Colette Bacque had just moved to North Carolina, outerbanks, her mom wanted a "fresh start" this would be the 6th fresh start this year and it's only June. Once Colette got to OBX she realized she had been classified as a "Kook" which was news to her. She wasnt like the people she was grouped with, she didn't feel like a "Kook" she just wanted to get through the summer, cause she was sure by the time school started she would be out of OBX before the bell could ring. little did she know she would meet twins who would change her life.
