She comes back over getting a hug from Natalia before taking her seat. The evening including many... MANY drag queens, and a slightly buzzed Cassie. The only down side was Cassie finally discovered by a few of the drag queens near the end. After a few photos and autographs, they made a quick getaway to get back to the hotel.
