(3rd POV)

As Y/N looks at all of the Orochi ship that are now slowly docking at the massive base.

Y/N: it has become bigger now o wonder of I can turn the base into a massive ship?

Y/N asked to himself as he put his right hand on his chin as he thought about it.

Y/N: the Antarctic base have been discovered and it will be a while before they will find out about the base.

Y/N said to himself again as HQ knew that by killing this bunch of elite units.

he would attract there attention and time Zin will be suspicious about it.

Which Y/N does not like at all since he needs some time on order to build up a fleet of his own.

Y/N: of i can't build a base in this planet then in the planet Mars should be much better.

Y/N have said to himself as he like the idea of building the base in Mars instead.

Y/N: just need to transport the base from here to there but how do I do that?

Y/N asked himself as he turns around and sat back at his couch.

The airship is now slowly landing at the landing bay.

As it slowly descend on the base that Y/N has made several minutes ago.

As he thought about it an imaginary light bulb appear on his head.

Y/N:how did that appear ontop of my head?

Y/N asked as he grab the light bulb out of his head and open the window as he throws it out.

He also heard someone telling him oh how he is breaking the 4th wall or something.

He just ignore the imaginary voice in his head right now.

Y/N: now where was I oh right I got the perfect idea.

Y/N said to himself as walk put of the room and head outside.

As he walks out of the room turns around and walk through the small hall way of the airship.

He walk around and see that the whole landing bay outisde the airship is huge.

And probably more could be able to fit inside of it.

Y/N: the base is big enough to house over 20 million people in it but I still need a bigger one.

Y/N said to himself as he activate his helmet back on and walk to one if the exits of the airship.

As he walks out of the Massive airship he has builted he looks around.

Y/N: the place is a little empty needs some workers to help me around.

Y/N said as he raises his hand and snap it and immediately several soldiers appeared infront of him.

All of which are wearing white trech coat and have all of the holding Ak-47 assault rifles.

There was over more than 10,000 soldier all standing infront of him.

Each of which have absolute loyalty towards him and they will obey his orders without even asking.

The soldiers all are made to be able to operate a base and even a ship itself.

Y/N: half of you all head to the dock and man on the ship while the rest of you handle the base.

Y/N said to all of them as they made a salute at this and spoke.

Soldiers: as you command Emperor.

All of them said in unison before dispersing as Y/N sigh at this and turn around.

Y/N: well at least I have some people to company while I am in this base.

Y/N mutter to himself as he walk towards a hallway.

When suddenly one of the soldier who seem to be more of a officer walk towards.

????: Emperor may I speak with you for a moment?

The soldier was a female as Y/N turns around and removed his  helmet.

The female blush on seeing his face as she look at him shyly.

Y/N: is there anything you need?

Y/N asked with a smile on his face as the girl blush at this even more.

????: yes Emperor my name is Alicia Von Wilhelm and if I may ask we need more personal to operate the base Emperor.

The girl who introduced herself as Alicia spoke to Y/N.

Y/N: very well then.

Y/N said while nodding at this as he snaps his fingers and 5,000 scientist appeared, 15,000 engineers, and 20,000 workers appeared behind him.

Y/N: would all of those be enough?

Y/N asked as Alicia had an amaze look on her face when she saw this.

Alicia: yes Emperor but who will be your second in command?

Alicia asked as Y/N smile at this and points his hand at her.

Y/N: you will be my second in command.

Y/N said as Alicia blush when she heard this and was also suprise.

Alicia: me you Majesty but there Mia be others who are more suitable to this position.

Alicia said but when thought about it she does not mind to be his second in command.

Y/N: I have seen you are capable and such your going to be rank as Grand Vice Marshal.

Y/N said as Alicia could only nod at this as Y/N turn around.

Y/N: tell of them that I am going to turn the whole base into a ship so all of them stay inside the base at all times understood?

Y/N asked as he turns his head to look at Alicia qo nodded at this.

Alicia:yes Emperor Y/N.

Alicia said while bowing as he chuckled on seeing this.

Y/N: that is good to hear then I'll be heading out now.

Y/N said as he snaps his fingers and Alice clothes change and she was noq wearing a black and red trench coat.

With 5 different medallion on her eight chest and a sword on her left waist.

Alicia: his Majesty is so handsome.

Alicia said with heart in her eyes as she them snap out of it.

Ashe then order the other personnels to head to work now.

As they all start to operate the base they were in while reaching new type of weapons.

Meanwhile with Y/N qw could see him walking down the hallway.

As he pass by several of his personnel who all bow or give a salute at him since he was there leader and maker as well.

