Good friends

Sakura's POV
Sakura awoke with a groan and rubbed her eyes as she saw white. "Where am I?" She croaked out as she sensed another chakra signal in the room. "In the hospital. You fainted when we got here." Itachi's voices rang through the room. "Thank you." I said and got up slowly. Glancing at the time on the wall, it was only 7:30 in the morning. There was a knock on the door and a nurse came walking in with a glass of water and some pills.

"Here are some pain killers and your water." The nurse smiled and placed them on the table beside my hospital bed. I returned the smile with a small one and got out of bed. "Let me check your chakra levels..." She trailed off and as went to get the clipboard at the end of the bed. "Sakura...." Itachi breathed out with relief.

"Ok...your chakra levels are fine now. They are back to normal. You can check out now if you want." With that, she walked out the room. "Well...I have school so I better get check out." I said and slipped out of the bed. Itachi followed behind and signed me out before walking me to my compound in silence. "Sakura-sama!" Some of the maids including Shuie was there wait for me.

'It's a good thing we hid halve of our chakra.'

"Thank you Itachi-san." I bowed. "Any time.... I need to you train Sasuke now. He is such an early bird. Goodbye." He said before disappearing into smoke. I walked into the compound and the maids followed begin while asking me questions. "Sakura-sama! What's that diamond on your forehead? Did you paint it there?" One of them asked as they tried to rubbed it off my forehead.

-/ To the academy \-

I walked into the academy Naruto bumped into me. I fell back but was caught by a large arm. I turned to see Itachi smiling at me and Sasuke holding my weights. "Itachi-san. Sasuke-san." I greeted. Sasuke passed me my weights and I thanked him. I slipped on the weight on my wrist and ankle before holding my waist weight in my hands. "Excuse me." Said before jumping into a tree where most of the leaves were able to cover me. I held my shirt up a bit and slid on the weights before jumping back down. I patted my shoulders and smiled at the boys.

'Remind me to go add more weights after school, inner.'

'No problems!'

"What's that purple diamond on your forehead Sakura-chan?" Naruto asked, snapping everyone's but Itachi's attention to me. "It's just persevered chakra that I was able to contain that. my body will use or I will use when I need strength and healing. It's actually not quite useful now but will be when we become genins." I smiled. The guys smiled back at me.

"Aren't those heavy?" Naruto asked. I shook my head. "I've been wearing them for four months now." I answered and smiled. Naruto looked at me confused before smiling. "Hey Sakura! Do you want to come with me and teme to train and practise the shadow clone jutsu after school?" He asked me. I blinked a few times looking at him before smiling and nodding. "Yosha!" Naruto pumped his fist in the air before dragging me and Sasuke into the building of the academy. I waved bye to Itachi as we entered the building and classroom.

"Kyaa! Sasuke-kun! Naruto-kun!" Many of the girls squealed. (See what I did there? *wink wink*). Of course they would get attention...who wouldn't want to be the hokage's son's girlfriend or the strong Uchiha clan's second born's girlfriend? I sighed to myself as people gave me glares and stares while the boys just gave me sympathetic looks. Over theses past years, Naruto, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Kiba, Choji, Ino, Hinata and Shino have all become great friends, and of course they found out about my parents' death just at the end of last year.

"Hey Sakura-chan! Wanna sit with Hinata and me?" Ino asked. I smiled at them and said hi. "Yeah go sit with them forehead! So that I can sit between Sasuke-kun and Naruto-kun." The most annoying voice laughed. I turned to face Uzumaki Karin. (There's gonna be some drama mama in this chapter alright~! ^_~*) I sighed and glared at her. "Woah! What's that on your forehead, forehead?" She asked. "Ignore her Saku-chan she's just jealous." Ino said. Boys around us snickered as Karin's face turned as red as her hair.

"What did you say you little blonde?!" She screeched and went to slap Ino. She lifts her hand up and swung it down, my reflexes got the best of me and I caught it before it collided with Ino's face. "Back off Karin. You hurt her, I hurt you." I growled and pushed back a bit. She the aimed to slap me, I just stood there and watched as she lifted her hand to smack me.

*Smack!*

My eyes widened as Naruto was in front of me. Karin has slapped him. "Oh my gosh! Naruto!" I gasped as I saw him give me a sheepish smile before turning back to Karin. "You should get into fights cousin. Especially when it to our friends." Naruto said and Sasuke took a step forwards as he said 'Especially to our friends.' "Kyaa! So cool!" The girl screeched.

"Are y-you o-ok N-N-Naruto-kun?" Hinata stuttered. "Che-weak!" Karin coughed. I glared at her and she glared back. "Stop glaring Karin, it's not like you've beaten Sakura-chan in a spar. Heck even can have one until we graduate." Suigetsu laughed. 'Why did Orochimaru let him and Jugo join the academy again? Aren't they older than us.....?' I thought to myself. "I hate to admit it, but Suigetsu-san is right about one thing, Karin-san, stop glaring, because it won't do you any good." Jugo said.

Karin gave a grumpy 'hmph' and looked away from me. I just shrugged. "I'll sit besides you guys! Naruto-kun! Sasuke-kun!" The girls yelled. I winced at their high pitched voice and headed towards Ino and Hinata until two arms pulled me down. I landed between Sasuke and Naruto who were smirking. "Gome girls. But we already have someone with us." Naruto smiled.  "C-Chottomatte! (W-Wait a minute!) I can't-" "Please help us, besides, Iruka-sensei is almost here!" Sasuke and Naruto begged quietly.

