Previously in chapter 3

Back at Azur Lane base, Takumi was interrogated by NJ and Iowa regarding where he came from and also explained to him more about this world with humans almost extinct because of these hostile aliens so called "Sirens". And then they explained what a shipgirls or Azur Lane was. Takumi found out from their explanations that several factions left the azur lane and created a new alliance called "Crimson Axis". Similar to WW2 Axis and Allied powers except it's shipgirls.

But all changed back to Shizuko place, she was in one of the Crimson Axis places, the Sakura empire. And do the same like Takumi, knowing this world more. And after that Shizuko just knew that she had her phone with her. She pressed the start button but then suddenly the Battleship Izumo engine started. Which makes huge sounds that disturbs other shipgirls. After shizuko turned off the Izumo, She spotted suspicious people just on top of the tree. Nagato ordered Kawakaze to pursue them and wait for the results.

Back to the chapter 4

Sheffield: Looks like we have a job to do.

Edinburgh: What do you think you are going to do, Sheffield!?

Sheffield: We are going to look closer at the ship.

Edinburgh was shocked at what she was going to do.

Edinburgh: But isn't that a bit too risky!? That sudden engine start makes shipgirls around curious about what happened there!

Sheffield: Do it or not. Because there might be something special inside that second Izumo class and also valuable intel.

Edinburgh: F-Fine! But if it's too crowded. Then abandon it, We don't want to blow our cover up.

Sheffield: No promises.

Sheffield and Edinburgh go down from on top of the sakura tree. And they began their walk to that second Izumo class. As they walked through the streets and places, Sheffield and Edinburgh did their best to avoid blowing their cover's up.

Meanwhile with Kawakaze, she was rushing to meet with someone. The shipgirls she just passed through had a little confusion on what Kawakaze was doing. She was seemed to go somewhere else in one of the buildings

Scene changed again at some kind of training place.

At the training place, we could see someone was standing. She was tall, with a pony hair style, along with the katana sword she carried. She was there closing her eyes to relief on something. But then as soon as someone came, She turned around while unsheathing her katana sword.

Someone approached her while she was clapping her hands. The girl with the katana sighed in relief and put back her katana into her katana sheath.

?: Ah Zuikaku, What brings you here?

Zuikaku: Oh there's nothing much, I just came here to visit you. And that was a good move, Takao.

Takao: Thank you very much,Zuikaku.

Zuikaku then walks closer towards Takao.

Zuikaku: Takao.. Do you know who is the second Izumo-class?

Takao: I am not sure Zuikaku. in fact, All of us didn't expect we had a second Izumo-class in the very first place. And the second Izumo-class was not confirmed in any documents or even high secret documents.

Zuikaku: That's strange... I wonder where did that come from without us noticing or getting informed by the main base.

Takao: Strange isn't it? Like you, what you did to the Enterprise during the fight. Got blocked by some Royal Navy maid, Shoukaku told me.

Takao chuckled at her own comment, while Zuikaku was annoyed by her joke.

Zuikaku: Just shut it! I almost got Enterprise in front of me... not until some maid disturbs my actions.. And the Royal Navy came at us, forcing us to retreat.

Takao: But despite that, I heard that they also brought in their Queen. So it's better to retreat rather than to be captured by them, right?

Zuikaku: Yeah, you're right.

Both of them continue their talking while they begin their walk toward the outside training building. As they walk to the place they wanted to go, the Sakura Tree park. Big beautiful sakura tree along the path. But not long after someone came to catch them up.

?: Zuikaku-san! Takao-san!

Zuikaku and Takao turned around to look at someone who called out for them. It was Kawakaze.

Zuikaku: Kawakaze-chan!!

Takao: Why are you in a rush?

Kawakaze: You two come with me, We have an investigation to look for.

Zuikaku: Investigation? What is happening,Kawakaze-chan?

Kawakaze: We have someone who does not belong to our faction and acting suspiciously.

Zuikaku and Takao looked at Kawakaze with serious faces. Both of them nodded and prepared their swords. Then, signaled her as they both agreed to come with her.

Kawakaze: Good, follow me.

