Sakura's POV
I sighed as I made a copy of the ingredients for the antidote. Walking out, I saw the woman from before with her father and some guards.

"Head councillor." I gave a tiny bow. "Haruno Sakura-san." He gave a deep bow, a lot deep than mine. "Daddy!! What are you doing?!" The girl screeched.

"Show some respect for our saviour who killed Rokoru." He scolded. Her eyes widened. "But she bullied me and made the old lady with her children have treatment for FREE!" She screeched.

I rolled my eyes. "You bullied my daughter?!" He yelled. "No I didn't. She asked the lady for ¥7500 just just two treatments for her children. Don't believe me? Ask them." I pointed behind them to Anya and her children.

They all turned and faced Anya, her sleeping children, husband and anbu black ops from Konoha.

"Sakura-sama..." They bowed. I nodded. "Is it true about what my daughter said to you?" He asked. Anya looked at my and I nodded with approval.

"Yes sir. She said that I had to pay ¥7500 for the treatment of my babies, but Sakura-san was kind enough to heal them for me and give me a place to stay once I move to Konoha." She explained before bowing.

I glanced at the gold digger, who's face was as red as fuck. I laughed silently.

"Make sure they get to the village safely alright?" I asked. The anbus nodded before guiding them to the exit/entrance of the village.

I turned back to the councillor, "You need to stop spoiling your daughter head council. Oh....any, I suggest Gaara of the sand to be the next kazekage." I said before walking off and back into the hospital.

"Haruno-san....thank you for saving my life." The patient bowed. I leaned against the wall and sighed.

"Leave the akatsuki alone. They'll kill you if you don't." I said before walking over to the window.

"You know they?" The man asked. "You could say that. I've killed on in the past but seriously....leave them alone. Sasori of the Red Sand has invented a very deadly poison that could of killed you in a matter of hours." I glared outside.

"Without the antidote, you could've been dead you know that? So leave them or anyone you see with a black coat and red clouds on it alone." I suggest before walking outside and heading to the greenhouse.

"Haruno-san, the ingredients are ready." One of the nurses said and I nodded. Heading over to the marble table, I quickly made a huge amount of the antidote before separating them into medium size tubes, they could hold just enough of the antidote to cure you completely.

"Haruno-san, we are running out of of this grass." A nurse pointed out. I looked over. Walking over there, I casted a jutsu that would help it grow big amounts over time.

"It's alright. I've made enough with the extra ingredients, I think I've made enough for maybe about...150 patients? Anyways, I'm going to take twenty of those with me. And also, the only way to get any of the antidote of the tube is by injecting it into someone....I've put a jutsu on them, to tell you who made it." I explained.

They nodded and bowed before I left.

Naruto's POV

I tried poking Sasuke awake from his random afternoon nap.

"Wake up Teme!" I yelled in his ear...... No response.

I took a deep breath in. "WAKE UP!!" I screamed. "What are you?! Dead?!" I yelled frustrated. I sighed. Then, he disappeared into smoke.

........What....?

"NANI?!?!?!?!?!" I screamed and stood up.

"Sasuke teme!! BAKA!!!!" I screamed.

It was a goddam clone!!!!!

"AAAAAGGGGHHHHHH!!!!! SASUKE-TEME!!!!" I screamed and birds flew away from me.

"Be quiet Naruto." Kakashi-sensei glared as he jumped down from the tree. "B-But. But Sasuke!" "What about Sasuke?" I jumped and turned to find the owner of that voice. Sakura.

His clone had disappeared so his somewhere in the village. She sighed and rolled her eyes. "Hey guys." We all turned our attention to Gaara. "Gaara-oni-sama!" Sakura squealed and hugged him.

"Wait...Sakura-chan....how is your chakra so high now?" I asked. Sensei snapped his head towards her.

"A little trick I learnt on my own." She shrugged. I nodded and then spotted Teme.

"OI! SASUKE-TEME!!!!!" I shouted and he looked our way. I watched as his eyes landed on Sakura and he walked towards us.

"Say....Gaara-kun?" Sakura asked. "Hm?" "Is Shukaku still inside you?" She blurted out. He nodded calmly. "We have now become friends." He explained.

I grinned widely and Sakura hugged him.

"Um...Sakura....can I talk to you in private for a sec?" He asked Sakura-chan. She glared him, then sighed.

"Fine..."

Sakura's POV
It's been a whole week and we were back in Konoha. I sighed as I headed towards the hokage's tower with the two bakas following me.

"Why do you keep on sighing Sakura-chan?" Naruto question. I twitched my brow. "Why are we going to the hokage's tower Sakura-chan?" He asked. Again.

"If you don't shut the fuck up Naruto, I will send you flying to the moon, got that?!" I threatened and pointed a finger at him.

