Loki's POV:

We were playing an old Asgardian game with the 'Avengers' until Wanda turned on the T.V and a certain channel seemed to catch her eye.

"Uhm, Lokes?" She said hesitantly. Lokes? I thought before turning around and averting my attention to the channel playing.

A women with blonde hair held a microphone with a concerned look on her face. "The famous genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, Tony Stark has been absent for over 4 days now and many people are becoming concerned," she stated as I turned back to Wanda.

"Shit," she muttered under her breath, "People are going to realise somethings seriously wrong soon, what are we supposed to do?" She asked frantically. After a moment of silence, except for the bickering and laughing of the children in the background, I looked her in the eye.

"I have an idea"

Wanda's POV:

"I have an idea"

"I'm going to regret asking, but what is it?" I asked hesitantly. Considering this guy is still the person who attempted a genocide, I wasn't really sure if I should trust him.

I knew it would be something extreme since he is the God Of Mischief but I did not expect what he did. He stood up and smirked at me before a green mist engulfed him and before I knew it, Loki was no longer standing in front of me. No, Tony Stark was.

"What the fuc-" I started.

"Language! There's children here!" Exclaimed Loki- no, Tony.

"I- Well then," I stuttered out, "I guess that's our solution?"

"So, where to first?" He asked.

"Well you should probably start by talking to Tony's, no, your girlfriend." I told him while grinning. He groaned and asked who she was.
"Pepper Potts"

Loki and I knocked on the door of Pepper Pott's office and heard from behind the door, a women was yelling over the phone. She heard the knock before grunting and leaving one last message to the caller, "Listen, I have guests, we'll discuss this matter later."

I took a deep breath and took a quick look at 'Tony' before the door opened to show a confused and slightly irritated Pepper. "Tony?! And, Miss Maximoff," she said the last part softly.

"Uh, hey Pott- Pep," Loki said nervously.

"Tony," she took in a deep breath before continuing, "Did you need something Maximoff?" She asked sweetly after sending a glare towards the fake Tony.

"Ahh, no, I uh, I just needed to get out of the house and decided to come with Tony," I said quickly trying to make my excuse sound believable. She raised and eyebrow before hesitantly nodding her head at me and we exchanged goodbyes as I gave Loki one last nervous glance and walked to the car. God, I hope he can pull this off.

Loki's POV:

Potts certainly looked irritated at Tony- well, me, I guess? Probably because he had been 'avoiding' her for a while. I wondered when, or if, we were going to admit the situation to Miss Potts, but as of now, I guess not. After Wanda left, she led me in the house and shut the door behind me as I tried to get into Stark mode.

"Where the hell were you?" She asked angrily, "You were gone for almost a week!"

"I, Uh I'm sorry Pep, just was really busy on an invention, wanted to get it done soon," I rambled out, hoping it sounded accurate. Pepper groaned loudly and lifted two fingers up to her nose to rub it roughly.

"Well, the press aren't very happy with your sudden disappearance, I've been trying to clear up things but it's a bit difficult when even I didn't know where you were, you're going to have to clear that up," She said softly with a hint of annoyance in her voice. It was sweet how much she cared about Tony. It must feel nice to have someone to care so deeply about you. I shook away the thought before smiling at her and thinking of a snarky comment that Stark would say.

"Jeez, guess they can't mind their business. I'll tell them," I said with a smirk as I walked towards her chair and allowed myself to drop down on it. "How do I contact them?" I blurted out. Shit, I forgot that Tony would know that. Pepper raised her eyebrow suspiciously. "Uh, you talk to them at your event later? Are you sure your okay, you've been doing this for years how have you forgotten?"

I shook my head lightly and chuckled, "Kiddingg, wow Pep, you didn't need the whole explanation," I tried to shake it off but she squinted her eyes and knitted her eyebrows together before sighing and turning around trying to ignore what happened. I sighed quitely in relief.

"Well, best get going, gotta uhm, get ready for later," I said. She nodded and hummed before saying goodbye and taking back her seat as I walked out of the door. I walked around the house back to the car where Wanda seemed to be waiting. I opened the door and sat besides her.

"How'd it go?" She asked.
"Well I sort of messed up at one bit," I replied, "I asked her how to give answers to the press, of course Stark would know that but I forgot I had to be him."
She sighed in annoyance before asking if I cleared it up which I nodded to as I informed her about the event later on. She hummed in reply and we drove off back to the tower. All the kids were in the back of the car, they were all either asleep or talking quietly amongst themselves. It was their nap time anyways.

6PM rolled around and I decided to get back in my disguise to prepare to answer the paparazzi. Surprisingly, everyone was still asleep. I walked into the main room to find Wanda cuddled up comfortably under a blanket on the couch holding a cup of tea and watching the T.V. I couldn't help but smile a little. Cute, I thought, Wait, no, shes not, I don't think she is, I tried to convince myself.

"Uh, Wans?" I asked trying to get her attention. "Oh- hey, sorry, you ready to go?" She asked. I nodded and led me to one of the cars but instead of getting in, she pointed me to the drivers seat.

"Tony knows how to drive, so technically, if you shape-shifted into him, so can you," she stated before I asked why she wasn't coming.
"It wouldn't make sense for Stark to bring me to his event, now go, don't want to be late, call me if you need anything, bye!" She finished off as I waved and smiled lightly to her and drove off.

Apologises for all the skips, but, after he arrived:

I parked up the car in front of the large building where hundreds of people were crowed around. Some held microphones and waited for me to exit the car. I rolled down my window and lowered my sun glasses a little bit to observe everyone. I waved my arm out of the window and people cheered as others lifted microphones to my face and asked questions.

'Mr Stark, where have you been recently? Many people have been worried'
'Are you and Miss Potts still in a relationship?'
'Why haven't we heard from the Avengers?'

I took in a deep breath before replying to a few, "I've been extremely focused on a particular invention and yes, me and Pep are still a thing. And the Avengers? I'm not sure, you'll have to ask them, they seem pretty normal and annoying to me," I stated and said the last part with a large grin plastered onto my face. More questions were instantly flooded my way but I simply ignored them and nodded my head slightly before raising my hand out to everyone and driving away back to the tower.

Hey guysss! Sorry about how long this post took, I've been a bit busy recently. I've also decided that this week, I'm going to take a little bit of a break from social media just to take care of myself and stuff. I'm still here if you want to talk and I'll check up once a day, but I won't be uploading for just a little while. I am NOT DISCONTINUING the book don't worry, it's just a very short break.
