He had taken odd jobs— not odd.. but jobs that made hunter-nins feel like a sore thumb.
He took on bounty hunting jobs that hunter nins felt were difficult to execute and hard for them to battle against their own. So.. he took on those, and without meaning to, he created a legend. A Legend of himself. He tracked down the most dangerous missing-nins who deflected from their village or did something to the point where they got banished for life.
He took down most of the missing dangerous nins who had escaped their village's hunter nins and assassinated them instead in their place—collected bounty after bounty.

The legend of this Uzumaki, renowned for taking on missions that even skilled hunter-nins avoided, has become a whispering terror among the missing-nin community. His reputation for tracking and eliminating the most dangerous rogue shinobi with precision and deadly efficiency speaks to his exceptional skill and the fear he instills.
His fame rose when he began with the defeat of a notorious missing-nin, a rogue shinobi whose cruelty had earned him a reputation among the darkest corners of the ninja world. Uzumaki's silent approach and swift execution left little doubt about his capabilities. The defeated rogue's final words, spoken in a raspy, terrified whisper, only added to the legend's allure. "The Silent Whirlpool..."
Despite his growing legend, the true nature of Uzumaki remained a mystery. In hushed tones, fellow shinobi speculated about his abilities. Theories ranged from advanced fūinjutsu techniques to unknown kekkei genkai that granted him unmatched power. Some even claimed that his eyes held a secret power, though no one had seen them. All that was known was the effect of his presence—a palpable chill that preceded chaos and destruction.
However, in reality, Shizuki was tired of killing but it was for the sake of changing the past for good.. He knew that once he finished off Orochimaru, the organization of the Akatsuki members joining in order would be different just slightly, well whatever, it didn't matter much.. He wanted to go to Konoha but right now, it is not time just yet.. hims- well Naruto or him or... whatever how you would address your past self, Naruto is 10 years old if he is correct. Perhaps if it was best to wait it out till they were all 12 years old, maybe...let the course of events happen. Let the Konoha 12 team become a team again.
Shizuki stood in the middle of the forest, his gaze fixed on the horizon as he felt a faint charka presence of Hidan. It was hard to feel at first but Hidan had been careless about his charka presence and failed to mask it.
Hidan's presence was faint but discernible. Despite the rogue's attempts to cover his tracks, Shizuki could sense the occasional flare of chakra—a result of Hidan's carelessness. It seemed the notorious missing-nin had grown complacent, perhaps overconfident in his supposed immortality. This was a mistake Shizuki intended to exploit.
Shizuki moved silently through the dense underbrush, his footsteps muffled by the soft earth and fallen leaves. The moonlight filtered through the canopy, casting eerie shadows that danced around him. He navigated the forest with an intuitive understanding of its layout, using the faint traces of Hidan's chakra as his guide.
The deeper Shizuki ventured into the forest, the stronger the residual chakra signatures became. They led him to a small clearing, where the faint glow of a campfire flickered through the trees. Shizuki crouched low, his eyes scanning the area for any sign of movement. The firelight revealed a crude, makeshift campsite, strewn with various belongings and the remnants of Hidan's blood rituals.
The air around the clearing was thick with the stench of blood and the ominous hum of Jashin's dark influence. Hidan, with his trademark maniacal grin, was chanting fervently, the bloodied symbols on the ground glowing faintly as they absorbed the flickering firelight. Hidan laughed manically and continued to chant to Jashin.
Shizuki moved with caution, aware that Kakuzu might be nearby or could return at any moment. His strategy was to deal with Hidan swiftly while remaining vigilant for any sign of Kakuzu. The presence of both Akatsuki members would complicate matters significantly, so he needed to take advantage of the momentary isolation.
Shizuki stood on top of the highest tree branch watching Hidan mutter and chanting around in his blood to Jashin. In normal eyes, everyone would think he is someone who escaped from a mental institution and looks like a maniac psycho with unstable health. But in the most trained eyes, he is just insane. Just insane, and a lunatic.
But if he kills him now, everything will be worth the risk. Asuma doesn't have to die, Kurenai doesn't have to grieve the loss of her husband, and her unborn child, and Shikamaru.. doesn't have to scream and suffer the loss of his sensei. Choji doesn't have to stop eating, and Ino doesn't have to look emotionless without faking to be happy and that everything was alright.
Most importantly, Team 10 doesn't have to avenge Asuma and Incapacitate Hidan by themselves.
Shizuki had a choice. He could eliminate Hidan now and spare his comrades from the agony of vengeance and loss. But the act required more than just courage; it demanded precision and resolve. If he missed or faltered, it wouldn't just be Asuma's death that would weigh on him—it would be the failure to protect those who depended on him.
