"do you have to wear a dress?" aimilios asks as him and y/n are in the limo taking them to the hero gala.

"auntie mina picked it out, just liked she picked your outfit" y/n says, poking aimilios' cheek. he pouts, holding onto his mother's hand. "remember, i didn't even want to go"

"i don't want you to wear a dress, though..." aimilios mumbles. y/n's eyebrow raises.

"why not?"

"because i don't want people perving on you," aimilios huffs.

"and how do you know that word?" y/n asks.

"people do it to the children at school-"

"adults? teachers do it to the children?" y/n asks. aimilios shakes his head.

"some girls do it to the boys and some boys do it to the girls. and some kids do it to other kids," he says. "i don't want anyone to do it to you. so i want you to change into a suit!"

"a suit?"

"so we can match and you look better with suits,"

"that was a huge save. never say that to your partner okay?" y/n says, knocking the window of the limo.

"i would never say that to my boyfriend, mama,"

the window, blocking the front of the car to the back of the car opens. the drivers looks over their shoulder.

"can i help you, miss?"

"is it okay if you turn the car around, back to where you picked us up?" y/n says. "i forgot something,"

the driver nods, turning the car back around.

"yay! can we match with uncle kei too?"

"why you want to match with him?"

"please?"

"alright. alright,"

"she hasn't picked up any of my calls," mina says, putting her phone back in her purse.

"maybe she's not coming," momo says. "when we went out, she didn't say was going to come,"

"but aimilios wanted too," izuku says. "and if he wanted to, they would've came,"

"we can't force her to come, nerds," katsuki says, crossing his arms as eijiro's phone goes off.

"she's coming," eijiro says, showing his phone to katsuki, momo, mina and izuku. "she says she's going to be late though,"

"we're just going have to tell the press then," mina groans.

"kacchan, you do it,"

"hah?! why?"

"because they're scared of you, babe," eijiro says, kissing katsuki's cheek.

"thanks katsuki!" momo says as the rest but him sneak back into the gala.

"for fucks sack..."

just keep going plays through the speakers of the living room, softly as y/n fixes red aimilios' tie. she tightens it enough, for it to be comfortable for him.

"thanks mama," he says. "can i do yours?"

y/n nods, bending down. aimilios takes the two strands of red fabric, unsure what to do with them. 

"never mind..." he says, letting them go. "you can do it," y/n does her tie quickly, with a small laugh. she wears deep red lipsticks, wiping off the excess, making sure there isn't anything in her teeth.

"you ready?"

"yeah!"
