Louis

"Please provide evidence on this plea," the judge could only stutter as shock covered his face. Josh's lawyer stood up with a folder in her arms. She was in her late twenties with her auburn hair in a bun while her blue eyes sparkled.

"Your honor," She asked as she opened her folder and handed a few papers to the bailiff,"These records show some extensive tests that we have put Josh through and he was diagnosed with multiple personality disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD from a traumatic experience he had as a child. These documents fine Josh clinically insane by several doctors which proves he is not responsible for his actions," he finished as the courtroom was silent for a few moments.

No one could believe what she had just said, it all seemed like a lie. I bit my lip to hold back my screams of protest as Harry tightened his grip on my hand. The families were in tears behind me until one of them stood up: a teenager named Hannah Johnson.

"He killed my father," she screamed as her mother ushered for her to sit down, but she refused, "He's not crazy, he's a heartless piece of shit," she continued as her mother tried to pull her back down to her seat.

"Young lady please take your seat," the judge said as he looked up from the paperwork.

Hannah was pulled to her seat as tears ran down her face. She had said exactly what everyone else wanted to. All Josh was doing was sitting there, smiling at the destruction he had done.

"Your paperwork is all in order, it will be presented to the jury along with all evidence from the prosecution. It is the juries ultimate decision to agree with your plea or what the prosecution moves for," the judge said as he handed the paperwork back to Josh's lawyer. As she went and sat beside Josh our lawyer stood up and took the floor.

"Your honor, we will be requesting the death penalty for Josh Tomlinson on the grounds that he was deemed sane enough to be the legal guardian of Louis Tomlinson," she said as she handed paperwork to the bailiff that showed a  few psychiatrist exams.

"Everything seems in order, please call your first witness," the judge said as our lawyer walked back to us and began to get her things in order for her first witness.