He steadied his breath, calculating his approach. Hidan's ritualistic movements were predictable, and Shizuki's training had prepared him for such moments. Every second counted, and he had to strike with the certainty that his actions would shift the tide in favor of his friends.
One strike. All it takes is one strike.
"Jashin! Grant me your strength! With this blood, I bind my enemies to your will!"
Hidan's voice was wild, and his gestures were exaggerated. Shizuki's eyes narrowed as he readied himself to act.
Hidan's chanting stopped abruptly as he felt the sudden shift in energy. He looked around, confused, but before he could react, Shizuki's calm, decisive action was already complete. The glowing barrier gently enveloped Hidan, rendering him immobilized and unable to continue his ritual.
Suddenly, Hidan paused and looked around, sensing something amiss. His eyes scanned the shadows but saw nothing.
"Hmm? Is someone there? Show yourself!" Hidan shouted and started to swing his scythe around to slice through the air in case someone was using invisibility jutsu but, nothing: no blood, no sounds of the flesh slicing, no grunts or screams of pain.
Shizuki remained silent and invisible, his focus unwavering. He activated the scroll, and a soft, shimmering barrier of energy began to form around Hidan. The rogue's eyes widened as he noticed the barrier starting to envelop him.
Hidan's eyes widened in surprise and frustration. He struggled against the barrier, but it was no use. The scroll's seals worked flawlessly, neutralizing his ability to perform any further dark rituals.
The second his hand moved, Hidan's head was separated from his body, his body turned into different pieces and was sealed into the scroll.
Shizuki approached the now-contained Hidan and carefully adjusted the scroll to ensure it held the rogue shinobi securely. He took a moment to confirm that the containment was effective before he turned his attention to the surroundings.
The clearing was now quiet and still, with Hidan's ominous presence effectively neutralized. Shizuki knew that Kakuzu, Hidan's partner, might return at any moment. He quickly gathered his things, ensuring everything was in place.
With Hidan securely contained, Shizuki moved away from the clearing with practiced stealth. He retraced his steps, making sure to cover his tracks to avoid detection. The forest around him was serene, the sounds of the night gradually returning as he distanced himself from the scene.
He stood in the clearing on top of the trees and waited for Kakuzu to appear from wherever he was.
Not a single sound was made as Kakuzu appeared from the darkness of the shadows in the forest and looked around for Hidan but no sight of his partner. He found it strange as to where that maniac went. There was also something incredibly off about it too, it was almost too quiet... the lack of chakra presence, and not to mention the fire was still going, and his ritual was still here. The markings on the ground looked a bit loose as if someone was fighting. His sharp eyes scanned the clearing with a mixture of curiosity and concern. The absence of Hidan was immediately noticeable. Kakuzu's eyes narrowed as he took in the scene—the burning campfire, the ritual markings disrupted, and an unsettling silence pervaded the area.
"Where is that fool? And why is it so quiet? Something doesn't add up." Kakuzu muttered to himself as he moved cautiously, examining the area for any clues. The ritual markings were indeed disturbed, and the usual trace of Hidan's chaotic chakra was missing. Kakuzu's expression grew more suspicious as he noticed the disarray.
"Hidan? If you're here, show yourself!" His voice was firm and authoritative, but there was no response. Kakuzu's gaze swept over the clearing, his senses on high alert. He could sense that something was amiss, but the precise nature of the disturbance eluded him.
As Kakuzu continued his search, the world around him began to blur. He felt a sudden, inexplicable darkness envelop him as if the very fabric of reality had shifted. He stumbled slightly, disoriented by the sudden change.
"What is this?? Who's there?!" Kakuzu shouted, completely startled by the new scenery.
Shizuki, still hidden and silent, had used a technique to obscure Kakuzu's senses, creating an illusionary darkness that made it nearly impossible for him to pinpoint the source of the disturbance. Shizuki's goal was to ensure Kakuzu would be disoriented and unable to immediately detect his presence.
Kakuzu's eyes darted around wildly as he tried to make sense of the overwhelming darkness. The clearing was no longer visible, and the familiar sounds of the forest seemed to fade away.
"Show yourself! I know you're here!" Kakuzu yelled and turned left and right to see whoever was doing this to him, but nothing.
The disorienting effect was temporary but enough to give Shizuki the upper hand. He descended silently from his perch, moving closer to Kakuzu while remaining unseen.
