Alastors pov

The three of us sat in the limo while we made our way into the city of baton rouge. Charlie bounced excitedly in her seat. Lucifer did say this is her first trip in a while. It's nice to see her so excited.

We parked the limo and stepped outside. It was a beautiful city of green. I've never had the pleasure of coming here before.

"Well lookie here" Lucifer eyed the arcade excitedly "an arcade! I haven't been in an arcade in years! We should go in"

"Shouldn't we unpack in the hotel first" I reminded him.

"Pss we can do that later" he said casually "Come on let's have some fun" with that he dragged the two of us inside like an excited child. I'd be more annoyed if I wasn't so charmed by it.

"Wow there's so many colours and bright lights" Charlie's eyes lit up excitedly.

"Just wait till you play the games" Lucifer scooped her up and carried her to a game of flappy bird. Charlie was struggling to play so Lucifer started playing badly so she'd win. What a doting father.

"Wow that was fun" Charlie clapped her hands together.

"If you thought that was fun princess just wait till we try the other games" he picked her up and ran around the arcade giddily. I followed after them with a care free smile

"Lucifer do you think we should get something to eat" I gently reminded him after his twentieth game.

"Ah your right. Good thing we have you around alastor" he smiled sweetly "alright let's get the biggest cheeseburger!"
