Draco was standing in the corner bare red bottom on display for the world to see, Lucius had made sure that he even went as far as placing a sticking charm on him so he couldn't move as he knew he would.

This is stupid! I don't want to have a stupid brother.... much less it being Harry freakin'  Golden Boy of Gryffindor Potter of all things! It was better just the three of us, now I have to share with him!

Ugh nope it's not happening! They are my daddy and Papa not his!! I'll make sure they see what's really going on him trying to steal them away from me because his parents aren't here anymore! Draco thought to himself while in the stupid time out corner.

Lucius had made sure that Draco stayed put, he stayed in the living room looking after Harry as now Severus was in the potions lab trying to complete the order of potions that came from Poppy.

"Come on bug daddy has some nice milk here just for you" said Lucius at Harry who still had tears falling down his face.

"It will help that nasty sore throat of yours and then a nice nappy nap will also help you" and he took out his paci and placed it with the bottle.

As Harry drank Lucius called Draco over cancelling the charm on his son.

Draco slowly walked over as his pants where down by his ankles and only daddy and Papa could pull them up after a spanking, that was a rule.

"Draco I want you to apologize to Harry for leaving him alone in your room and then going to the quidditch pitch and flying" said Lucius to him but Draco said nothing.

"Draco...."

Still nothing from the blond boy.

"Draconias apologize to him, this is your final chance".

Still nothing without warning and with speed not known Draco hit Harry across the cheek making the bottle fall to the ground, this gave Draco enough of a head start to high tail it out of there.

Harry broke down in tears, his bottle was now well and truly out of his grasp and so broke down crying.

Lucius was steaming with anger, that spoilt brat!! He wanted to rush after his oldest but he first had to calm his youngest.

He sent his Patronus to Severus and within seconds he arrived with a balm for Harry's cheek.

He handed over Harry to him and followed Draco after he cast a Point Me spell and found that Draco was now in his room.

Once in the room he pulled Draco up from his toys and brought him over to the bed, placed him in-between his knees holding them there.

"Draco...." he grabbed his chin making him look at his father.

"Listen to me young man, you are nothing but a little boy and if I have to force you into your head space I will.

You, young man are now going to be treated like a little boy that you are acting like, you are banned from flying and anything that we deem to old for you until papa and I are happy that you are being a big boy.

You will be wearing pull ups until we feel that you are again being a big boy, we will also dress you. We will be placing spells on you so then you can't remove what we put on you, you will have to ask us to take you to the bathroom when you need to go and that will be on a potty as little boys your age aren't big enough for the big boy toilet.

We will also feed you anything that again we find is too big for you or we will cut it up into bite size pieces for you and at the table you will be placed in a booster seat and strapped in so you don't fall.

Do you understand that little boy??" finished Lucius to his now pale son who was incomplete shock at what his parents were going to do to him, he slowly very slowly nodded his head.

"Good now let's get you ready for the rest of the day, I will also be informing your mother and so the punishment can carry over when she either comes over or we go over there" and with that he accio'd some toddler clothes big enough for him and a thick pull up, this was to make sure that he would waddle when he walked to make his punishment all the more realistic.

He after all as only a little boy in his parents eyes and now they were going to completely treat him like one due to the way he was acting.