As the darkness began to recede, Kakuzu's vision cleared, though he was still on edge. The clearing slowly came back into view, and he noticed the subtle signs of someone having been there recently—footprints, displaced leaves, and the disrupted ritual marking
Shizuki took advantage of the moment, positioning himself behind Kakuzu with practiced stealth. He was ready to act if necessary, but his primary goal was to ensure that Kakuzu would not be able to confront him effectively.
"This isn't right. Hidan's not here, and the signs point to someone having been here recently." Kakuzu mumbled to himself, trying to ease the unsettling chills that ran down his spine.
Kakuzu continued his cautious investigation, unaware of Shizuki's presence just behind him. The disorienting darkness had given Shizuki the opportunity he needed to prepare for any confrontation or escape.
As Kakuzu continued to search, he became increasingly frustrated and anxious. His mind raced with possibilities, but the silence and the emptiness of the clearing left him with more questions than answers.
Shizuki remained silent, watching Kakuzu with a careful eye. He knew that Kakuzu would eventually realize that something was amiss. His plan was to stay hidden until the perfect moment arose to either engage or retreat, depending on the situation.
With Kakuzu still searching and growing more agitated, Shizuki made his move. He carefully and quietly slipped away from the clearing, using the cover of the trees and the night to remain unseen. He needed to stay one step ahead, knowing that Kakuzu's reaction could be unpredictable.
Shizuki stood concealed in the early morning light, observing Kakuzu from his hidden vantage point. Kakuzu, still frustrated and searching the clearing, was oblivious to Shizuki's presence. The Akatsuki member's attention was focused on finding out what had happened to Hidan and identifying the intruder who had disrupted his partner's ritual.
With Kakuzu preoccupied, Shizuki decided to act. He had already neutralized Hidan and knew that Kakuzu was the next significant threat. He moved silently through the underbrush, positioning himself for a decisive strike.

Shizuki carefully pulled out a specialized scroll from his pouch. This scroll was designed with intricate seals to handle Kakuzu's unique abilities. He knew that Kakuzu's most dangerous feature was his ability to regenerate through the five hearts embedded in his body. To neutralize Kakuzu effectively, he needed to address each heart individually.
Shizuki took a deep breath and began to execute his plan. He activated the scroll's seals, and a series of precise, calculated movements followed. The first part of his strategy was to create a diversion.
He threw a series of kunai and shuriken with precision, aiming them to create noise and visual disturbances in the clearing. The metallic clang and the rustling of the weapons caught Kakuzu's attention.
Kakuzu immediately started to look around, his guard was up and tense, he cautiously walked around.
As Kakuzu turned to investigate, Shizuki used the momentary distraction to position himself closer. He executed a series of hand seals, and a burst of energy emanated from the scroll, forming multiple barriers around Kakuzu. These barriers were designed to confine Kakuzu's movements and limit his ability to react swiftly.
Kakuzu struggled against the barriers, realizing too late that he was trapped. Shizuki seized the opportunity, appearing directly in front of Kakuzu and activating another seal from his scroll. This seal targeted Kakuzu's hearts, utilizing a specialized technique that would disrupt their function.
The scroll's energy converged on Kakuzu's body, and Shizuki's technique began to interact with the five hearts embedded within him. Each heart was systematically targeted and neutralized by the energy, causing Kakuzu to stagger and weaken visibly.
"What... wh-what are you doing?" Kakuzu weakly said as he struggled to get free from whatever bond was keeping
Shizuki remained focused, ensuring that each heart was effectively neutralized. The technique worked by interrupting the regenerative functions of the hearts, rendering them non-functional. One by one, the hearts ceased to operate, and Kakuzu's strength began to wane.
"NO! NO! You... !! you can't...!" Kakuzu struggled with some words as his strength slowly decreased and weakened.
With each heart neutralized, Kakuzu's ability to recover from injuries diminished. Shizuki's technique ensured that Kakuzu would not be able to regenerate or fight back effectively.
Finally, with the last heart neutralized, Shizuki took a step back and deactivated the barriers. Kakuzu collapsed to the ground, his body unable to sustain itself without the vital functions of his five hearts.
"You... you'll... pay..." Kakuzu managed to even say those words out with just barely enough strength as it began fading fast.
Shizuki approached Kakuzu, ensuring that the threat was completely neutralized. He checked the area to make sure there were no other immediate threats and took a moment to ensure that Kakuzu was no longer a danger.
With Kakuzu neutralized and the clearing secured, Shizuki took a deep breath, reflecting on the challenges that lay ahead. He knew that there were still many threats to face, but he had successfully removed a significant one from the equation.
As Shizuki prepared to leave, he glanced back at the clearing one last time. The forest was once again quiet and peaceful, the immediate danger gone. Shizuki continued his journey, determined to carry on with his mission to change the course of history for the better.
