"Cherry blossom style!...
Sakura's POV
"Cherry blossom style! Tornado Petals!" I chanted and clapped my hands together. A tornado swirled around them and lifted all of them up. "Sasuke! Naruto! Now!" I ordered. They gave a sharp nod before performing their jutsus' with quick hand signs. "Fire Phoenix!" Sasuke chanted. "Rasangan!" Naruto held out his rasangan and Sasuke blew his jutsu into it. The jutsu flew out even bigger and into the tornado. The minute it touched the tornado, it set the entire thing on fire. Screams were heard and I winced. Letting the jutsu go, the men were burnt and were thrown into the water.
"Kakashi-sensei...." I turned towards him when he placed a hand on my shoulder. "It's alright Sakura, they were criminal who killed many innocent just to get what they wanted." I nodded and sighed. I turned back to the water and sighed again. "Let's go, Sakura-san." Haku told me. I nodded. "You guys go back first." They hesitated, but left afterwards.
Turning around. I glanced at the limp, dead body of Gato that landed into the bridge. Take a deep breath, I lifted one of my hands and the and water rose. It carried all the dead bodies, including Gato's and me and carried us over to solid ground. Lifting my other hand up, the ground lifted up and the I made the water place the bodies under it. I gently let the ground crumble onto their bodies before tying two pieces of wood together to make a cross and sticking in the ground in front of where they were buried.
I bowed and turned around. Glancing back, I shut my eyes tightly. Teleporting to back to Gato's house, I entered the house and everyone's attention snapped towards me. "What?" I asked. Inari ran up to her crying and jumped. She caught him and he nuzzled his head in her neck. "Inari? What's wrong? Why is he crying?" I asked. Naruto scratched the back of his head. "Naruto..." I warned. He laughed awkwardly. I walked over to him. "U-Um Sakura-chan... I swear, all I did was try to talk to him..." He said. "Yeah, before you made a stupid face and scare him." Sasuke scoffed. Tsunami smiled warmly at me and giggled.
"His taken a liking to you." I nodded before smacking Naruto with my free hand. "That's for scaring him. His just a kid, don't do that, they'll get nightmares." He rubbed his cheeks, crying and nodding. "Ok, Sakura-chan, I try not to do that again..." He fake cried. I sweat dropped as he sat in front of a wall and mumbled to himself.
"Lunch is ready..." Tsunami giggled and started taking out the plates. I walked over with Inari in my arms and helped. He sobbed a bit but stopped crying and his breath slowed. He was falling asleep. Placing the last plate down, I patted his back and rubbed it. He snuggled closer and yawned in his sleep. "Oh, here, I'll take Inari." Tazuna said. "I don't know...." I answered, unsure if I should give Inari to him, since Inari did come running to me after all. Tazuna reached out and gently took Inari out of my arms slowly.
"Nn...no! Waahh!" He started crying again as he awoke. His hands flung onto me and held my shirt tightly. "Shh, shh...it's ok." I cooed. Tazuna looked more surprised than ever. "He's become even more attached to you by the minute." He chuckled. "I'll take him to his room." I told the group. Haku looked interested in what I was doing while Zabazu was staring at me and the child in my arms.
"Wanna come help, Haku?" He hesitated, but nodded. Getting up, he followed me to Inari's room. "How are you coping with Naruto and Sasuke so far?" I asked him quietly. "Good." He answered and gave a small smile. "Naruto?" I called, sensing his chakra coming near us. His head popped in the room. "Yea?" He asked quietly and watched as I tucked Inari in. "Where is the closest seal in Konoha near the hokage's building?" I asked him. "The roof of the building." I lifted a brow. "What? I was bored, so I placed seals around the village that only the three of us can use." I chuckled and shook my head. "Go eat lunch you two, I'll be back later." The nodded and Haku walked out the room.
Closing the door, I teleported myself to the hokage's roof. Jumping down, I walked into the building and knocked on the door.
