Running. I'm running. He keeps coming closer and closer. I can't get away. I can't...
"Y/N, wake up," someone said, shaking my shoulders.
I opened my eyes and groggily sat up. Rubbing my eyes, I look around, and realized that I don't recognize the room I'm in.
"Y/N," the person said again. I looked to the right, and saw a man with short blue hair staring at me.
"O oh. Yeah?" I said, confused.
"OK, now that I have your attention," the guy said, chuckling."My name is Laica. I'm not sure what you remember from yesterday, but basically we saved you," he said. I stared at him, thinking. I nodded.
"OK. Sooo, where am I?" I asked, gesturing around the room.
"Oh. We are in a ship in the sky. You'll find out more later, but right now I'm going to show you around the place and I should probably explain what you're expected to do," he said.
I nodded, and started to get up. I stepped on the floor, and nearly fell. Before I could however, Laica caught me.
"Are you ok?" He asked. I shrugged weakly.
"I I'm not sure. I just can't seem to find my balance. My legs feel weak." I said, still attempting to stand without his help. Stumbling again, I collided with his chest. A blush spread through my cheeks, but I tried my best to hide it.
"You know, maybe I should help support you. It seems you still haven't fully recovered yet," he said, and wrapped his arm around my waist, causing me to blush more.
I stood up, nearly all the way, and we started walking out the door.
As he showed me around the ship, I made some observations. I noticed two girls, who looked liked twins with different hair colors.
"Hey Y/N, are you ok?" Laica asked, waving his hand in front of my face.
"Hm? Oh, yeah. I was just looking around," I said chuckling.
"Ok," he said, smiling. We continued walking around, when we came to an area that had some chairs and tables in it.
I noticed that there was a girl with pink hair, and a guy standing against the wall. The guy had long white hair."Is this her?" the guy asked Laica. I looked up at Laica for a second.
"Yeah, it is. Her legs haven't fully healed yet, from the attack," Laica said. The guy nodded his head and stood up.
"I see. Would you mind if I talked to her for a bit?" He asked. I could feel Laica nod. The guy walked over to me and replaced Laica in supporting me.
I felt scared the second the guy touched my waist. I felt like he had some sort of, power that was stronger then anyone elses.
"Alright Y/N, let's go," the guy said. I nodded, and we started walking. He led me to an empty room, and set me down in a chair.
Before he sat down, he shut the door. Sitting down, he folded his hands and rested his head on them.
"So, you can't walk properly," he said. I shook my head.
"No, my legs feel super weak, and I don't know why," I said.
"Ok. So, my name is Minazuki. I am, what you could call the manager of our group. What we strive for is to capture a certain boy. He's dangerous," Minazuki said.
"O oh i see," i said. I saw a smile slowly spread across Minazuki's cheeks.
"Yeah, and one more thing," he said."I need you as a sacrifice,"
My eyes widened, as I knew I wouldn't be able to run away or do anything about it.
Minazuki stood up, and smirked at me.
"It was you. So it wasn't a dream," I mumbled.
Minazuki laughed. I watched as he reached inside of his jacket and pulled out a knife. My eyes widened in horror, knowing what was going to happen next. He lunged at me.
I moved just enough so he only stabbed me in the shoulder. Pain spread through my shoulder, as he yanked the blade out of me.
"Gah," i said quietly as the pain increased.
I watched as he readied his knife again. I put my hand out in panic and not even realizing it, I blasted something at him. I saw him fly back and hit the wall. I used the arms of the chair to get up.
I realized that my legs were not weak anymore, and I ran out of the room. I heard the door slam open behind me, but I didn't care. I kept running, until I felt something impale itself into my leg. Falling to the ground, I reached for the blade I knew was in my leg. Before I could reach it however, Minazuki yanked it out of my leg. I clenched my teeth, struggling to not make a noise of pain. Tear of pain were streaming down my face, but I didn't care.
"You won't get away this time," he growled at me. Rolling me onto my back, he held me down while I struggled. Stabbing the knife into my stomach, he laughed. I screamed in pain, not being able to keep it in anymore. I felt blood drip from my mouth.
He yanked the blade out of my stomach and set it down beside him. I watched as he leaned down and licked some of the blood off of my stomach. I closed my eyes, and I heard him laugh again.
"Minazuki what are you doing!" I heard Laica scream. I heard footsteps running, and felt Minazuki's hand disappear from my shoulder.
Opening my eyes, I saw Laica standing beside me, and Minazuki was nowhere to be seen.
"Y/N! I don't know if I'll be able to save you," he said crying.
"Wh why are you crying?" I asked.
"B because. Because I love you Y/N," he said. I stared at him in shock. Suddenly i felt warm lips on mine. I kissed back, knowing who's they were. As we pulled away, I saw something glint above us.
"Now you can both die together," I heard, before a sword was shoved through both of our hearts. As my world faded to black, the last thing I heard was Minazuki laughing.
