#8 MR. LOVING Khanna..!!

Neil woke up with the showering of feathery kisses along his jaw line trailing down to his neck by none other than his Wifey, along with splashing of few water droplets on his closed eyelid and forehead from her soft wet locks due to a fresh shower. Indeed.! This Morning was meant to be the Best-est of his life and His Woman just stamped it for him with her Kiss, or rather, Kisses.

Avni was straddling above him with both her knees resting on bed by the sides of his waist. He lazily stretched his hands before placing them on their Most Fav spot aka His Wifey's Waist, god knows how he located that even with closed eyes, only to pull her closer so that she now lies flat over him. His sleepy form now totally encage her in his embrace and squirmed a bit along with her in a more comfortable position to sleep again. But Hanikarak Wifey has some other plans of her own.

Avni pulled herself away slightly and bite his ear lobe, compelling him to open his eyes and give her a fair share of attention she was demanding. As expected, he cried in pain and his eyes shot open but before he can start with his cascade of complains, she declared rather excitedly "Neil, Get up.! We are going for a long Drive."

Just a glance at the wall clock and the darkness outside the window told him that its yet another silly idea of his overzealous wifey and he couldnt help whinning "Avni its 4 in the morning and i am tooo tired and sleepy. We'l go some other time na" he said closing his eyes again. His sleepy muffled voice was to die for.

She pouted. "Thats because U didnt listen to me last night while drowning deep in ur desires and passion, again and again.!" She said in a flow but immediately regretted looking at his mischeaviously glinting face.

He smiled cheekily and pulled her further closer "And u Left me craving for more.! Morever its the same night My dear Wifey. Come here and i'l take u to another Ride of Paradise, whats there to go in Long drive.?" He said in a deep husky inviting voice with a signature smirk of him.

"Haww, U are being such a Shameless Desparate Man, Neil.!" She smacked on his arm, pulled herself away from his hold and ran towards dressing table before he could catch hold on her again.

He propped himself up on his elbow before saying "Acchaji. I would have probably been the only Man in History who have celebrated his "Suhaagraat" on his First Marriage Anniversary Night and Guess what I am the Shameless One.?" He retorted back making Avni blush with the mere mention of the S word. In return he only received a Flying piece of cloth on his face which turned out to be His own Boxer.

Avni felt scandalous and gasped at his words "Neil Tum toh Jante ho na Humari Shadi Kin halato me Hui thi."

He immediately jumped up on his knees adjusting the Quilt around his bare torso. "U have a valid point over there but only for first 8 months. What about the Last 4 long painful months after u confessed to Be in Love with me.?" He paused to take a breath while Avni's mouth was hung open with a perfect O "Do u even realise how it Feels like to Survive on Just Few Kisses of Ur Ever so Alluring and Sexy Wifey who is around u all the time." He added his plight and Avni gave "like Really" look to him. Taking the hind he said meekly with a defeated face "Ohkay Add a few Make Out Sessions too.!"

Avni flared with his accusations. "Only Few.?" She asked keeping her hands around her hips and narrowing her eyes. " I can Vividly remember 5 such instances in my office itself while the drug dealing case and i lost count on all those times u cornered me in home, here and there, and landed us up in embarassing situations only to be teased by Bebe and Mom." She retaliated with a crimson hue spread across her cheeks, the reason for which remains an unsloved query for Neil, blush or Anger, or maybe both. But whatever it was she looked absolutely ravishingly beautiful and edible.

He bit the back of his cheeks, shamelessly ruffling his hairs on back of his head through his hand. Reremembering all those events Avni mentioned, A sudden gush of adrenaline ran through his veins and he felt proud on himself.

"Looking at ur intensity in argument, i take that u are well awake now. So get ready fast." She commanded him looking through the mirror while combing her hairs.

"But Avni Its just 4 now." He whinned again.

"Neil, soon everybody will bombard us with wishes and everything so its going to be a long day. This is the only time we can steal for ourselves." She said earnestly still not making a direct eye contact.