Kawakaze began to run toward the docks, along with Takao and Zuikaku following her from behind. As they passed several Towns and shipgirls, the shipgirls saw Kawakaze, Takao, and Zuikaku were running toward the docks. They had a feeling that something bad might happen.

Back with Edinburgh and Sheffield.

Both of them arrived at the docks. There, they saw many manjuus and several shipgirls inspecting the ship which was the second Izumo class. The place was very crowded.Luckily, Sheffield and Edinburgh were outside the crowded place. So they could walk around.

At some point, they took another route which was not the one those shipgirls took. Suddenly, Sheffield and Edinburgh saw a little girl with green hair and cat ears carrying an animal.

Edinburgh: Akashi...?

Sheffield: What is Akashi doing here alone with that Meowficer?

The place was empty, though. And a little girl named Akashi was petting the small animal called Meowficer, it looked like a cat, and bigger than a basketball. She walked with the meow officier she carried and without noticing that she walked into some sort of secret cave, Yet still outside not inside the cave.

Akashi: Shiranui doesn't know how to treat a cat, nya. I just can't take it anymore like this... Ehh? What is that?

She stopped walking and accidentally dropped the meow officer. The meow officer ran away from Akashi, but Akashi didn't care. She was staring at the unknown cave with a look of confusion.

Akashi: What is this, nya..? A secret cave where Crimson Axis store their Gems, nya??? If that so, I'm going inside, nya!

Before Akashi was about to enter the unknown cave, she was stopped by someone.

Sheffield: Hold it right there, Akashi! Take out your clothes now!

Downneck: ay yo mate wtf, this should be a fuckin spy mission not some a damn Kidnapped for slaves or some Yuri shit. You going to brazil-

Sheffield: Hold it right there, Akashi! Just stay where you are! Put your hands up in the air!

Akashi: NYAA!!

She was scared af and put her hands in the air with and making Cat begging noises.

Sheffield: What are you doing, Akashi? Perhaps entering that secret cave of Crimson Axis huh.

Akashi: Wait wait nya! I swear I don't know anything about this cave! Please don't kill me!

Sheffield: I won't hurt you unless you tell us anything about this cave.

Edinburgh: She seems to be telling the truth about the cave, like she doesn't know anything about it!

Sheffield: Don't be fooled like that Edinburgh, those are common ways to interrogate someone. Lying until the person is believed by the person who's begging to be released while he/she actually knows what it means to be.

Akashi: No!! I'm being serious this time nya! I don't know anything with this secret cave, and I just got here. And now I'm lost!

Sheffield: ...

Edinburgh: What do we do now for her?

Sheffield: Bring her back to AL base, and we'll discuss more about CA's plans. Edinburgh, You carry her after I hand cuffed her hands

Edinburgh: *Sighs in relief* I would prefer a bag of golds instead of this cat..

Sheffield pulled out handcuffs from her skirt and approached Akashi to arrest her. When she was close to her, she had a weird feeling that someone tried to attack her from behind, so she dropped the handcuffs. Suddenly, a person tried to knock her from the air. Sheffield was right and then she summoned her akimbo pistols of her main 6-inch (152 mm) Mk XXIII gun to block the unknown person's attack.

Edinburgh was scared but then more girls came to the place, It was Zuikaku and Takao. While Kawakaze was the one who tried to attack Sheffield but failed. Kawakaze then backs off from Sheffield.

Kawakaze: As I expected, the Royal Navy for sure. They were using the Sakura empire uniform as a disguise and to conceal their true identity.

Zuikaku: What are you doing here, Royal Navy maids!? And what are you going to do with Akashi!?

Takao: You better surrender now or we'll use force!

The three Sakura Empire girls aimed their swords at the two Royal Navy maids. Sheffield was thinking of something while Edinburgh was still scared. And Akashi? Meh, she probably hid in some box.

Edinburgh: What should we do now, Sheffy!?

Sheffield: Hmm....

Kawakaze: There's no way to run now, Royal Navy maids. Surrender now.

Sheffield: How about, N o.

She then kicked a small rock near her at them to disturb their focus.Then, she took out two M18 Smoke grenades, pulled the chamber and threw it to the ground. Once the two smoke grenades dropped to the ground, it began to release some smoke. With this,Sheffield and Edinburgh bought some time for them to escape.