"Come in." The third hokage answered.
Opening the door, I entered the the hokage looked up before he was surprised to see me. "Sakura-san? Where are the other members of your team?" He asked. "I came here early to inform you on some new arrivals for the village...."
Normal POV
After Sakura had informed the hokage, he had listened carefully and started writing a contract to show them when they are back. She teleported back to the front of Tazuna's house and walked in. "Lunch?" Tsunami asked. Sakura nodded and smiled, heading over to the table, she sat down next to her and started eating her portion of food while chatting with Tsunami. Naruto and Sasuke had glanced at the pinkette here and there. 'It was like she knew everything.' They both thought.
Kakashi and Zabuza were chatting and discussing oh where should stay and what missions they would take in Konoha. Haku was staring and eating the food, he had a small smile on his face. Sakura saw and mentally giggled. "So when are you guys going to go back? Not tomorrow right?" Tsunami asked. Kakashi shook his head. "No, maybe after the bridge is built." Tazuna nodded and smiled. "That will be fine." He thought.
Lunch had went by quickly and Tsunami had placed aside a plate for little Inari when he woke up.
-/ 2 Weeks later -\
Thanks to the help of team 7 with Zabuza and Haku, they were able to finish in two weeks. There were no attacks and no one died. Everyone was safe. "Thank you for these past two week, all of you." Tazuna bowed. The six of the, nodded and bowed back. "We have also decided a name for this bridge." He said, looking towards Naruto. "We have decided to call it The Great Naruto Bridge." He said. Naruto smiled widely and scratched the back of his head. "Thanks you guys!" He called out before they all left the village. "Bye Inari!" Sakura called. Inari was crying and sobbing, not wanting Sakura to go. He had become very attached to the girl, her warm nature and how they had something in common.
He had hugged her tightly before Tsunami told him that they would see each other again someday. Sakura ruffled his hair before catching up the group. "Bye!" Naruto waved. Sasuke nodded before turning around.
"Let's take the quick way...shall we?" Sakura asked. Naruto and Sasuke nodded. She instructed sensei to hold onto Naruto's shoulder while Zabuza held onto Sasuke and Haku on her's. Using the teleportation jutsu, they appeared in the front gates of Konoha. Izumo and Kotestu instantly stood up as they saw us with two missing ninjas. "It's alright, the third hokage knows about this." She told them. Showing them a scroll. Opening it, they read through it quickly before nodded at us. "Lets take another short cut..." Naruto said and then jumped up onto a building's roof. They followed, luckily not gaining too much attention of the villagers below.
*Knock! Knock!*
"Come in." The third hokage spoke. We entered and he looked up from his paper work before taking out a scroll from one of his drawers. "Hello, Zabuza, Haku." He greeted, the nodded and bowed back respectfully.
-/ After the 3rd Hokage told them everything they needed to hear\-
"This is scroll that contains any information you need inside, but if you have something to ask me that's not on the scroll, then please come anytime, except after midnight." Zabuza and Haku nodded. "You both will be staying in the Haruno compound as you know, that is where Sakura lives as the heiress. You are all dismissed. Oh and welcome to Konoha." They nodded and we all bowed before heading out. "Well, we'd better be quick, I've gotta catch up with the girls for some training later." The duo nodded and followed me as we jumped from roof to roof towards my clan's compound.
"And these two rooms will be your bedroom. Please ask the maids here for anything you need, but please! Please don't scare them half death." Sakura begged and they both nodded in unison before she smiled at them and teleported to the usual training ground the girls and she would hang around and train in. "Sakura! You're back!" They squealed and hugged, laughing as Sakura fell off my balance. "So about medical ninjutsu..." She started.
"Ok, I'm done here." Sakura said and sighed in relief. They had practise their medical ninjutsu in the Konoha hospital in order to one, see how fat or long they can heal for, and two, actually healed the injured the patients. Sakura instructed her patient to take which medicine and at what time. The patient nodded and thanked her before becoming discharged from Konoha hospital. "Who's the next patient?" Sakura asked her helping hand nurse. She looked through the clipboard she was holding and instructed the child over to the next patient.
