The moment all of them were into the giant vortex that looks like space.

Everything seem to have turn black all of a sudden.

Not being able to see anything but only pure utter darkness.

Which is something anyone fear being blind but for Y/N he doesnt care of he goes blind.

Due to the fact that his ears is like a bit that allows him to know everything about his surrounding.

It is very weird but nonetheless is a blessing to Y/N.

As it allow him to travel and see in the dark night.

But right now though that is not the case for him.

He was completely floating in a black void nothing else which surpise him.

He can't sense or hear anything the others might as well be trap in this void like him.

But all of them are separated is what Y/N have speculated due to him the only one in the void.

Y/N: I hope Alice and Max are okay.

Y/N said to himself as he is worried for two of his best friend and crush as well.

But nonetheless he should worry on how to get out of the black void he is in.

Y/N: being seperated into another dimension through a space-rift that is a suprise a space-rift in shoulf have not appear in the next 200 years but it seem I have put my guard down.

Y/N said as he sigh heavily at this a space-rift for him is very dangerous.

As it does not send you to a safe place that you will receive power of a heroes like those in fantasy novels and anime you normally watch.

But for Y/N this is a dangerous thing that will bring only death on those that get suck into a space-rift.

It is the cruel thing about reality that there is nothing fair in it.

You have to work hard through blood and sweat in order to achieve ones goal.

This is not a dream that one could imagine and have anything the want.

Y/N believes that not everything in this world comes for free.

It will always cost a heavy price one must pay for heavily.

Some may think it is outrageous but it is the truth.

The strong rules the weak while the weak serves those who are at the top of the door chain.

Yet even the weak can reach the apex of power if they are determined.

As they say the strong may be the predator and the weak is the prey but the prey can be the true predator to the strong.

Y/N: analyze current location.

Y/N said as his digital glasses obeyed his orders and immediately scan the void he was in.

Y/N: this might take a while what is this place anyway.

Y/N said as he waits for the analysis to be completed.

He floats aimlessly while looking around at the silent void.

Devoid of any life or even a single speck of light.

Yet Y/N could clearly see himself which made him firmly believe that the law and logic of this place he was in is vet different

*Ping*

The sound of his glasses ringing could be heard.

As he looks at it and shows the result of the analysis.

Y/N: nothing huh it seem this place is completely unkown.

Y/N said as he sigh a this and immediately closer his eyes.

Y/N: guess I'll just have to wait then.

Y/N said as he waits for anything to happen even if he stays here forever he can still maintain himself.

A bright glow could be seen causing Y/N to open his eyes.

Y/N: what the?! there is some light that is a suprise.

Y/N said as he open his eyes and immediately see the bright light enevelop him.

He was not blinded by it which is another suprise thing to Y/N.

The bright light stop glowing and immediately he was in a chair with a table infront of him.

Y/N: okay this is a surprise.

Y/N said with an amuse look on his face as he looks up and see a old man sitting on the other side of the table.

????: well I am impress your not suprise like any of your kind would be in this kind of situation.

The old man said as he pour some tea on a small cup.

Y/N: well considering that I have discovered the existence of the multiverse a long time ago it is not a suprise to me anymore.

Y/N said with a blank look as the old man laugh when he heard this.

As he put down the teapot on the side of the table and then turn his head to Y/N.

????: you are a very special one indeed.

The old man said with an amused look on his face as he push the tea cup to Y/N.

The tea cup slide towards Y/N who caught it before it could reach him.

Y/N: and I guess you have a reason why you have summon me here mister?

Y/N asked while stopping a bit wanting to know who the old man is.

????: just call me Averil my boy.

Averil which was the name of the old man as he said to Y/N who nodded at this.

Averil: and yes I have a reason why I have summon you here.

Averil said as he looks at Y/N with a friendly smile on his face.

Y/N: and please tell me Averil why did you summon me here of all places?

Y/N said as he pulls the cup of tea and took a sip from its.

Averil:straight to the point I see well that's good the reason why you are here is because I want you to become my successor.

Averil said vet bluntly as Y/N had a calm look on his face when he heard this.

Y/N: oh really and what reason would that be mister Averil?

Y/N asked as he was curious as to why he would be chosen if all people.

Averil: you where the best candidate I could find in all of my life I have never seen someone like you.

Averil said as Y/N smiled at this and then put the cup away.

Y/N: not to be rude or anything mister Averil but there are many that are just like me I'm sure there are some that would willingly be your successor.

Y/N said as he look at Averil who suddenly burst our laughing just a few second after he spoke.