After trying and testing each armour from her arsenal she finally played her dangerous "Wifey Card" of not letting him sleep with her untill next anniversary in her bed, which was apparently My bed for God Sakes, to bring him along for the "so called" Long Drive of her at around 5 in the morning slash still night, for Neil. How on earth his Tubelight wifey has turned out to be such badass blackmailing bomb, was beyond him. The woman is surely learning to use her charms to her Favour. But wasnt that the other way round till now.? Emboss on ur little brain Mr Khanna, Tables have already turned and that too just in an year.!

And that explain the whole situation of them sitting in Their Car driving slowly through the unending desolated narrow lanes to an unplanned destination. Neil took a look around the surroundings, The sky was emerging out through darkness with little spread of bright blue colour around it. The sun is yet to open up its eyelids but wont be holding for too long cause its orangish hue was faintly visible near the horizon. The orchestra of flapping wings of countless birds soaring high on sky with their constantly changing patterns, felt melodious to ears. The hazy cloudy aura wasnt bad either. And all this made him to conclude that The Drive wasnt a bad idea Either.!

He turned to spare a glance at her and his already weak little resolution to remain angry with her for her extortion, began to faulter barely in minutes. Avni was looking out from window with her face being illuminated with tinge of silver from still moonlit sky above along with orange from the passing streetlight lamps, making her look like an Angelic beauty. Her hairs unfurled and flutter aimlessly by the side of her face. He couldnt help feeling fortunate enough to have her in his Life. Precisely an year Ago, Life gifted him with This Treasure Box and he cant be more thankfull to The Ultimate Majesty.

She turned to look at him and their eyes met for few seconds before she turned away. Neil sighed and started the Radio to cut throught the silence between them. Thankfully some Romantic numbers were playing on it even at such odd hours.

Just when He thought, Nothing can be More Perfect than this, God surprised him. And Yes it started to drizzle.!! Rains.!! The excitement on her face just brush up his knowledge about her Love for Rains. She spread her palms out of window to play with the unexpected showers and the light rain droplets splashes on her face too after thudding on her palms.

He suddenly stopped his car and stepped out not before increasing the stereo volume to full so that it can be heard outside the car too. Avni was still stupified at his sudden action. He went to other side of car and cautiously opened its gate. He bent down on his knees and extended his hands and Avni didnt need any words to understand his gestures. She happily placed her hand over his.

Coincidentaly The Radio screamed the Best Romantic Number, and Avni's fav too,

They swayed their best moves, hand in hand under the huge dark cloudy sky, in the middle of some unknown desserted street, getting utterly drenched in the showering from the Heavean as a blessing for their love and togetherness. And in that Moment, They fell in Love with each other, all over again.

She rested her head over his chest just above his fast beating heart. His hands were protectively embracing her.

"U know Avni, If Ever I did anything right in My life, It was when i gave my Heart to u." He mumbled against her hairs. Avni not just heard those words but also felt it resonating through his Heart, just beneath her ears.

She pulled herself out of hug to face him. He lovingly arranged her hairs and removed the disturbing wet locks to tuck it behing her ear. "That is My Priced Possession Neil. And U are My Only One in this Crowd of 6 billion." She said trailing a finger tenderly along his jaw line.

He bent down to place a soft kiss on her forehead. "Will U be like this, Forever.?" He asked looking deep in her eyes.

"Forever is a long time, Neil. But i wont Mind spending it by your side. Cause loving u is like breathing, How can i stop..!!" She replied earnestly with a soft kiss on his nose.

He was so overwhelmed that a tear drop rolled from the corner of his eye. She swiftly rub it away from her thumb. "Though I didnt Plan it, but You are the best thing that has ever happened to me.! Happy Anniversary, Wifey." She smiled widely with all her charm before wishing him "Happy Anniversary.!!"

Neil quickly covered the distance between their lips to claim hers, rightfully so. And just then The Sun begin to shine right behind them with its spreading warmth and radiance.

Sometimes someone says something really small and it fits right into this empty place in ur heart permanently, So was the case with Them. Avni felt herself to be a proud wife of an imperfectly perfect husband who is the only one in this world who can tolerate her madness and tantrums. And she Absolutely love being Her Loving husband's Wifey.!