"Hmm...." Sakura scanned through the patient's chart. "Poison.....?" She questioned. The nurses in the room looked at the child shocked. She was only a chunin and already can tell if was a poison after reading one of the three charts, they were embarrassed that a child could figure it out in less than a couple of minutes when it took them hours. The patient wheezed out, "I-It hurts... H-Help me."
"Quickly get me these! You have taken too long, he is in critical state!" Sakura ordered and furiously wrote down words that popped into her. Her eyes glinted when a darker tint of emerald and it was like a memory she lost had came back. She recognised the body from her memory, it was one of the sand siblings, Kankuro. He was poisoned and didn't have much time.
"Who are you to order us? You're just a child." The head nurse huffed, annoyed that a child would try boss her around. "Not drama again....." Sakura groaned and passed the list to her helper. The nurse scanned over it before her eyes widened. "I need those in fifteen minutes. Hurry, if you don't he will die. The poison is spreading everywhere in his body." She warmed. The nurse rushed out and others that trusted the child followed.
Activating her 100 mark seal, the head nurse's eyes widened. The only person she's every ready about that has that seal was Senju Tsunade herself. Granddaughter of the first daughter, the best medical ninja in the world. The seal turned back after it was activated and formed a butterfly like crest on her forehead. She then placed her hand onto the man's body.
Her hands glowed bright green as he tried to stable his critical condition. She shut her eyes and poured her chakra into stabling him. The head nurse and all the nurses that had just came in, eyes's widened. The man's body turned green as the green healing chakra surrounded his body. Sakura bit her lip as pain shot through her body for just a second. Then, she moved her hand away from the man. He was breathing steadily now and wasn't wheezing.
"Here you go, Sakura-sama." Sakura turned one of the nurses confused. He was from her clan. She nodded and instructed them. "Hold him down." She ordered.
-/ After removing the poison like from Kankuro \-
"I'll need to make an antidote now. I'll need these..." She said, writing down what she needed. Passing it to one of nurses who rushed out to prepare the herbs and things needed from the antidote. Sakura sighed and cleaned her slightly bloodied hand before drying them and helping the others bandage the man's open cuts.
"Sakura-sama? Here are all the things you asked for." She nodded and got to work. Remembering what the memory in her head made. Finishing off the antidote, she gave a large cup to the man who had woken up half way through when she was making the antidote. "Thank you....but how do you know the antidote and if this was a poison?" He asked her. "Simple, your chart shows it, the high levels of your body reacting to it and you pain. You didn't have bad physical injuries that we could see, you I was sure it was a poison. But for the antidote, I think I've come across that poison in the past where a dear friend was in critical condition. It took me hours to make the right antidote that would kill that poison forever." She explained, trying to recall more of the memory.
The man nodded and thanked her once more. Then something else flashed in her mind. Crimson eyes, blood red clouds on black cloaks, purple eyes...the rinnegan. She shook her head. "Red clouds....?" She mumbled. The man looked at the child shocked. "H-How do you know? They had red clouds on black cloaks and they call themselves, Akatsuki." Sakura nodded her head. That name sounded familiar. Way too familiar for her liking. She shook her head again before sighing.
"Here, take this with you home. Drink this tomorrow just to ensure the poison is permanently gone for good." She passed him a small tube filled with the solution and he nodded. He thanked her once again before she left the room for her next patient. "Sakura? Aren't you tiring out your chakra?" The helping nurse asked her. She shook her head. "No, my chakra storage if larger than many people. I've been training myself to contain more chakra in my body without over flowing it." The nurse was more surprised to hear about this, 'This child is full of mysteries..' She thought.
