i want to be yours
Even after their food arrives, plated neatly and arranged perfectly on their table, they eat their food in silence. Both eyes stuck onto each of their plates while digging their food quietly. Sometimes there was the nervous cough in between, and sometimes just trembling gazes trying to steal glances at one another.
It is not until Jimin suddenly coughs (for real now) that it sends Minjeong into panic and shoves the water quickly to the taller girl. "Are you alright?"
Jimin didn't answer at first, drinking down her water almost quickly. The burning feeling of her spaghetti went through her nostrils, making it even more painful. She chugged down her water desperately while Minjeong furrowed her eyebrows.
"Jimin, should I get you more cold water?"
"I'm fine, Minjeong," Jimin's words stop when she coughs one more time. "It's my fault anyway for eating too fast."
Only when the cough cools down does Minjeong allow herself to sigh in relief. "Gosh, you scared me."
"At least, we finally talked again," Jimin replies surprised the biker, which sent the other girl blushing. "Hey! I'm serious."
"Well, I am too, Minjeong," the taller girl just laughs lightly, automatically affecting the biker to slowly but surely form a small smile on her face. "Let's eat comfortably, should we?"
With that final assurance and green light, Minjeong nods her head lightly. A cute smile flashed brightly to the girl in front of her. Holding one hand with forks and the other with the spoon, the girl said softly, "Let's eat."

Minjeong had asked Jimin whether she would love to go to the art museum with her, and the taller girl didn't hesitate to say yes. The ride towards the art museum took them about ten minutes, and this time, Jimin assured herself that Minjeong was just right to hold onto their bumpy bike ride.
A perfect waist to wrap onto, Jimin would say.
After parking the superbike at the designated parking spaces, Minjeong held onto Jimin's hand, much more confident this time that Jimin didn't hesitate any longer to tighten the grip despite having a blushy, shy smile on her face.
She led the taller girl to the ticket counter, when the man on the counter said nonchalantly "Oh, aren't you Kim Minjeong, the Ducati Lenovo racer that was put on break?"
Minjeong scratched her neck awkwardly with her free hand, while the other hand still holding tight onto Jimin's. "Yeah, I am."
"God, gracious. I'm your fan. Can I ask for a picture?"
Seeing the man being all smiley and excited, didn't excite Jimin as much. So, she held Minjeong by the arm, pulling the biker closer to her instead. A soft smile flashed onto her face, trying to send a message to the man to be more understanding of the situation.
Thankfully, Minjeong got the arm-pulling thing a hint. "I'm sorry. A sign should be fine," she gazed softly at Jimin by her side, a small smile on her face. "I'm having my date here with me."
Realizing his mistake, the man's eyes widen, slightly bowing his head with his hand put together. "Oh, right. My mistake. I am so sorry. Sure, a sign would be great as well!"
Only then did Jimin finally flash her smile to the counterman.

Minjeong knew that Jimin liked art.
But she didn't expect that Jimin would like it this much.
"Minjeong, look! It's a painting by Monet! Gosh, I love this one so much!" Jimin didn't waste any time pulling out her phone, capturing a few pictures of the painting with a really, really big smile on her face.
Heck. Even a smile would melt Minjeong terribly.
Unlike Van Gogh, Claude Monet's painting is much more softer, ethereal and endearing for Jimin. Just the perfect apple of her eye, and Jimin couldn't pull away her eyes from looking at them one by one with the brightest smile she had ever shown to Minjeong.
Because of that smile, Minjeong couldn't stop herself from pulling her phone, capturing not just the beautiful painting, but also the beautiful and ethereal girl in front of her with a proud smile on her face.
Jimin is beautiful. Sorry arts, famous people, and Claude Monet. Minjeong likes Jimin better.
"Pretty..."
Jimin jumps excitedly between each painting, snapping more pictures. "Right? Isn't it pretty? Look at this one. It's just a bridge with flowers, but, oh my god, I can't-"
"You are very pretty, Jimin," Minjeong words stop the excited girl, finally turning her body over to the biker not far away behind her. Minjeong had one hand to cover her slightly agape mouth, while her other hand held onto her phone. Her eyes were deeply awestruck. "I'm suck at art appreciation, but you are really pretty, Jimin."
With that confession, Jimin shyly lets out soft coughs, turning her attention back to the painting with rosy cheeks. "T-thank you..." is all she could say before she slowly walked towards more paintings of Monet.
Sure, art is art. But to Minjeong, Jimin is the art. Her art.
The apple of her eye.

