All seven aircraft that were launched return to the carrier as soon as they can. The first to land was the unmanned aerial tanker. The Boeing MQ-25 aerial refueling drone.

Next were the E-2 Hawkeyes who made contact with the ship girls that are heading to the man made island base that Air Spark and Dentist saw.

Coming in hours later are the F-18 super hornets that took off after the E.W.A.C.s. Just like the crew of the Hawkeyes, they too made contact with the suspected ship girls.

Lastly it is Air Spark and Dentist who are coming in for a landing. Dentist lands first on the flight deck.

However Air Spark wants to go for his usual antics. In his head he wants to go for another high speed flyby. Before he can even do it. Admiral Halsey radios the hotshot pilot to prevent him from actually going for another high speed flyby.

Admiral Halsey: "Don't even think about it hotshot. I know you are going to do a high speed flyby."

Air Spark: Understood sir. Air Spark coming in for a landing.

The LSO or landing safety officer sees Air Spark's tomcat. He radios the hotshot pilot and tells him to call the ball on the optical landing system.

LSO: "Air Spark you're three quarters of a mile to glide path. Call the ball."

Air Spark: Roger ball. Tomcat charlie alpha tango 222 coming in. Maintaining altitude, gradually powering speed up. Deploying tail hook and bringing her down.

LSO: "Roger CAT 222. Flight deck is clear. Take her home."

Air Spark: Roger. CAT 222 inbound.

Air Spark makes a smooth landing on the flight deck. He then taxis his aircraft to one of the elevator decks. As soon as he parked his plane, Air Spark and his R I.O. Tiger get off and head to the ship's island. They go inside where they are greeted by their fellow fighter squadron mates. The reckless hotshot pilot is part of VMF-124 formerly known as VF-84. Which is also known as the Jolly Rogers. His wingman and childhood friend Dentist is also part of VMF-124. All of the pilots that did the recon mission were immediately summoned to the briefing room. Admiral Halsey and the other senior officers couldn't believe what Air Spark and the other pilots told them. Thinking that it might be some sort of sick joke. He then asks for visual evidence. Air Spark immediately shows the photos of the man made island base he took on his sortie. He also told them about the world war two era warships that are docked in the island's port.

Although most of the crew and officers are still confused about what happened to them. Air Spark, Dentist, and Magnolia remained silent about the situation. They kept everything that happened in Kiel, Germany a secret among themselves. But it's Air Spark who kept it a secret to himself exclusively. He didn't want any of the personnel that he fell in love with a witch named Charlotte E. Yeager. The only other two people who knows about it is his childhood friend. And Dentist's former wingman Lt. Emily Winters. All the pilots take a break from recon duties as night falls. By 10:00:00 pm, all of the other aircraft sent on recon and patrol duties have been recovered. While his R.I.O. and his childhood friend are already sleeping. Air Spark decides to get out of his quarters and go to the viewing deck of the carrier's island. He pulls out a picture of him and his late girlfriend Monica Johnson from the pocket of his flight suit.

She was the second woman he fell in love with after Penelope Henderson. He holds on tight to the picture while drinking a bottle of beer. Tears begin to fall from his eyes as he recalls the car accident that he and his girlfriend got involved in. He takes a long sip on the bottle of beer he's holding and starts to lose hope of finding true love once again. He has already fallen in love with two other girls. But they were short lived. His wingman and childhood friend doesn't know that Air Spark is beginning to lose the feeling of being in love. The hotshot pilot finishes his bottle of beer and heads back to his quarters. He takes a short shower and then dresses up in a white t-shirt and black shorts. He lies on his bed and falls asleep.

December 7, 1941

5:30:00 am Monday morning

USS Enterprise mess hall.

It is a usual day in the mess hall. Officers and air crews eating their breakfast in two separate areas. However the food wasn't the usual one being served during peace time. It is eggs, pancakes, and steak. It is a meal usually served during combat operations. The new recruits aren't used to seeing this type of meal being served. But for Air Spark, Dentist, and Magnolia they are already used to it. While some of the other crews just enjoy the meal. Air Spark is in deep thought while he's eating his food. He knows that something big is going to happen any minute now. And he feels that the entire personnel of Enterprise are going to get involve in a battle that is truly out of this world.

7:00:00 am

Man made island base

Two girls are walking casually in the streets. They see that the place is busier than usual. They decide to about what is going on in the streets while walking towards the docks.

Cleveland: Haha! Things are pretty exciting around here.

Wales: I describe it as overcrowded. Look around, Eagle Union and Royal Navy are both gathering at this base. And things don't appear to be slowing down anytime soon.