"Sakura? We finished our list. You finished?" Hinata asked the pinkette. Sakura smiled and nodded. "Yeah I finished my last patient not long ago. I think we should leave the minor injured ones to the other doctors." They nodded, agreeing with Sakura. "Let's go. She should spar a little more before the boys come looking for us to eat dinner." Tenten suggested before laughing. "I bet five bucks that Naruto is going to try convince us to eat Ichiraku's again." Ino called before we teleported to our training spot.
"Ino, you know that Naruto is like that, he loves ichiraku's." Sakura stretched the word. They all laughed and started sparring.
-/ Ten minutes later \-
"I think we should be getting back." Sakura suggested.
"Mmhmm, before the boys find this place." Temari agreed.
"Let's go." Tenten disappeared from sight, leaving behind chakra strings.
"Oh well." Hinata giggled and disappeared, leaving behind glowing lotus.
"I really hate this sometimes." Ino groaned and disappeared, leaving behind lilies.
"Let's go, Sakura." Temari said before she disappeared, leaving purple roses behind.
Sakura laughed and followed after the four, leaving her cherry blossom petals behind.
"Itachi!" Sakura exclaimed and jumped on him.
He caught her and chuckled.
"It's been a while my blossom." Itachi said.
Itachi had been on a mission with his anbu team before team 7 went on theirs.
Sasuke watched, his fingers twitching.
"Let's go eat! I'm hungry!" Naruto whined and hugged Hinata by her waist.
"Let's decide everyone." Hinata rolled her eyes.
"But I'm hungry..." He cried. She sweat dropped and patted his head.
"We went to Ichiraku's last time." She stated and he hugged her even tighter, crying.
"Well, since we are all here, and no ones on a mission, let's have a bbq!" Choji cheered.
Shikamaru yawned and nodded. "As long as I can sit back somewhere."
Temari elbowed him in the stomach.
"Let's go...shall we?" Sai had recently joined the group. Danzo had went missing and the mark on his tongue had disappeared. He was placed on team 7 by the hokages and Naruto was a bit confused. But annoyed that Sai wouldn't talk properly, only sarcastically, and would keep fake smiling. Sakura ended up punching him as he said something too familiar that angered her, since one, the same sentence repeated in her mind, but in a different place and time, and two, that echoed through her mind and before she realised it, she had punched him and sent him flying.
The large group walked towards a popular new bbq restaurant that Choji had suggested. Itachi had his arms around the blossom's waist while she was humming peacefully and quietly to herself as they walked. The large group had attracted many others' attention. Most of the villagers had recognised most everyone in that group. The Uchiha prodigy with his brother, the Haruno prodigy heiress, the Hyuuga heiress and Hyuuga prodigy, the fourth hokage's son, the next generation of Ino-Shika-Cho, the infamous Abunara clan, the infamous Inuzuka clan, one'll seven of Konoha's best weapon masters, second best taijutsu masters and the three infamous sand siblings.
"Isn't that the Uchiha prodigy and Haruno prodigy?" One of the villagers muttered.
"Are they a couple?"
"If they are, then that's one strong couple..."
"Yikes...them too..."
"The fourth's son and the Hyuuga heiress." The villagers went on.
The group were oblivious to them, they were all chatting among themselves. "Itachi? You don't have any missions for the rest of this month...do you...?" Sakura asked the elder Uchiha. "No." He replied, tightening his grip on her waist a little. "Let's train." She suggested. He smirked. "Alright, then we can have a sparring competition between the two of us." He told her before bending down to her ear. "And the winner gets something in return." He whispered so his younger brother couldn't hear them. She rolled her eyes and giggled. "But remember, I am not running four laps around the village if you win again." She pouted.
"Of course not my cherry blossom. Not this time." He smirked, thinking of another to get her mad. The cherry blossom poured and looked away from the raven. "Hmph."
-/ A few days later \-
Sakura and Itachi were walking hand in hand around Konoha's forest, inside the village. It was peaceful and you could hear birds chirping and animals lingering around. Suddenly the group shook and a loud scream was heard.
"AAAHHH!!!"
