The race starts exactly at 1:30 am.There's only 10 minutes left now.Baekhyun and other racers got dressed and prepared themselves in the meantime.Today,the number of audiences increased as soon as they heard Byun Baekhyun was taking part in the race.The girls were going crazy over him.It's been a while since Baekhyun raced last,so everyone is excited to see him in the race.

All the racers were at the starting point,waiting for the race to start. Baekhyun too.Soohyun was sitting in the audience with Mark,Jongdae and Yixing.

"Mark-ah,Baekhyunee is racing.You'll see what racing actually is."Yixing said.

"I'm excited,"Mark said cutely.

Soohyun smiled and ruffled his hair.

While the four of them were chitchatting and waiting for the race to start a dead looking Joonmyun came and stood in front of them.

"Hyung,why do you look like a sleep deprived human being who just sold his soul to satan?"Jongdae asked causing Mark and Yixing to laugh.

"Oppa,are you okay?"Soohyun asked.

"No,Soohyun-ah,I'm not."Joonmyun said,"I had a favor to ask you."

"What?"

"Baekhyun wants to talk to you before the race.Can you please say yes to whatever he ask you?Please?"

"Relax,What is he gonna ask me to do?"

"Ahhh...he is gonna ask you to do something really dangerous.He made me promise to convince you otherwise he won't race.Please Soohyun-ah this race is important."Joonmyun said.

"Joonmyun-ah,But I don't see a reason to put Soohyun's life in danger because of two race cars."Yixing said.

"Yixing-ah,it's not about the race cars.I bet something big for it.I really don't wanna lose it.It will harm our gang."

"The fuck did you bet?"Jongdae shouted.

"I'm not going to tell you this.Soohyun-ah,please help oppa out this time.I'm desperate."Joonmyun said.

"Fine,I'm gonna go and talk to Baekhyun."Soohyun said.

"Okay."

Joonmyun helped Soohyun to get to the starting point of the race.Soohyun came and stood beside Baekhyun who was chilling on his motorcycle.He looked like a model in his racing suit.No wonder why girls were dying to see Baekhyun race.

"Hi,Soohyun-ah.Did you talk to hyung?"Baekhyun asked.

"Yeah..he asked me to say yes to whatever ridiculous and life threatening thing you're gonna ask me to do."

Baekhyun chuckled."It's not that ridiculous,Soohyun.Besides I will keep you safe."

Soohyun asked,"What do you want me to do Baekhyun?"

Baekhyun smiled and innocently said,
"Ride with me,Soohyun."

"WHAT??"

"Ride the motorcycle with me,Lee Soohyun."

"There's no way in hell I'm am going to ride this motorcycle with you and that too in a race.This is utterly suicide."

"I will keep you safe.I promise."

"No,Baekhyun the last time you were on your bike you broke your arm.So no."

Baekhyun rolled his eyes,"Fine,I won't race then."

Right then it was announced that the race will start in 2 minutes.Racers are asked to take positions.

"No,Baekhyun.You cant do that.Listen...having a passenger will decrease your changes of winning.."

"Let me handle that,Lee Soohyun."Baekhyun said while putting his helmet on.

Soohyun sighed,"But Baekhyun why are you even trying to get me to ride with you..racers only take their girlfriends on..I'm not even.."Soohyun was still talking when Baekhyun put a helmet over her head and clasped it safely.

"Just shut up and get on,Soohyun.You have no way out."Baekhyun said.

Soohyun had no other option now.The race will start in a minute or so.She doesn't want to disappoint Joonmyun.He has been really kind to her like an older brother.

Baekhyun smirked when he saw Soohyun getting on behind him.He is successful.

He turned to his side and told her,"Hold my waist really tightly,kitten.You don't wanna fall."

Baekhyun could see Soohyun's face but he is sure she rolled her eyes before holding his waist real tight.And just a few seconds after that the race started.

Everyone gasped when they saw what was happening.It is the very first time Byun Baekhyun is taking anyone especially a girl with him in the race.None of his previous flings were able to get in the race with him.This is indeed a shocking site.All the girls were burning with jealousy.They all wondered who she is and why she is so special to him.

Baekhyun had a speedy start as usual.He was soon ahead of other racers.Soohyun's heart was pounding loudly.She wasn't used to this speed.

"Hyung,its dangerous for Noona."Mark shouted.

"I know that but let's just trust Baekhyun and hope nothing bad happens."Yixing said.

"But him taking a girl with him to a race surely will create a huge scandal in the underworld.Everyone will start thinking they're dating."Jongdae said.

"Are they not?"Someone asked from beside Joonmyun.The voice was familiar so all of them turned to the seat beside Joonmyun.