Takao: Bastard!

Kawakaze: Don't let them escape!

Zuikaku: I got this!

Zuikaku pulled her paper plane and threw it into the smoke. The paper planes are able to clear all the smoke from Sheffield's Smoke grenade. Once the smoke cleared, both Sheffield and Edinburgh were already gone.

Kawakaze: They've disappeared!? Zuikaku,use your planes to find them and don't let them escape from this base! Takao you're with me.

Takao: Got it!

Zuikaku: Copy that!

Kawakaze and Takao jumped out from the docks and engaged their ship riggings to search for those two maids. Zuikaku went to the top of a tower and launched her recon planes to help them spot faster. Meanwhile, with Sheffield and Edinburgh, They were hiding behind a rock to avoid being spotted by Takao and Kawakaze.

Edinburgh: Ehh Sheffield what are we going to do!? We're screwed up!

Kawakaze: C'mon You Royal Navy maids, Show yourself!!

Takao: There is no escape from here!

Edinburgh: Sheffield! Got any ideas!?

Sheffield changed her Mk XXIII gun magazine with a little smirk look.

Sheffield: Edinburgh, find us a faster transportation like those suicide bomb boats. But make sure the bomb is not coming with us.

Edinburgh: Sheffy,wait-

Sheffield changed the gun's firing mode into full-auto as she jumped out from the rocks and started firing. Several bullets were coming at Takao's direction, but she was able to cut down the shells with her peak swordplay. Seeing this, Sheffield retreated to near the rocks.

She dropped the magazine and reloaded it with another HE round. Kawakaze, who spotted her while she was reloading, charges at the maid. Luckily, Sheffield was able to counter by changing the firing mode into semi-auto and firing at the attacker. Kawakaze, with her superior swordsmanship and eyesight slices down the bullets heading towards her and was able to avoid them altogether, resulting in an ineffective attack for Sheffield.

Once kawakaze was close enough to her, she began her attack with her sword. Sheffield blocks it again with her pistol and kicks her off. Kawakaze blocked Sheffield's kick and swung her sword again. Sheffield backs off from her sword swings and kept firing at kawakaze. Kawakaze was able to dodge all of them and slid down to fire her 12,7cm gun at Sheffield.

Sheffield began to dodge incoming fire from Kawakaze's 12,7 cm gun, but another shell came directly at her from another position and almost hit sheffield. It was takao who fired her main guns at Sheffield.

Sheffield: Tch...

Sheffield aimed both of her pistols at Kawakaze and Takao.

Takao: No more fighting and running away Maid!

Kawakaze: Such a brave maid that comes deep into enemy territory.

Meanwhile, with Edinburgh

She was taking a peek of Sheffield being overrun by two Sakura Empire girls. Sheffield's escape chance was low in that situation. Edinburgh hid again and slapped her own face

Edinburgh: C'mon Edinburgh... think! How should I help her? Where the hell are those speedy boats they stor-

Edinburgh then saw something shiny behind one of the rocks. She sneakily went there and found an abandoned speedy suicice boat without the bombs on it.

Edinburgh: Sheffy, I'm coming for you!

Back at Sheffield and the two Sakura Empire shipgirls.

Both Takao and Kawakaze raised their sword along with their main guns aimed at Sheffield and ready to fire just in case she tried to escape again.

Kawakaze: It's over now,Maid.

Takao: Surrender now, and we'll give you punishment for trying to spy on our base!

Sheffield: We, the Royal Navy,will not surrender like that easily... *Low voice* Cunts..

Takao: WHAT DID YOU SAY TO US!? YOU ARE SO DEAD!

Kawakaze: It was an insulting word to both of us... Welp, we won't hesitate but say goodbye to the Royal Navy maid.

Before the two girls could fire their main guns, Sheffield heard something in the distance. It was a speedy boat driven by Edinburgh. She smiled but then...