Cleveland: Haha! I bet you can't guess who else is coming in from my side. Your hint is it's our greatest warrior with the most battle stars ever received.

Wales: Ah..... You must mean the famous Gray Ghost. The main forces of our Royal Navy will also be arriving soon. Looks like this base is becoming central to all our activities.

Cleveland: Come on! We should at least say hello. It be rude to keep them waiting. Ahaha! (Turns around and runs. Doesn't notice a mysterious figure in a black hooded cloak.) Let's go! Hurry! Amy Jane you slow poke!

Wales: (Smiles and also doesn't notice the mysterious figure walking by her.) Please don't rush me.

The mysterious figure continues walking without being noticed by the other girls. She stops near the rails and observes her surroundings. A strong breeze suddenly blows her hood immediately revealing who she is. But still, she wasn't noticed by anyone in the area. Meanwhile the two girls discussing the festive mood of the base reach their destination. They stop at one of the docks where an aircraft carrier has just arrived. Its passengers are casually getting off. The two girls who are in front of it greet the new arrivals as their belongings are being unloaded by a group of bird like creatures.

Wales: Illustrious.

Illustrious: The highness has emerged from on high to greet me. To what do I owe this honor?

Wales: Don't be silly. It's not like that. Glad to see you. It's been a long time.

Illustrious: Indeed it has. Good day old friend. (Notices the other girl behind her friend.) Who's here with you?

????: I'm Cleveland from Eagle Union. Glad you made it. Sounds like a long journey. (Notices a purple haired girl behind Illustrious.) Hi there. 

Illustrious: Unicorn is a bit shy. Sorry, she doesn't mean to antisocial. Please don't take her behavior personally.

Cleveland: Nice to meet you.

The four girls decide to go back to their headquarters and dormitory to discuss about the events that are coming their way. They are also wary of two other major camps that are plotting something sinister. And this makes them more concerned about the predicament they are going to be in at a few minutes later. Meanwhile Unicorn decides to look for her pet which she thinks might have strayed off in the man made island base. She is spotted by another girl with the same hair color as hers. The other girl introduces herself and gives her name Javelin. She asks Unicorn if she's looking for something. Unicorn answers her and tells the name of her pet. Javelin decides to help her. They meet another girl named Laffey who is currently taking a nap on a bench underneath a cherry blossom tree. Laffey after asking what it is also decides to help. They search everywhere including the docks. They even asked the other girls.

Finally one of them points to the mountain overlooking the base and has a great view of the ocean. They quickly run towards the mountain where the cloaked mysterious figure is currently looking at the ocean. Unicorn's pet is happily galloping while chasing a butterfly. It loses its footing and rolls towards the stranger in a black hooded cloak. The mysterious girl picks it up and mistakes it for a plushy. That is until tries to wiggle free from her grasp. Sensing that it isn't a toy she lets it go to run away. It's just in time as Unicorn, Javelin, and Laffey have reached the mountain top. They see the mysterious girl who had removed her hood. They introduce themselves to her one by one. Javelin is amazed at the view of the base from the mountain and the ocean as well. Javelin then asks the girl how she is able to find a wonderful spot like it.

Before she can even answer, a mysterious blue object suddenly appears from the sky. Javelin, Unicorn, and Laffey got scared of the object. Laffey mistakes it for the a bird. Before Javelin can even answer she's quick to notice that the stranger has disappeared from their sights. While they talk about her, the mysterious girl is on a tree talking to someone who's voice is coming from the mysterious blue object that actually looks like an airplane. Back on the carrier USS Enterprise CVN-80. Air Spark, Dentist, Magnolia, and another pilot are currently preparing for take off. They are going out for another recon mission. While in waiting, two E-2 Hawkeyes that had launched earlier once again makes contact with the two ship girls that appeared on their radars. The order to sound general quarters alarm is given by Admiral Halsey again. One the crew on the bridge gets on the ship's intercom and starts blowing the whistle in a long interval. He then presses the button and starts to sound the alarm for a second time.

All the personnel stop their regular activities and begin to move to their respective stations. The marines quickly move out fully armed. All of the doors are quickly closed. Aircraft support units rush to the flight deck and begin to arm the fighter jets. Air Spark Dentist, Magnolia, and another pilot are quickly launched into the air. A pair of super hornets also take off from the carrier. They fly in the opposite direction while four more tomcats are also launched to help Air Spark and the other pilots as combat air patrol cover for the carrier. Meanwhile in another part of the alternate world, another ship girl and her companion has just set sail. They too are on their way to the man made island base. A strong possibility of her meeting Lt. Cdr. Wilfredo Fernandez while in combat looms over her. It will be love at first sight in a wrong place at a wrong time.
