Neil follows Neo, he too climbs the rope, comes out and stands at the roof top as that is where the rope goes.. He looks right and left but didn't spot Neo anywhere. He then looks down and sees blood drops leading a way he follows them and it ends near a police jeep. By the time others too including Commissioner, Mr. D' Souza, dd, Neil's family, special team, police officers, everyone comes out.. Neil searches the whole jeeb but neo was nowhere to be found..