It's almost six after they walked hand in hand at the park. Surprisingly for Minjeong, there are still a lot of people who recognize her. She thought people would forget her since it would be her six-month absence from the industry, but many tried asking her for pictures, which Minjeong declined politely.
It still didn't please Jimin though.
They are on a date here, and Jimin just wants to be alone with the biker.
When the sun almost set down, Minjeong had told Jimin that she would bring Jimin to one more place. The final one for their date, to be exact.
They are back on the bike again, with Jimin holding tightly onto Minjeong's waist as the biker drives her through the busy street of Seoul, slowly lit up by street lamps and lights.
It didn't take them long to finally arrive at Minjeong's desired destination, just a place Jimin needs them to be after a long day.
It was a secluded hill, used as a cycling and jogging attraction during the day. Since it is night, the surrounding her is a bit dark, so no one really dares to come up to the hill for night cycling and night jog.
Just a perfect place for their date.
Jimin was scared at first the moment Minjeong drove her superbike uphill between trees and a dark road. Not a single lamp to brighten their way up. Thankfully, Minjeong's headlamp was just enough to lead their whole way up.
The further they go, the lesser the tree is. The more they go up, the clearer the view comes across their eyes.
It was an ethereal view Jimin could only describe the moment Minjeong stopped her superbike at the peak of the hill.
"Woah..." Jimin gasped in awe, totally amazed by the beauty of nature in front of them.
"Do you like it?"
Minjeong's question just makes the smile on Jimin's face even wider. "The view here is crazy, are you kidding me?" Jimin slowly pulled off the helmet from her head. Her eyes never shifted away from the view. She slowly got off the bike right after, followed by Minjeong.
The uphill was decorated with nothing except a semi-big grassland covered by wildflowers in yellow. The view is directed to almost the whole view of Seoul, and no one can bother them to have this view by themselves. Only them.
"I came here from time to time to relax my mind. It's one of my favourite places to come alone," Minjeong smiled at the sky, enjoying the view the same as Jimin did.
"You should come here with me the next time. I loved it here," Jimin stated, still in deep awe with the view. "This is amazing, Minjeong. Thank you."
When Jimin turned her head towards Minjeong, gazing into her eyes with such adoration, only then did Minjeong finally stare back into Jimin's almond eyes lovingly. They keep staring into one another for a few more seconds before Minjeong breaks the silence. "I really want to kiss you, Jimin. I'm not playing jokes with you."
This time, Jimin didn't look away. She didn't cough and tremble shyly like she did before in the morning. Her cheeks still blushing hard in front of Minjeong right now, but it didn't take her gaze away from Minjeong's loving eyes. "Kiss me then."
Minjeong was hesitant at first, didn't even move a flinch even after Jimin said the word. But, when she saw how Jimin's eyes started to move around, precisely stuck onto looking at the biker's lips, with a slow ragged breath, only then Minjeong starts to step closer, intertwining her fingers with Jimin as if they could really dance under the slow sun setting.
The sky was getting orange and purple, but neither of them cared. One of Minjeong's hands snaked behind Jimin's neck as she slowly leaned in closer and closer and she could feel how Jimin's breath hitting her skin.
Bare forehead leans on one another. Eyes staring between each other eyes and lips, before finally, Minjeong was the one who took the action, locking their lips together in a slow, sweet kiss that they barely could smile and chuckle in between.
Jimin almost stumbled when Minjeong somehow kind of pushed her to the back to deepen the kiss, but thankfully she landed on the biker's superbike, now leaning onto the black bulky vehicle as Minjeong pinned her onto them.
Jimin slowly but surely circled her arms around the other girl's neck, almost clawing onto the biker's blonde hair gently. When Jimin pulled her lips away from Minjeong, the biker tried to chase it back with a soft chuckle.
They rested their forehead on one another before Minjeong slowly whispered. "Do you want to be my girlfriend?"
It took Jimin another shy smile and soft chuckle before she slowly replied back. "Don't disappoint me, okay?"
"I'm Kim Minjeong," Minjeong paused her words as she moved her eyes onto Jimin's before it went back to the taller girl's lips. "If I could win a tournament, I could win your heart as well." She then leans in quickly, kissing Jimin again on the lips, this time with more confidence, more love, more possession.
The sky in the city finally turned dark orange and purple, just a perfect way to landscape their new love adventure.
