(N/N) : Nickname
(P/N) : Pet's Name
(B/F/N) : Best Friend's Name
(F/F) : Favorite Food
(F/C) : Favorite Color
(F/D) : Favorite Drink
(H/C) : Hair Color
(E/C) : Eye Color
(F/C) : Fur Color

These are optional ones:

(S/P/N) : Second Pet's Name
(S/F/F) : Second Favorite Food
etc.
