"A family day out?" I looked at him in confusion.

"Yeah. I've got the weekend off so I'm taking Charlie down to the fair. We'll spend two days in the city having lots of fun" Lucifer picked his daughter up above his head and nuzzled against her stomach, making her laugh.

"That sounds lovely. I hope you both have a wonderful time" I smiled at them. Maybe now I'll have some time to sort out my feelings.

"Actually I was hoping you could come with us" he looked at me hopefully.

"Me?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah" he nodded "You're practically part of the family so you should come with us on fun family trips"

"I'm not sure" I looked away nervously. Being alone with them for that long. Who knows what might happen.

"Oh please Mr alastor. It won't be the same without you" Charlie looked at me pleadingly.

"Come on Al. Can you really say no to that wittle face" he rubbed his cheek against Charlies.

I sighed deeply. How is it that those two have such an effect on me? "Very well"

"Yayyyy!" Charlie threw her hands up while Lucifer looked equally as excited. I smiled softly at them despite myself. Well if I'm going to win the rich man's heart I might as well come up with a plan. Failure isn't an option for me. After all...