He swallowed that lump in his throat and nodded why backing away. "Good." I replied.

As we reached the office, I knocked on the door and waited for an answer. "Come in." An old voice called. Walking in, I made sure that the door was closed and windows were closed before activating my jutsu to make sure this room's information will not leaked out.

"What's wrong Sakura-san?" Hokage-sama asked. I nodded my head to the bakas. "They came from the future too." I narrowed my eyes at them. The hokage's eyes widened.

"H-How?" I shrugged. "Asked them." I said and leaned against the door. "I used the fuumetsu mangekyou sharingan." Sasuke replied. My eyes widened slightly. Obito was able to master that? Meaning that Kakashi should've been able to use it. Meaning that.....

"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!" I screamed making everyone jump. "U-Uh...Sakura-san? Are you alright?"

"No! I am so not fucken alright....KAKASHI!!!!!!" I screamed and release the jutsu on the room. "HATAKE KAKASHI! IF YOU DON'T GET IN HERE NOW! I'LL FUCKEN SEND YOU FLYING TO THE SUN!!!" I screamed.

There was then a poof of smoke and Kakashi appeared with a book in his hand. I stomped up to him and punched him in the stomach.

"Did you have to do that Sakura?" The real Kakashi asked as his clone disappeared. I glared at him.

"Okay okay. Clam down." He held up his hand in defeat.

"Why? Why did you put on a show Kakashi?" I asked. "I don't know what you're talking about." He said.

"Oh, cut the bullshit Hatake." I bellowed. "You came from the future when Uchiha came didn't you? Not only that.....I bet you brought someone with you." I bellowed deeper.

He looked at me wide eye and closed his book. I re-activated the jutsu on the room.

"Who did you bring back?" I glared. He scratched the back of his head. "Let me guess....you didn't just bring back one person did you?" I sighed.

"I give up." I took the jutsu off the room again and teleported home. Flopping on my bed, I wanted to smack someone. No. I want to punch someone.

I stood up and headed downstairs where mum and dad were. "Sakura! Just in time for lunch honey." Mum smiled. I beamed a smile back at her.

Sitting down at the dining table, I ate my egg salad sandwich while discussing things about the Konoha hospital and how it was going. I told her about Anya and she said she would want to meet her one day.

After lunch I headed towards the hospital. I didn't want to waste chakra, so I just walked there.

On the way to the hospital. I saw a bunch of people k thought I wouldn't see bunched up together until the future.

Konoha 12, Kakashi and Sasuke.

I stopped and looked at them. "Sakura-" "don't" I said and let on walking to the hospital. "Sakura. Wait please. I have a letter from Lady Hokage herself." I stopped in my tracks and turned to Kakashi.

He held a scroll with a diamond seal on it. "This seal....can only be opened once we or anyone is able to get the seal on your forehead." Ino said.

The moment I took the scroll, it started flowing and the seal came off. I opened it and read the letter.

Sakura,
If you're reading this, it means that you've been able to hand the past and save us all. I sent Kakashi and Konoha 12 back into the past. But. There is one thing I didn't tell you. Since Kakashi was there when you went to the past, I got him to copy the jutsu and write it down on the end of this letter. He cannot perform he jutsu again became it is only a one time use with who's ever chakra. This jutsu contains the rest of my chakra and will send you back into the past where everything, everything would change. You might forget all that has happened so far, because traveling back in time twice can damage your memories and make you forget everything. Be Careful. I'm glad I adopted you after your parents. I love you.

Your mother, Hokage and family

I was crying by the end of the letter. I couldn't believe it. It was true. Lady Tsunade was my adopted mother after my parents passed away on a mission.

"Sakura?" I looked up to see Konoha 12 looking at me. I smiled to them. "Thank you for this letter. I cried. "You have me my mother's last wish." They looked at me confuse. "Mother?"

I nodded. "She adopted me after the death of my parents." I explained. They looked at me wide eyes. "I'll have to enter the past again. But this time. It looks like its going to be a different world. So this world you can continue." I said.

"But...b-but what about your parents?" "Don't worry. Once I leave this world. This body would still be here and remember everything so far." They all nodded and hugged me.

We then all decide to head towards the hokage's tower.

"Good luck Sakura-san." Hokage-sama said. I nodded and hugged Konoha 12, Sasuke and Kakashi. "Thank you everyone. Good luck with the future and say goodbye to Gaara for me please." I said.

Then. Sasuke did something I would of punched him for. He kissed me in front of everyone. "Ooooo! Get a room lovebirds!" Everyone hooted.

I pulled back and blushed.

Giving him one last kiss on the cheeks, I activated the portal and entered a different world.
