Next day.

Breakfast.

    The Marauders entered the hall and raised their eyebrows at Ginny, who was sitting alone as Lily and her friends had already gone to the library for their Arithrimacy essay. No wonder they are so good, thought Ginny.

    The Marauders sat surrounding Ginny.

    "So, what about the deal?" James asked.

    "I knew you were a goody two shoes." Sirius said.

    "You can never match our skills." Peter said.

    "Guys, let her speak!" Remus interrupted the rantings. Always the sensible one.

    "Just wait and watch." Ginny smirked.

    "Sirius was about to retort something, but he was cut off by the booming voice of Lucius Malfoy.

    "STOP WINKING AT ME, PARKINSON!"

    All students in the hall looked towards the Slytherin table, only to find Lucius Malfoy clamping his hand on his mouth and Stella Parkinson, who was the Slytherin slut and known to lust over Lucius was on the verge of tears.

    "DAMN, DID I SAY THAT ALOUD? I THINK I SHOULD STOP TALKING. OTHERWISE I WILL ALSO REVEAL THAT SHE LOOKS LIKE A HIPPO." Lucius blurted out. This earned him a slap on the face by Parkinson,who left the hall sobbing.

    "HEY, SLUT! COME BACK! HOW DARE YOU SLAP ME! WAIT TILL MY FATHER HEARS ABOUT THIS! HOW DARE YOU ACT LIKE THAT WHEN YOU ARE A HORRIBLE KISSER AND YOU DONT EVEN HAVE NICE BOOBS! EVEN TRELAWNEY IS BETTER LOOKING THAN YOU!" Lucius yelled.

    The Great Hall was laughing uncontrolably.Everyone had tears from laughing. The Marauders were almost rolling on the floor.

    Professor McGonagall yelled, "Stop shouting, Mr Malfoy."

    "YOU STOP SHOUTING YOU FILTHY CATWOMAN! CATS ARE SUPPOSED TO PURR, NOT YELL THE OTHER'S EAR OFF!!" Lucius yelled back, besides desperately trying to control himself.

    "Mr Malfoy, I suggest you to go to the hospital wing immedietely." McGonagall shouted, red at face.

    "NO, I AM ALRIGHT! I CANNOT HELP IF I AM BLABBERING OUT EVERY TRUTH!"

   "Mr Filch, please escort Mr Malfoy to the hospital wing." McGonagall shouted over Lucius's yells. Filch took Lucius by the hand and yanked him out of the hall. Everyone still heard his lowering yells, "LET ME GO YOU FILTHY SQUIB! WAIT TILL MY FATHER HEARS ABOUT THIS!"

    Professor McGonagall faced the hall, composed herself, and yelled, "Potter, Black, Lupin, Pettigrew! What did you...."

    "Relax Minerva," Dumbledore's vioce rang out. "I think they have no hand in it. It is someone else.". His eyes twinkled towards Ginny, and she was sure she saw him wink at her.

    After the breakfast, Ginny was captured by the Marauders.

    "That was bloody brilliant!"

    "Welcome to our team!"

    "We are honoured to meet the real you!"

    "How did you do it?" They all asked in unison.

    "It was nothing really." Ginny smirked "I just added a potion to his drink."

    "What kind of potion?" Remus asked.

    "Well, it is kinda like veritaserum, but here, the potion dont compel to tell the truth. Here, one is forced to voice his or her current thoughts." Ginny explained. "I just added another charm which enabled his voice to be magnified 100 times its normal volume. My brother, I mean my cousin created this one." Ginny finished.

    "Your cousin...." James was interrupted by Ginny.

    "Dead." Ginny said in a hollow sort of voice. She wasnt lying. This potion was originally Fred's idea. However, he and George had invited her to help with it as she was the one who suggested the magnifying charm. After brewing, they had tried it on Blaise Zabini, Slytherin. Needless to say, the outcome was hilarious, as he kept shouting for the whole time about how Pansy was a hornless rhino, Malfoy was a pale, blond, dumb attention seeker, McGonagall was the best teacher (much to the Slytherin's dismay and Gryffindor's glee) and also how Snape was a greasy git. Ginny smiled at these memories- happy memories. Now, there were neither those days, neither her friends, nor ...... Fred.

    She shuddered as her mind filled up with another memory- an unpleasant, sad one.

Ginny entered the Great Hall, dreading what she was going to see. Her eyes filled up with tears as she saw deadbodies of her friends, classmates. Her eyes further flooded with tears, when she saw Remus and Tonks, laying side by side. Her eyes moved to the next body. Her pace fastened. Who was that? Red hair, freckles, could it be....

   "NOOOO!" Ginny screamed in agony. It couldnt be! She ran to the body, kneeling besides it.

    "He's gone." A cracked voice said besides her. She looked towards him. She pulled George into a tight hug. "He is gone Ginny, he is gone!" George repeated as he continued to cry hard on Ginny's shoulder. Fred's body lay besides them motionless. Fred's eyes stared without seeing, the ghost of his last laugh still etched upon his face.

    "Hey are you okay?" James shook her from her reverie.

    "Sorry about your cousin." Remus replied slowly. Being the sensible one, he knew what to say.

    Forcing her thought away from Fred, Ginny tried to smile at them. She had not noticed when she had started crying. Trying not to fully breakdown, she said,"I am alright, watch Lucius in charms and dont forget the firewhiskey."

Saying this, she ran out of the Great Hall.

Guys, another late update. Sorry! They next update will be much much longer. So it will take time to update. Sorry! But it is the longest chapter so far.... Chapter 19 i mean. Anyways how was this chapter? Liked the prank? What about the flashback?            Keep reading, love you guys!