"Seulgi??"They all shouted looking at the person.She came and sat so silently,no one noticed.

Mark heard the three of them shout and turned to see what they were shouting for.He saw a beautiful woman sitting beside Joonmyun.So this is the famous Kang Seulgi?She really is as beautiful as the rumors say she is.

"When did you return from Milan?Why didn't you inform us?"Yixing shouted.

"I returned just now.And what's the point of informing if I'm going to meet you any way?"Seulgi said,"And what is going on over here?"

She asked pointing at the screen showing the footage of the race,live,"Why does Baekhyun oppa suddenly has a girl in the race?That too from an opposite gang?"

"Well..I would answer you but I'm not sure myself.What I'm sure about is that they're not dating."Joonmyun said and focused on the race again.

Seulgi smirked looking at the screen showing Baekhyun and Soohyun,"Interesting!"

It is a sight to see when Baekhyun takes part in races.He is unmatchable.He drives at the speed of light with a great control over motorcycles.Truly no one can catch up with him. Baekhyun loves riding motorcycles.He fell in love with motorcycle at a very young age.He doesn't think the love will ever go away.He feels adrenaline rush whenever he is on a bike or taking part in a race.But today Baekhyun felt extra happy weirdly.He doesn't know if it's because Soohyun is with him or not.

"Are you Okay back there?"Baekhyun shouted really loudly for Soohyun to hear.

"I AM!!!"Soohyun shouted back while laughing.

She felt scared at first but now she's having a lot of fun.She feels adrenaline rush.She feels safe because of Baekhyun.

Baekhyun smiled,he could by her voice that she was having fun.His plan was successful.

As everyone guessed,Baekhyun ended up winning the race.He was the first on e at the ending line.The other races weren't even close.Having a passenger or having a hurt arm didn't stop him from winning.As soon as the race ended everyone cheered for him.And Soohyun got down from the bike,removed her helmet and hugged him tightly.That shocked Baekhyun.

"Oh my God,Baekhyun it was so much fun,thank you."

Baekhyun's cheeks heat up as soon as she hugged him.He doesn't know what's going on but he's happy that no one could see his expression because of the helmet.

"Uhm..you're welcome..I guess."

It took awhile for Jonmyun,Jongdae,Yixing and Mark to get to the finishing line because they were too engrossed in watching the match within the screen. Baekhyun had collected his prizes by then.

Baekhyun handed Joonmyun the car keys of the car he wanted and Joonmyun couldn't be happier and more relieved that he didn't end up losing his casino.Turned our he bet one of Spades casinos in the race. Baekhyun,Yixing and Jongdae were highly displeased about it.But they forgave him anyway because he promised to never do it again.

"Thank you so much,Soohyun."Joonmyun said.

"It's okay,oppa but you have to give me a treat soon."Soohyun said.

"Noona,weren't you afraid?Cause I was really afraid."Mark said.

"No,Mark.Your Baekhyun Adjusshi didn't let me fall."Soohyun said.

"Cool Adjusshi."Mark said.

"Oh my God,Can you stop with the Adjusshi already?You even call Joonmyun hyung,hyung.So how am I adjusshi?"Baekhyun whined.

"Baekhyun adjusshi sounds more interesting than Baekhyun hyung.So I think Mark should continue with adjusshi."Jongdae said.

"Oh hell no."Baekhyun said.

"Oh hell yeah."Yixing said.

"I also think Baekhyun adjusshi has a nice ring to it."Someone said.

Joonmyun bit his tongue.He completely forgot that Seulgi was back and he left her in the audience as soon as saw Baekhyun winning.Shit.

Baekhyun and Soohyun looked at her.

"When did you come back?"Baekhyun asked Seulgi.

"It's been about an hour since I landed.I wasn't expecting so many surprises as soon as I come back."Seulgi said looking straight at Baekhyun.

"And what're you talking about?"Baekhyun asked.

Seulgi smirked,"Looks like you're doing the same thing you cursed at me for doing once."

And before Baekhyun or anyone else could response or understand what she was saying Seulgi turned to Soohyun.

"Hi,we've met a few times in the past under different circumstances.I don't really want to talk about that so let's keep past as past and start afresh."Seulgi then smiled and offered her hand,"I'm Kang Seulgi."

Soohyun was a bit taken aback by her.She managed to pull herself together and smiled,"Hi,I'm Lee Soohyun."She then shook her hand with Seulgi.Soohyun was about to pull her hand back but Seulgi didn't let go.

Soohyun looked at her and raised her eyebrows .

Seulgi smirked,"Let's get along well.Unni.We'd both need it."

And with that she let go of Soohyun's hand.

This 24 hours surely has been eventful.
