All of them held there breath as they wait for the door to open.

As it slowly open there heart beat faster and faster as they were all excited to be able to meet Aether for the first time.

One could say it is a huge chance to bethe first one to know Aether true appearance.

Since he is said to be young anc it has been proven just a while ago.

Thanks to Kuznetsov men who have all been observing the while restaurant.

As they have immidietly sended the info to the higher  up and they all immidietly learn of it.

So it is a suprise to say the least since they are about to see him right now.

And who would not be for them to be able to meet Aether face to face.

Ks something that many have wanted to do for 3 years now.

And who would have thought after 3 years he would reveal himself now all of a sudden.

Which even Reinzel himself is very surprised to say the least.

As the door have fully open ll of them turn there gaze at the 20 year old man infront of them.

That is wearing a black trench coat that is not a bit surprise.

Considering it is very normal in Russia since the climate there is very cold.

And vet few could be even be used to wearing very light clothing.

Infront of the is a man no less than 20 years old as he has a blank look on his face right now.

His expression is unreadable to say the least which made him more mysterious even more.

As Y/N was looking at all of them his gaze fell upon the ma that is seating r the last row infront if him.

Y/N walk in along with Alicia and Emil who both saw the Russian president seating on his chair.

Along with other Russian government that are all seating to the sides both left and right.

They then wen towards them as Renzeil snap out of his trance.

And then greeted Y/N along with the other Russian government with him.

As they all stand up from there seat and look at Y/N.

Reinzil:it is nice to meet you at last President Aether.

Reinzil said with a smile as the others as well greeted him along with Y/N companion that are behind him.

Y/N: the same to you as well president Reinzil.

Y/N said as he stand on the middle table with Alicia beside him.

Reinzil: it is my first time seeing you and I was suprise that the rumors where true of being young.

Reinzil sahd with an impress lok on his face right now as he look at Y/N.

Y/N: I never had the chance to go and meet you for 3 years since I have been occupied for quiet a long time.

Y/N said as Reinzil just chuckle at this and then spoke back.

Reinzil: ah it is fine you only trying to do your job as a leader of your own company.

Reinzil said as he then gave them a friendly smile and say again.

Reinzil: please why don't we all seat down then.

Reinzul said as Y/N nodded at this as he and Alicia along with Emil and the other all sat down.

Several food could be seen on the table right now and there was various expensive food to.

Y/N: now I should asked if there is any reason why you have invited me president Reinzil?

Y/N asked as he look at Reinzil who chuckle at this and spoke back.

Renzeil: well straight to the pint huh okay then.

Renzeil said as he sit up straight and look at Y/N before speaking.

Renzeil: well the reason why I have called you here is not only I wanted to meet you but also wanted to asked you about something that you yll be very interested in.

Renzeil said as this made Y/N curious when he has heard of this.

Y/N asked with a curious look on his face as he took a glass of wine and drank it.

Reinzil gave him a grin at this and then spoke.

Reinzil: I am glad you asked as you see.

Reinzil stop for a bit as the curtains all closed and a video was projected on a wall.

Reinzil: Kuznetosv scouting fleet have discovered an unkown island within the low danger zone.

Reinzil said as it showed of old broken building structure that is not man made at all.

As this made Y/N surprise a bit when he saw this.

This was an ancient alien structure that came from a race called the Azelon.

Or if translated in English it is called as the old ones an ancient race.

That have been destroyed by another class 9 civilizations a long time ago.

There history is very interesting as Y/N Siren and Aether fleet have found over more than 500 ancient structures of this alien.

Some of which are still operational bit not one of them could be counted to where is the main archive could be.

Reinzil: do you by any chance familiar with this structure.

Reinzil asked as Y/N gave a nod at this and then spoke.

Y/N: yes they are structure of an Alien race called the Azelon or of you translate it to our language it means old ones.

Y/N said as this made them all surprise when tht heard of this.

Y/N: the language was not hard if you study closely you could send that the languages are mix of that of the Greek and Egyptian language.

Reinzil: this is a serious matter maybe you already have guess that the Zin all seem to be trying to find this ruin?

Reinzil asked as Y/N nodded at this as he spoke back.

Kuznetsov: what could possibly be important in our land that they want to find?

Kuznetsov asked as Y/N smirk at this and spoke.

Y/N: knowledge Admiral a knowledge if a highly advance race we have never seen before and would be the starts for humanity to be able to venture into space itself.

Y/N said as the others all were amaze when they heard of this.

Alicia: there have been ancient ruin found in Africa recently perhaps this might give us a clue.

Alicia suggested as Reinzil hearing this became serious as this is a very important matter.

If the Zins where to be the ones to acquire this tech then they would all be doom.

Reinzil: then this is a very serious matter that we must talk with the other faction leaders.

Y/N suggested as Reinzil nodded at this and spoke again.

Y/N asked as Reinzil then snap his fingers and immediately one of the general near Y/N.

Took out a file as he hands it to Y/N who took it.

Y/N open the file as Reinzil then spoke at this.

Reinzil: I am in need of New types of Cruiser one that can have your new missiles that you have recently made and we need more than 10 of it.

Reinzil said as Y/N read it and was surprised that they are requesting for a heat seeking missile.

To be out on the ship and has no less than 60,000-80,000 displacement.

And needs to have 6 mounted main turrets that are all 15 inches.

Y/N: this request of yours I not that hard to make but it might cost a bit expensive.

Y/N said as Reinzil nodded in understanding at this.

Reinzil: how much would it be for one of this ship to be made?

Reinzil asked as Y/N thought about it and see how much it is.

Y/N: each one would cost 65 millions.

Y/N said as this surprise them all as the thought it would be expensive.

But it would seen that it only cost equal to that of a light cruiser.

Reinzil: that seem to be not the pricey can you make it more stringer if possible?

Reinzil asked as Y/N gave a nod at this and then spoke back.

Y/N: yes i can do that it will cost 85 million this time and the ship would be big but is very fast and well balance in terms of armor, defense, and offensive capabilities.

Y/N said as this made Reinzil smile when he heard of this.

Reinzil: that is good how long it would take to make each one?

Reinzil asked again as Y/N took another drink before speaking.

Y/N: if all are built at the same time with 20,000-40,000 worker each working on each ship it would take 2 week for it to be finnish building and the cost in total is more than 850 million.

Y/N said as Reinzil was happy to hear about it.

Reinzil: that seem not a problem at all then the cost will not be a problem as long as it is built then there is nothing to worry about.

Reinzil said as Y/N nodded at this as he closed the file.

Y/N: then I will have the factory in Vladivostok start building tomorrow for your ships.

Y/N said as he then looks at the time and see that he only have more than 15 minutes left before the ceremony begins.

Reinzil: I see but will you be joining to watch the tournament later?

Reinzil asked as Y/N thought about it and spoke back.

Y/N: that depend later on president Reinzil.

Y/N said as he then took one last drink as he has already ate some food before coming here.

As he is now gong to need to get to the academy and fast.

Reinzil: well I hope you could join later then.

Reinzil said as Y/N smile at this and gave a nod.

Y/N: yes and as much I want to stay I need to head to meet with Nimitz today sorry if I have to leave now.

Y/N said as he stand up and Reinzil smile at this and shook his head.

Reinzil: that is alright President Aether I already know about it so there is no need to apologize.

Reinzil said as Y/N nodded at this as he then turns around but stop for a moment.

Y/N: thank you and just call me Y/N no need for you to be formal me and the others shall be off then.

Y/N said as he along with Alicia and Emil along with his men left as Reinzil and his men all stay to have some breakfast as they haven't got some.

Since they have left Russia early a while ago before Y/N came.
