I've always dreaded doctor appointments. All that poking and tugging on you stuff is annoying. Now that I'm pregnant it's even more infuriating. For that reason I shall calm my nerves with ice-cream for breakfast.

I go into the living-room to see Jungkook and Haechan sitting on the couch. Do my eyes deceive me? I rub my eyes and they're still there.

Haechan is watching TV and Jungkook is looking around like "this apartment is nice for a closet." Maya walks in eating a bowl of cereal before telling goodmorning all cheerfully.

Me: What're you two doing here?
Haechan: You said you wanted us to go to your next appointment with you remember?
Jungkook: Is it not today?

I nod.

Me: It's today, yeah.
Haechan: Okay then let's go.
Me: I was going to get ice-cream first.

Jungkook whips his head towards me.

Jungkook: At ten in the morning?
Me: Are you judging me because I'm pretty sure I feel judged.
Jungkook: Good!

Maya giggles.

Maya: This is like Bridget Jones' baby.

It doesn't surprise me that Changkyun isn't here. All throughout school he's been ignoring my existence. I didn't expect him to bond a friendship with me or anything but a simple wave when you see me goes a long way.

Another thing that grinds my gears at the hospital is filling out the same paperwork every time, I've been here before why you acting brand new?

The nurse calls my name and we make our way back there. The two stooges sit on the chairs in the corner while I hop up in the big chair.

The doctor comes in and she's all smiles as always.

Doctor: How are you today Jasmine?
Me: Pretty good, pretty hungry.

I glare at Jungkook.

Doctor: Oh! Are these your friends?
Haechan: Baby father.
Doctor: Congratulations! And you are?
Jungkook: Baby father.

She lets out a confused chuckle.

Haechan: Fun fact it's another one of us but he's too much of an asshole to show up.

The doctor looks at me and I shrug.

Me: You either got it or you don't, I'm a pimp.

Her and the nurse exchange glances.

Me: I had a wild summer as you can see.

I gesture towards my stomach.

Me: And I don't know who the father is so until I pop this baby out they all are.

The nurse whistles.

Nurse: Talk about a reverse harem.

The doctor nudges the nurse.

Doctor: Let's get started then!

The gel on my stomach never makes me fail to squirm, it's so cold. The boys lean up to pay attention to the screen.

Haechan: Where is it?
Doctor: Right there.
Haechan: That squiggly line?
Jungkook: No, right there.
Haechan: Ohhh.

He's so dumb.

Doctor: Everything looks good. How have you been? Stress free?
Nurse: You think she's stress free with three different baby daddies?
Doctor: Nurse!
Me: She's so right though!
Doctor: Well let's try not to get too bent out of shape it's bad for the baby. Hear that boys?

They both say "yes ma'am" at the same time.

Doctor: Prenatal pills and lots of water. It's going to get tougher from here on out so don't register to call if something doesn't feel right okay?
Me: Yes. Thank you!

On our way out we all stop dead in our tracks as Changkyun sits in the waiting room flipping through a magazine. He looks up at us before standing up.

Changkyun: They said only two people back there with you at a time so I stayed here.
Me: When did you get here?
Changkyun: About twenty-five minutes ago.

So a little after us, maybe ten minutes after us. Haechan opens my folder and hands Changkyun the picture of the sonogram.

Haechan: Its next to the squiggly thing.
Changkyun: It's really small.
Jungkook: Because Jas is short.
Me: I'm average height you guys are just giants.

Changkyun hands me back the photo and frown.

Changkyun: So, you hungry?

My eyes practically turn into hearts.
