December 6, 1941

One day before the attack on Azur Lane headquarters.

08:30:00 am, somewhere in Azur Lane's airspace.

Air Spark and his wingman/childhood friend Dentist are now streaking the skies. Everything's looking the same thing as they are before the vortex appeared. However he senses something different about the sky they are currently flying in. Air Spark then looks at the horizon and gets shocked at what he sees outside of his tomcat's cockpit. He radios his wingman about what he saw.

Air Spark: Norman tumingin ka sa labas ng cockpit mo. Sa bandang kaliwa.

Dentist: "Bakit Doodzki? Ano yung Nakita mo na dapat ko tignan?

Air Spark: May kakaibang isla akong nakita. Parang Pearl Harbor ang hitsura. May tulay din na kumokonekta sa dalawang isla.

Dentist: (Looks outside of his cockpit.) "Oo nga Doodzki. Kakaiba nga yung mga isla na iyon."

Air Spark: Bababa ako para tignan kung ano meron sa mga isla na iyon. Ikaw naman tignan mo ang kapaligiran kung may mga posibleng kalaban.

Dentist: "Roger! Mag-ingat ka tol. Baka may mga anti-aircraft defenses ang mga isla na iyon."

Air Spark: Wag kang mag-alala tol. Di nila ako madaling mapapabagsak.

Dentist: "Yun din ang isa sa mga inaalala ko tol. Masyado kang delikado magpalipad ng eroplano. Para bang gusto mo nang mamatay."

Air Spark: Iniisip mo na gusto ko nang makasama ang namayapa kong kasintahan tol?

Dentist: "Oo..... Ganun din ang ginawa mo dati sa Kiel. Ilang beses ka nang napunta sa bingid ng kamatayan."

Air Spark: Hayaan mo na lang ako magpalipad ng eroplano sa paraan na gusto ko. Tsaka di biro yung mga nakalaban natin doon.

Dentist: "Yun nga eh. Baka mamaya ganun din ang makalaban natin dito. Hindi tayo sigurado sa kapaligiran dito. Kahit sabihin mo na ito yung lugar na pamilyar tayo."

Air Spark: Sa tingin mo di ko alam yun. Basta magbantay ka dito sa taas.

Dentist: "Sige. Basta mag-ingat ka. Kapag nakita ka nung mga nakatira sa isla na yan iwasan mo na agad. Mabuti na yung bumalik tayo sa barko ng ligtas at buhay kaysa maging bihag o kaya mamatay sa mga kanyon ng mga barko nila."

Air Spark: Roger.

Air Spark slowly descends to 5,000 feet above sea level. His R.I.O. keeps switching looks at the surroundings and the aircraft's radar. As he gradually pulls up, his R.I.O. asks him about what exactly happened in Kiel, Germany during his stay there.

Tiger: Sir.....

Air Spark: Ano kailangan mo Tiger?

Tiger: Ano yung sinasabi ni Lt. Cdr. Antonio na nangyari sa iyo sa Germany?

Air Spark: Sikreto namin yun. Pwede kong sabihin sa iyo. Pero kapalit nun magbibitaw ka sa serbisyo.

Tiger: Pasensya na sir. Hindi ko hahalungkatin pa kung anuman yung sikreto niyo ni Lt. Cdr. Antonio.

Air Spark: Buti naman at nakuha mo. Tignan mo kapaligiran natin pati na rin yung radar kung may paparating na kalaban.

Tiger: (Looks at the surroundings and then looks at the radar.) Sa ngayon wala pa akong nakikitang kalaban sir. Ganun din sa radar, walang rumrehistro na anumang bagay.

Air Spark: Siyanga pala Tiger.

Tiger: Ano yun sir?

Air Spark: Tawagin mo na lang sa call sign ko na Air Spark. Hindi mo naman kailangan maging pormal sa akin.

Tiger: Sige. Ano nga pala itatawag ko kay Lt. Cdr. Antonio Air Spark?

Air Spark: Dentist, yun ang call sign niya.

Tiger: Ah..... Air Spark hindi ba delikado itong gagawin mo?

Air Spark: Wag kang mag-alala Tiger hindi tayo mapapansin ng mga nakatira dun sa mga isla. Magtiwala ka lang sa akin.

Tiger: Sige, pagtitiwalaan kita.

Air Spark descends further to 3,000 feet above the mysterious island's air space. Not contend with the altitude. He goes down further until his tomcat breaches the 500 feet mark. He is now way below the hard deck. As soon as his aircraft reaches 300 feet. He gently pulls up to avoid making a commotion. He flies past a mountain and pulls up to 350 feet. He didn't want to hit the trees which could rupture his drop tanks or the tomcat's fuselage. As soon as he's in the clearing. Air Spark gets surprised at the mysterious island's scenery. He decides to descend to 200 feet. He wants a closer look at the structures and ships that were docked side by side with each other.