As he walk down the hall way he could see the rooms all being slowly occupied.

There are medical rooms, laboratory room, training room, storage room, and other rooms as well.

As he walks around HW pass through a hallway with a large long window.

Where he see several of his soldiers all walking around while scientist all are carrying research stuff to there post.

Y/N: they all work very fast than I have expected.

Y/N said to himself as he continue to walk down the hallway.

Soon enough he reach the exit where there was several guards guarding the massive sealed tight door.

When the guards saw him they all saluted at him as he nods at them.

Y/N: open the door.

Y/N said and done of them open it as he was about to walk put when another personal camw towards him.

????: your Majesty wait!

Y/N atop to turn around and look who was calling him this time.

He turn to look and see that there was another officer a female at that ran towards him.

Y/N: is there something you need?

Y/N said as the female stop and introduced herself to Y/N.

????: yes my name is Maria Winchester Grand Commander of the Iron Cross Legion I am ordered by Grand Vice Marshal Alicia to follow you.

The girl introduce herself to Y/N as this made him raise his eyebrows.

Y/N: why does Alicia need someone to guard me I a just going outside for a while.

Y/N said as Maria spoke back at him with a pleading tone.

Maria: it is our duty to makes sure you are safe Emperor so please let us follow you.

Maria asked with a pleading tone as Y/N sigh on seeing this as he nods.

Y/N: okay fine you may come but 50 people would be enough to come with us.

Y/N said as Maria thank him at this as they all then went out of the base.

The cold wind blew towards them as Y/N was not affected by this.

Maria: where ahould we be going Emperor?

Maria asked as she turn to look at Y/N who was looking around.

Y/N: just ontop of that mountain.

Y/N said as he ponts at a mountain top Maria nodded at this and immediately a huge transport vehicle could be seen driving out of the base.

Y/N was inside as he was sitting on a couch that was inside the mobile base they are in right now.

Maria: what are you planning to do in the mountain your Majesty?

Maria asked as she was holding a tray of several cup of coffee on it.

Y/N: you will see as soon we get there.

Y/N said as Maria nodded at this as she hands over a cup of coffee to him.

Y/N took the cup of coffee and drank from it as he looks at the side.

The mobile vehicle went to the mountain top and it took them about half an hour to reach half of the mountain.

Since they cannot risk of falling down the side of the mountain.

As they were continue to drive down the snowy lands Y/N look to the side and aww hoq the base is.

Just as he imagine there is over more than several kilometers the size of the base inside the crater itself.

Not mention how tall the base and it is over more 175 meters high.

All of which are heavily armored more than 50 inch of Vibranium armor.

It is impossible to even penetrate the armor of the base.

And any enemy would have a hard time entering it.

There are also some defence on the base such as large caliber cannons on the rooftop of the base.

Maria: we are almost up at the mountain Emperor

Maria said as Y/N nodded when he hears this.

Y/N: that is good to hear tell everyone to prepare when we get there and male sure the transport won't fall off ontop the cliff of The mountain.

Y/N said as Maria nodded in understanding at this as she left to tell the other about it.

Y/N looks back at the base as he looks around it and see several ships on the airship bay.

Y/N: they already started design warship built to battle in space.

Y/N mutter to himself as he turns around and at back at the couch.

It was not long until they have arrive at the top of the mountain where they put the transport vehicle in the back so it would not fall.

Y/N walk out of it as he stand on top of the mountain cliff.

Maria: your Majesty you should not go any further or you might fall!

Maria said with a worried look on her face as Y/N smile at this.

Y/N: don't worry I'll be fine.

Y/N said as he turns back to look at the base and then said to himself.

Y/N: let see what my powers can do right now.

Y/N said as he raise his hand eight hand into the sky and then imagined nano-bots coming out of it.

and so it did massive amounts of nano-bots floats around him.

Y/N: this is not enough.

Y/N said as he points at the base and immediately Infinite amount of nano-bots.

Came flying everywhere Maria and the other we're amazed on what Y/N was doing right now.

The ground they are standong on suddenly started to shift as well as the whole crater.

Asit starts to turn into metal and form into a massive ship of immense size.

It slowly form and several Trillion miles of land and water turn into metal.

Y/N: let is build my command ship then.

Y/N said as he snaps his fingers and immediately a storm of Nano-bots envelop the whole Trillion moles of lands and waters.

As it slowly turns into metal and become part of a massive shop never before seen by anyone.

As Y/N had a huge smile on his face as the ground he is standing on noq became a command deck.

And slowly the base was put inside the massive ship that is being made as infinite amounts of nano-bots continue to come out of Y/N palm.
