Previously On Star Wars: Awakening Of The Resistance: 

"Copy that, head to the surface Now! I'm going to call an Emergency Briefing for Everyone" Joey stated throughout com-links. Almost all Resistance members were skeptical about this but obliged. The Xyston-Class, that was capture during the battle, slowly flew down into the shipyards of Geonosis and began it's repairs. 

"I've called you all here for a meeting to discuss the problem we've been dealing with. A lack of defenses and the Xyston Class Star Destroyers that keep attacking us" Joey explained to all showing as well a hologram of defenses that Geonosis needed.

Leia's smiled faded instantly as she looks down fiddling still with the dice "I think..I needed some rest." She whispered enough to hear all. Joey then nodded. Leia slowly got up going to her make shift bed just beside the command post.

All were worried to Leia's health. R2 stayed to keep company beeping. "What's wrong with Leia?" Joey asked. Rose looks up to him "She thought that at the battle of D'qar...will be the end of the resistance.." She explained to him.

Joey was talking to the Naval Command Captain about a mission to Mon Calamari to try to get some ships for the Resistance. The Captain agreed but told him that he needs permission to both Admiral Ackbar and  General Organa. 

"Alright. Admiral Ackbar, I'm going to head to Mon Clamari and try to take a few Mon Calamari Cruisers including Home One. I'll be back soon" Joey mentioned as he walks over to him. He nodded in response. "May the force be with you" He stated to him and replied as well. 

Joey walks over to Leia that is in the bridge of the Raddus. She was seating down looking at the holotable. "General Organa" Joey greeted her as he got in. "Just Leia" Leia replied looking up at him. Joey nodded in response "I came here for the permission to go to the planet of Mon Calamari and try to scavenge ships" He replied to her.

Leia looks at him in disbelief "When we escaped the first order, only a handful of ships escaped with us. The others are down there or destroyed by the First Order." She replied to him mentioning on what happen. Joey nodded again.

"I have the NCAF(Naval Command Attack Force) beside me." Joey replied with a soft smile "Have Faith" Joey added to her. Leia chuckled softly and sighed "The last time I heard that is from a Mirialan" She replied to him as Joey raised a brow in confusion. "Kindly explain?" He replied asking.

Leia sighed a bit "Faith is one of a kind. Rising up from the ranks of pilot to an Admiral." She story tell him. "From the Battle Of Endor to the Luke's Temple" She added smiling softly "But she is not here anymore" Leia once added slowly looking away from him with a hinch of sadness.

"What happen?" Joey ask curiously. Leia slowly looks over to him smiling a bit "That is a story for another day" She replied smiling softly "Now go. I give you my permission" She stated to him as he nodded. He bowed his head a little before going out and into his Subjugator. 

Once inside, he went towards the bridge "Alright. To Mon Calamari" He stated to the crew as they obliged. The Subjugator slowly hovered and began to fly away from the planet surface and into space.

The Naval Command Attack Force Admiral com-links him "I'm coming with you" He stated through it. "Alright, I'll order the attack if it's needed. But I'll head down to the planet myself." Joey replied to him nodding as well.

The Subjugator as well as the Attack Force soon joined and got into formation. They slowly went into hyperspace jumping one by one out from Geonosis. As they wait, The NCAF Admiral com-links him as Joey accepts. The Admiral's hologram appeared. 

"Are you sure about that Joey?" The Admiral ask in his Providence-Class Dreadnought. "I'm sure. Plus, if I get attacked in space, I'll need the talented admiral which is you to help me out" Joey replied with a smirk teasing the admiral. The Admiral rolled his eyes chuckling softly. "Tease" He commented before nodding int response. 

"Magnaguards? Or Commandos?" He added asking him. "Both" Joey replied with another smirk on his face. The Admiral  nodded and com-links the crew for the Magnaguards and Commandos. Soon, Two(2) Squadrons of Magnaguard as well as Two(2) Squadrons of Droid Commando went active and waited.

As they still traveled into hyperspace to get towards Mon Calamari, A bright shine of light blinded the bridges. Joey still looks forward due to his armor but the Admiral didn't looking away.  Joey focuses his eyes on the light and saw...A Gryphoness

The Admiral grabs his SE14 blaster pistol just in case. "I think that I saw a Gryphon, and not just any Gryphon: it's the Daughter of Mortis" Joey mentioned and commented through com-links. Soon, the light went in the bridge of the Subjugator. B1s inside aimed at the light sensing it as a threat.

The light slowly fades away to reveal a lady in white with green clothes. It was The Daughter Of Mortis. "Hello There. My Name Is Niphal" Niphal greeted looking at him with a soft smile. "The Daughter?" The Admiral asked confused in disbelief and shock. "She's D***" He added to his previous statement.

Niphal raises a brow before quickly disappearing in-front of Joey and appeared behind The Admiral in his bridge. Joey then saw approaching him from behind in her Gryphon Form "She's right behind you" He replied commenting about it. The Admiral quickly turned around to see her in Gryphon Form making him stumble backward.

Niphal giggled slightly and disappeared in-front of The Admiral and appeared back in-front of Joey in his bridge. She also transformed into her human form. "She's as beautiful as the Legends my grandpa told me" Joey thought to himself as he looks at her. 

Niphal approached Joey as he blushed madly. The Admiral watches from the hologram. Joey Niphal smile at the both males. "Greetings Officer Joey. Admiral" She greeted the two. "Greetings Niphal" Joey replied before bowing. The Admiral bowed as well. 

Niphal bowed down to respect. The Admiral stood  and looks over. "How are you.. alive?" He ask calmly. Joey looks over to The Admiral "I know that the Dagger of Mortis can kill anyone but perhaps she survived the Wound she got." Joey replied to his question before he looked to Niphal. "It's just an Educated guess." Joey continued before getting hugged by Niphal. 

Niphal smiled softly "I survived my wounds," She simply replied before hugging him. "You're beautiful, Niphal. My grandfather told me stories, and legends of you" Joey replied commenting about her. 

Niphal blushes slightly before pulling back "Thank you Officer Joey." She thanked and replied to him. "May I ask,  Why did you come here nd you're welcome Niphal" Joey asked and replied to her.

"I have watched all of you while I was healing by my brother's wounds." She replied softly. "This war. This chaos. It must be stop. I am siding to you and the so called Resistance to stop the First Order." Niphal added to her statement. 

Joey smiled happily at this. "I'm honored to be fighting alongside you Niphal" He stated hugging Niphal. "And I don't intend to be a bother to you about it but, what happened to your Father? I just want to know." Joey added to his statement. 

Niphal smiles back before hugging back then pulled out. She looks down a bit "He sacrificed himself. To take down my brother." She replied sadly looking down a bit. "I'm sorry Niphal." Joey replied apologizing to her.

"Its okay Officer Joey." Niphal replied smiling a bit. "Man, she really is gorgeous" Joey thought to himself. "I might need your help at Mon Calamari retrieving some ships" Joey stated to her. She nodded in response. "I will help you on that" Niphal replied to him. "Thank you" Joey replied to Niphal.