BOOM BOOM BOOM

Both Takao and Kawakaze fired their main guns at Sheffield along with their torpedoes as well. Sheffield threw another two smoke grenades because she was planning to temporarily blind Takao and Kawakaze in case they wanted to see if Sheffield was sunk or not. Once the smoke was released and all the shells and torpedoes exploded at Sheffield's position, she took the chance to escape. Since the smoke blocked their vision, they didn't know if she was sunk or not.. Once the smoke cleared, they realized Sheffield wasn't there anymore because Sheffield already withdrew from the place by using the suicide speed boat .

Takao: Damnit! They're running away! We can't let them reach the main AL base to tell the major structure of this base!

Kawakaze: Zuikaku, intercept them with your fighter planes!

Zuikaku: Will do! Royal Navy maids, I will not go easy this time!

Zuikaku yeeted more of her paper planes, which later on would transform into A6M Zeros and went to intercept the escaping maids from Sakura Empire base.

Meanwhile, with the Royal Navy maids, Edinburgh was driving the speedy boat while Sheffield was providing cover fire. But then they saw Zuikaku's fighters on the horizon that began their approach.

Sheffield: Edinburgh! Can this thing go any faster!?

Edinburgh: Sorry but this thing is already at maximum throttle!

Sheffield: Bloody Hell, we have incoming fighters. Can you do both driving while radio back to base to give us reinforcements?!

Edinburgh: I-I'll do my best!

Sheffield: I'll hold them off as soon as we find a place to hide!

Sheffield changed her Dual Akimbo 6-inch (152 mm) Mk XXIII gun into QF 2-pounder AA guns. The gun looked like an Uzi SMG but using QF 2 Pounder AA guns. Once Zuikaku fighters started firing at them, Sheffield fought back with her AAs along with Edinburgh did evasive maneuvers and radioed to the main AL base.

While they were still fighting, the Royal Navy maids didn't know that one of Zuikaku's fighters was at high altitude, observing their move if they tried to hide somewhere.

Back at Azur Lane Base.

At the docks, at Takumi's Arleigh Burke. He was sitting on the bridge alone while opening his phone checking all the ship lists he got. With both weapon inventory along with the ships he purchased back at the original world. Though it was fortunate for him that all the stuff he had was saved. But yet he still had one missing which was his crush, Shizuko. Initially previously in the interrogation room, he wished several times that Shizuko might get transported here too but in a different Faction.

Beside his ship was a NJ battleship, She sat on her Second turret of 16 inch gun while looking at Takumi with a bit of worry. Since he got himself here, he was still not trying to talk with any shipgirls but instead went to his ship and did his things there.

Iowa Jumped to NJ's ship and went at her too.

Iowa; Something's matter sister?

NJ: Uhh.. Not really, just worried about Takumi. He doesn't talk and socialize with other Shipgirls, instead he stays in his weird ship.

Iowa: I see. Wait, are you perhaps taking this chance to have him as your boyfriend?

Iowa giggled with a smirk look at her sister, while NJ was blushing red.

NJ: Wh-What!? What makes you think that I'll make him as my boyfriend when he already have a crush!? And also I won't try to take him no matter what, remember what he said that he just lost his crush and his chances too?

Iowa: Yeah, I remember. I feel sorry for him, though I still don't know how his personality goes.

NJ: Yeah, yeah. However, I still won't try to make him my boyfriend. And I am curious about his crush's looks.

Iowa: I see, I see...

Not long after, a cute girl with a nun uniform could be seen running towards the NJ battleship to meet NJ and Iowa.

?: NJ And Iowa!!

Both Iowa and NJ were shocked with the sudden calls, the girl was panting after running to the docks.

Iowa: What's with the rush, Vestal?

Vestal: Th-The Royal Navy maids! They're in trouble! They need reinforcements!

NJ: Oh shoot, that's bad!

Iowa: Who's gonna come for their reinforcements?

Vestal: That would be NJ, Laffey, Javelin, Bunker Hill and...

Vestal pointed to the Arleigh Burke destroyer

Iowa: What!?

NJ: Are they nuts!? That boi just came here and after interrogation!

Vestal: Sorry... That's from Queen Elizabeth's orders. They wanted to see how powerful that ship of his...

NJ: If that's so... I'll Talk with him. Sister and Vestal, call the other Girls to meet up here.

Both Iowa and Vestal nodded. They left the place to go inform other shipgirls to bring reinforcements for the Maids that had been caught by the Sakura Empire.