Although the buildings look modern in appearance. It was nothing to the ships that will give the hotshot pilot the shock of his life. As soon as he clears the city like portion of the island. He flies to the docks at minimum speed. And makes sure that his aircraft doesn't get easily noticed. His R.I.O. notices something unusual about the island's inhabitants. He immediately informs Air Spark about what he sees on the ground below.

Tiger: Air Spark tumingin ka sa baba.

Air Spark: Bakit Tiger? Ano yung nakita mo sa baba?

Tiger: Mga babae lang ang nakatira sa isla. Wala akong makita na lalaki.

Air Spark: Sigurado ka ba sa nakita mo Tiger?

Tiger: Oo Air Spark. Mukhang hindi ito ang mundo natin.

Air Spark: Iradyo mo sa barko kung ano yung nakita mo. Didiretso tayo sa daungan ng mga barko.

Tiger: Roger.

While Tiger radios the carrier,  Air Spark flies past the city like portion of the island. He reaches the docks and gets the biggest shock of his life. World War 2 era ships are docked almost beside each other. Another thing that gave him a shock was the flags on the ships. They are not the usual flags that he sees on American and British ships. They look like symbols bearing their country of origin. Air Spark flies by slowly on the docks while descending gradually. He activates the Tomcat's camera and starts taking videos and pictures. Meanwhile Dentist is flying above him. Standing guard to intercept any hostile aircraft that might pop up.

Air Spark finishes his recon mission and begins to ascend to 10,000 feet.

He then radios his wingman about his discovery on the island. He knows that his childhood friend wouldn't believe what he's going to tell him.

Air Spark: Air Spark to Dentist. Come in Dentist.

Dentist: "Si Dentist to. Bakit Air Spark?

Air Spark: Tol mukhang hindi nga ito ang mundo natin. Maraming kakaiba dun sa isla.

Dentist: "Ano? Pakiulit nga yung sinabi mo."

Air Spark: Ang sabi ko maraming kakaiba dun sa isla.

Dentist: "Pero bakit parang ito rin yung kapaligiran natin nung nawala na yung vortex?"

Air Spark: Sa tingin ko nasa ibang dimensyon tayo. Bumalik na tayo sa barko. Irereport ko sa admiral yung nakita ko.

Dentist: "Teka ano nga pala ang petsa ngayon?"

Air Spark: (Looks at his watch and gets shocked at the date.) December 6, 1941 tol.

Dentist: "December 6, 1941? Sigurado ka ba tol?"

Air Spark: Oo tol. Sigurado ako sa petsa ngayon.

Dentist: "Kung hindi ako nagkakamali. Nagbalik tayo isang araw bago inatake ang Pearl Harbor."

Air Spark: Oo tol. Mukhang ganun na nga ang nangyari sa atin. Bumalik tayo sa barko. Malapit na maubos ang gasolina ko. Tsaka gutom na ako.

Dentist: "Roger."

As the two pilots head back to the carrier. The decommissioned USS Enterprise CVN-65 is now slowly transforming into a girl with a prosthetic arm. Her face and body makes her and exact copy of another ship girl who also has the same name as hers. Meanwhile three Japanese looking girls are currently skiing their way to the man made island base. Their purpose is unknown. But what they don't know is that their sonar signatures are caught on radar of two E-2 Hawkeyes. The F-18 super hornets also tracked them on their radars. The pilots of the super hornets radio the carrier. The crew of the Hawkeyes also does the same thing. Air Spark and Dentist are now on their way to the ship. Gradually decreasing their speed while descending. Both pilots get ready to land on the carrier.

Their entire carrier strike group has been sent back to a day before the attack on the man made island base. Air Spark is now thinking that this is just the calm before the storm. He knows that something big is going to happen real soon. And he will be going up against an enemy that has formed an alliance that is similar to the one in world war two. The one that was composed of Germany, Italy, and Japan. And his strike group will be fighting alongside another alliance that is the same in the second world war. The one that is composed of France, Great Britain, and the United States. Pretty soon he will meet the ship girl who will become the new love of his life. A girl who is branded as the strongest carrier of the country that is an alternate universe counterpart of the United States.

Meanwhile, the general quarters alarm has been called off. Everything is back to normal in the ship. But it will be short lived. As the following morning will bring them the biggest surprise of their lives.