I rolled my eyes and gave an apologetic look at the Ino and Hinata. They nodded and smiled backend gave me a sympathetic look, saying that they feel sorry for me. I chuckled and sat down. "Take a seat class! Enough chattering and drama in here." Sensei yelled. Everyone took they seats quickly and the room almost went silent. I sighed as I felt stares dagger into my side.

As Shikamaru would say, "So troublesome." I grumbled under my breath as sensei started talking.

--/ After Class @ lunch time \--

"Sakura-chan! Over here!" I heard Naruto yell. I tuned and walked towards the guys and Ino and Hinata. "I'm surprised you both were able to outrun the girls in our classroom....and the rest of the school's." I sweat dropped as other girls sprinted pass. They were sitting behind the trees so that the other couldn't see them. "Hey, your popular with boys too ya know!" Naruto argued back, making everyone laugh.

"Well, at least they have common sense, unlike the boys, your fangirls don't give you personal space." I chuckled. "She has a point dobe." Sasuke chuckled. Naruto sighed in defeat. I laughed. As I ate my bento lunch box that I had helped made this morning, I thought about what has happened throughout theses five years. Good friends, Naruto training under his dad whole Sasuke under his brother, Shikamaru, Ino and Choji under their dads, Hinata under her dad and cousin and Shino in the forest with bugs and family.

I sighed and looked up into the sky.  I've been training under books, Tenzo and Kinoto. I sighed as smiled at Hinata who gave me a worried look. She smiled back. "Let's all go train after school." I suggested. Everyone looked at me. "That would be a good idea actually. We can spar too." Shikamaru sat up straight, catching everyone's attention. "Yosha! The more the merrier!" Naruto yelled. Sasuke just sat back with a smile tugging at his lips.

Suddenly what seemed like another vision flashed into my brain. It was older versions of us with six other people with us training, laughing, smiling. The twelve of us and others that looked like our...........senseis maybe?

I smiled to myself as I rubbed my eyes.

-/ After school \-

"We asked our parents already! Let's go!" Choji yelled as we headed off, following Naruto to a training area that his dad, the hokage let us use. It was a high area with a lake running next to it. "Let's skip the shadow clones and spar!" Naruto said, full of energy. We laughed and played rock, paper, scissors to see which pair sparred first. "Jan ken pong!" We yelled.

Ino, Shikamaru, Choji and Kiba were eliminated first, so now it's between them. "Jan ken pong!" Ino against Shikamaru. "Man~ seriously?" Shikamaru groaned. Ino mimicked him as they walked onto the battle feilds- I mean training grounds. "First to be knocked out of the square Naruto just drew!" I called. "What about injuries?" Choji asked. I smiled at him. "Don't worry, I'll heal them, I have been studying medical ninjutsu." I replied.

"Weapons?" Kiba asked. "Here." I said and took out a scroll, I unrolled it and summoned some weapons we could use. I chucked a kunia at Shikamaru and Ino, they both caught it and took their stance.

"Ready? Begin!"

Ino ran at Shikamaru and their kunias clashed together every few seconds before they both jumped back. "Shadow possession jutsu!/ Mind transfer jutsu!" They both said at the same time. You could hear a zap and they both looked at each other shocked. They jutsu had collided and nothing happened. Shikamaru was the first to regain is calmness and redid his jutsu again, this time, catching into and making her walking out of the square. "Oh well. Well played Shikamaru." Ino said the they locking their fingers in a unison sign.

The next match was between Choji and Kiba and Akamaru, the Sasuke and Hinata before Naruto and someone of his choice. I glanced around to see where Shino walked off to. Oh well, I'll just have to battle Naruto instead. "Come on Naruto, Shino isn't here." I told him and he smiled widely. "Yosh! I'm gonna give it my best." He yelled. "Ready? Begin!" Shikamaru yelled.

Normal POV
What the nine...uh eight...wait never.....seven of them didn't know, was that the hokage, anbu and parent or brother of the group was watching them from the shadows hidden. Watching over the eight of them and wondering where Shino went. Naruto had charged at Sakura first after his impressive shadow clone jutsu. But for Sakura, it wasn't surprising, it was like she had see what he could before.

Sakura had jumped above them and cut half the clones, making them poof away. She then created some shadow clones herself before a couple disappeared as the real Sakura hid in the trees wait for her clones to finish as she hid her chakra away. Naruto was confused as he had already made all her clones disappear except for one he didn't see. The last shadow clone appeared behind him and pushed him out of the square.

"Sakura is the winner of this match." Shikamaru announced. Sakura chuckled as Naruto groaned. Sakura's clone then locked their fingers into the unison sign. "When are you all going to come out and show yourselves?" The real Sakura asked as her clone disappeared. "S-Sakura! Who are you talking to?" Naruto asked. She pointed to were the group of adults were and they slowly came out of the darkness of the shade.

"D-Dad!/ Oniisama!" They all said at once. "Tenzo! Kinoto!" I greeted happily and hugged them. They laughed under their mask and rubbed my head. "Nice battle kid. Try to do that next time." Tenzo chuckled. "Were you guys all here with the hokage?" I asked. They all looked at me surprised before nodding. "We decided to tag along since we didn't want any of you to get hurt and get scolded by our own wives or mum." The hokage laughed sheepishly.

I sighed and shook my head at him. "Oh that's right, hokage-sama? Are you able to cast a jutsu for my weight to be light on me for when other want to pick me up but the weight will still remain the same with the wearer?" I asked. He looked at me surprised before smiling and performing a few hand signs, he tapped my body. It didn't feel like anything happened. Tenzo then picked me up. "Hey, your weight feels like you when you don't even have weight on." He said.