NJ jumped from her ship and went inside Takumi's Burke ship bridge. Once she was inside, she could see he was laying down on his head on the table while looking at Phone screen.

NJ: Hey Takumi, we need to talk for a bit.

Takumi: Go ahead...

NJ: The Royal Navy maids have been spotted by the Sakura Empire and requesting for immediate reinforcements. The high command ordered you-

Takumi: Nah, I refuse it...

NJ: Ehhh!!?? Why do you refuse it!?

Takumi: I don't know... I just wanted to stay on this ship a bit longer until I changed my mind about going around--wandering in seas to see if she's still alive or transported in this world the same as me...

NJ: *sight in relief* Hear Me out, Takumi. If you want to know the answers, why not come with us to join the rescue mission?

Takumi: No, no I can't... It's just impossible for me..

NJ: No, you can Takumi. I believe it. I know it's impossible, but we may not know if she--or your crush was also transported to this world. Chances are low, but NOT Zero. Because of that...

Takumi: When there's a chance, you must take it or you'll regret not taking it..

Takumi immediately stood up from the chair.

Takumi: Let's save those Royal Navy maids. And I also want to find out more about this world I live in now...

Said as the one sleepy destroyer and cheerful destroyer along with Serious personality carrier shipgirl who have her Pet Owl in her shoulder

Takumi: Nice to meet you all... My full name is Kiarashi Takumi. And please drop the mister. I'm not that old.

Takumi was nervous as he talked with the girls and chuckled a bit to them. He also didn't notice that there were many girls observing him, As those girls came to the docks to see a Takumi ship which was different from most of the ships in the base.

Iowa: Since you're already introducing yourself, you better get going now or the Royal Navy maids wouldn't last longer.

NJ: I am ready~!

Javelin: As long as everyone is ready, Then I'm good to go~!

Laffey: Laffey is ready..... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

BH: But according to my calculation, We at least need several hours to get there. The location is really far away, And our minimal cruising speed won't be able to reach the place in time. And there's a possibility they might get captured before we arrived at our destination.

Javelin: Sheffield and Edinburgh won't make it!?

BH: Yeah that's the possibility, even with planes but it wouldn't be enough and who knows. They are bringing more carriers there?

Iowa: Damn this is hard to disagree with but we can't lose our allies there!

Takumi then remembers something on his head. He checks his phone quickly. And then he had something in his ship list.

Takumi: Maybe... I have the solution...

The girls were shocked and stared at Takumi

NJ: You do!?

Takumi: Yes... But please give me some space first..

The girls around here begin to walk back a bit far from Takumi. As he opened the phone to do something, the other girls who were observing them were confused what was Takumi doing

Shipgirl 1: Ay yo what is he doing now?

Shipgirl 124: Is he gonna summon the holy ship!?

Shipgirl: 125: What is he doing!?

Shipgirl: 13: He's begin to believe.

Takumi touched the "Recall" button on the Ship in his phone. The Arleigh Burke then slowly turned into Small thousands of cubes. The shipgirls around were shocked that they thought it had a similar style to the Wisdom cubes they had. Once the whole Burke turned into small cubes, they went into Takumi's phone.

NJ: Awesome!!

Iowa: Looks like Wisdom Cube but it's different..

Shipgirl 67: Holy shit!!

Takumi: Alright where is it...

He scrolled the phone screen more and more until he found something.

Takumi: Gotcha.

Takumi touched the "Summon" button and did the opposite of recall. Many small cubes appeared from the phone and began to turn into a ship. But wait, it was not a ship! More like something that Shipgirls Hadn't seen before in their entire life. Not even Sirens. After that, all the cubes were merged into something the shipgirls haven't seen before. It was a huge vehicle.

NJ: WHAT THE HECK IS THAT!?

Javelin: What is that!? Is that even a ship!?

Bunker Hill: My god... What's that thing with those giant tubes!?

Shipgirl 53: Bro is that even a damn ship!?

Iowa: Takumi! What is this thing!? This thing looked like a vehicle straight from another dimension!

NJ: Definitely not sirens!

Takumi: Ladies... I will introduce you... The RF Loon, Project-903