He radiate an immense Aura that completely made the whole surrounding shake a bit.

But Y/N seem to not be affected by this powerful force that is trying to attack him.

Averil': it's seem I have not mistaken of choosing you Y/N you truly are a very rare treasure to anyone.

Averil said as Y/N raised his eyebrows when he heard this.

Y/N: oh really then please do enlighten me on what qualifications do I have?

Y/N asked as Averil had a huge smile on his face at this.

Averil: you desire not power but merely knowledge wanting to learn the mystery and able to see through the nothingness.

Averil said as Y/N had a suprise look on his face as he heard of this.

Y/N: it seems you are not normal than I thought you would have been mister Averil.

Y/N said as he pulls back the cup to take another sip from it.

Averil: well of course I am a being that stand above all things though I know the limits of my own pride not like the other fools.

Averil said as his pride look the disappear and change to that of that doesn't care of his own pride at all.

Y/N: a being that stand above all else an interesting title.

Y/N commented as Averil laugh at this and look at Y/N.

Averil: of that only one of many titles my dear boy.

Averil said as Y/N smirk at this and then spoke.

Y/N: the you also have the title of being a perverted sage.

Y/N sahd as Averil felt like an arrow just hit his heart.

Averil: ouch such hurtful words you got there but that may be true but atleast I know when to control myself not like a certain brown headed boy wth a red gaunlet on his left arm.

Averil said as he remembered it and he shivered just the thought of remembering it.

Y/N: well I guess you are true to that so what are the things I should know of becoming your successor?

Y/N asked as Averil have a huge shock on his face when he heard this.

Averil: oh your accepting it already?

Averil asked with an amuse look on his face.

Y/N: well there I no reason to decline anyway since it is on of a life time opportunity for me.

Y/N said as he puts down the cup back on the table and look at Averil.

Averil: well that is good to hear the only thing you should know of becoming my successor is you can do anything you want.

Averil said as Y/N raise his eyebrows when he heard this.

Y/N: and why is that surely there is another reason for you to just give to me easily?

Y/N asked with a still raise eyebrow on his face.

Averil hearing this sigh and look at Y/N and said.

Averil: I have live for so long now I can't even count how many years I have live and I just want to rest now and become with the the eternal nothingness again.

Averil said as he looks up to the sky where you could see the stars all glowing brightly.

Y/N: the burden of being an immortal living a life where you will grow bored after some time.

Y/N said as Averil nodded at this and look back at Y/N.

Averil: yes that is right once my powers have been pass down to you I will be one with the Infinite nothingness again.

Averil said as Y/N nodded in understanding at this.

Y/N: I see then it's that's the case I will accept it now and I might ask?

Y/N said while the last part is more of a question.

Averil:oh and what is that my dear boy?

Averil said with a curious look on his face.

Y/N: what is your reall name anyways Averil seems more like a nickname to you?

Y/N said as Averil laugh when he heard this as he looks at him.

Averil: your really are a rare treasure that can only be measured in on out of Infinite of other beings.

Averil said as he then stops laughing and look at Y/N and spoke.

Averil: very well then my real name is Aetherium Ethereal.

Averil said his real name as Y/N nodded at this.

Y/N: well it is nice to know you then mister Aetherium.

Y/N said as he and Averil stand up and both shake there hands.

Averil: you as well mister Aether it's a coincidence that your last name is just like mine.

Averil said as Y/N chuckle at this as he scratch the back of his head.

Y/N:I know and anyway what about my freinds are they fine?

Y/N asked as Averil nodded at this and spoke.

Averil: the space-rift that you have but suck in was supposed to send you to another world one you are very familiar with.

Averil said as Y/N nodded at this and then spoke.

Y/N: I see that's good to hear but what do you mean the world I and the others are going is very familiar?

Y/N asked with a curios look on his face as Averil had a huge grin at this.

Averil: get ready yourself Y/N cuase your going to the world of Azur Lane.

Averil said which made Y/N suprise at this but nodded in understanding.

Y/N: I see then perhaps I could make the Sirens there as good beings.

Y/N said as Averil laugh at this and said to him.

Averil: that world is not like the ones your friend play cuase the Sirens there do not exist.

Averil said as Y/N was suprise at this but the grin when he heard what Averil said next.

Averil: but you can make this Sirens with the power I bestow upon you good luck Y/N.

Averil said and Y/N view change as lights envelop all over him.

As Averil disappear along with the whole place as he was sended to another dimension.
