Alastors pov

Lucifer blinked a couple of times as he followed my gaze to the farris wheel. Suddenly a smile spread across his face.

"Great idea Al! Come on Charlie" he took her hand and surprisingly mine as he dragged me to the line.

"Daddy what's a far-is wheel?" Charlie asked.

"A Farris wheel is a big wheel that takes you to the tippy top of the wheel to show up the whole of the city" he explained.

"Wow that's so cool" her eyes lit up. I smiled softly. This is going to be delightful.

We took our seats, Lucifer next to me with Charlie on his lap and waited as the ride started up. As soon as it did Lucifer slid directly into me.

"Oh al I'm sorry" he tried to move away when I smoothly wrapped my arm around his slim waist.

"Sorry about what?" I asked him innocently.

"N-nothing" he stuttered as his cheeks turned red.

"Look daddy we can see everything" Charlie bounced excitedly.

"We sure can princess" Lucifer smiled at her as he reached down to kiss the top of her head.

The three of us sat in silence as we took in the scenery. After a while I felt a weight on my chest. I looked down to see Lucifer's head laid against me. I smiled at him, resisting the urge to stroke his soft looking hair. Not yet. The time to strike isn't yet.
