Girl's pov...

Finally, i'm here.... My dream is on the verge of getting accomplished....... This university is my dream...... Studying here is my passion..... But there is a hard way to go....... But i can manage..... Evergthing..... What if i can't speak....in my case that fact will work, "action speaks more than words "......i'll prove everyone wrong who says that i can't do anything..... I'm a sin and i'm the reason for my......
(a tear fell from her eyes... But she quickly wipped and plasted a fake smile on her face).....

End of pov...

So the girl is avni.....
She entered inside the university door......and looked at the board which says "Delhi University "........there were many students..... Some newcomers or some old ones who were making fun of new students... Which made avni more nervous....... She tightly held the sling of her bag in nervousness and started taking baby.......
And started finding her class room.......which was a difficult task in such a huge building.....
Then she saw some students standing.....and talking or more preciously ragging students...... She started taking big steps to avoid those students...... But the fault was in her stars........ So one of the boy called her......

Rohan-(any random boy) hey.. You....(pointing towards avni)....ya u..... Come here...

Avni looked here and there for any way to escape this situation but to her badluck the corridor was empty.....
So unwantedly she went to them and stood in front of them......

Rishi-(another boy).... Ur name?!.....

Bht avni remained silent bolti bhi kya......

Rahul-suna nhi..... He is asking ur name......

Being frustrated he scnatched her id card and read her name

"Avni mehta "...

Vidyut(their leader) -naam toh acha h phir bata ku nhi rhi thi........(said coming close to her and avni closed her eyes in fear.....but he forcefully held her hand and started misbehaving with her........poor avni she couldn't even ahout for help...... Slowly tears made their way down her eyes..)

She tried to free her hand but he held her more tightly..... Theur were red  and blue marks on her hand....

From behind...
"what's going on here ".....asked a boy

Vidyut-that's non of ir businees..... U may leave....

Boy-it is my business....why the hell are u troubleing that girl..... Leave her vidyut....

Viduth-mein toh dar gya.... And he laughed 😈...

Boy-u r forgeting that i'm the head of student council..... If u are not leaving na i'll surely complain about u to the principal...... Should i?!.... (in a dangerous tone)...

Viduth-i will see u.... Neil khanna.....

Neil-will see..... Now leave....
He left avni's hand and walked off.... While neil went towards avni.....

Neil-hey, are u fine?!...

Avni nodded...

Neil-btw.... Don't be scared i won't harm u..... And u should speak for u r self.... Bcz inka toh yeh daily ka kaam h.... Or humsha toh mein tumhe nhi bacha sakta na  .....

Again avni nodded...

Neil-yrr kya mein bole jaa rha hu tumbhi toh kuch bolo.... And by mistake he touched her hand.....
Avni felt a sharp pain and jerked her hand....

Neil-kya hua?!....he asked and looked at her hand which was totally red.... Ohh.... It must be paining right?!.....
Come let's go to pharmacy....

Avni denied by shaking her head  .....

Neil-what?!...... Dekho kitna lal pad gya h....... Chalo mere sath....
He held her other hand and dragged her with him.....

Then he tied a crape bandage around her hand bcz the nurse was busy doing medical examination of other students........

She asked him to wait for sometime..... So he made avni to sit on a chair and settled himself on other  chair....

Neil-toh naam kya h tumhra....

Avni just looked at him without replying....

Bolo...... Naam kya h tumhra.....

When he again asked she forwarded her id card and took it from her hand and read...

"avni mehta ".....

Neil-nice name..... Btw i'm neil....... Ur senior...... He forwarded his hand to shake.....

Avni slowly forwarded her hand being scared.....

Neil-yrr..... Mein itna bura laga kya ke baat hi nhi kr rhi ho.... Kuch toh bolo......

Avni looked at him helplessly.... And took a pen and a sheet..... And started writting something making neil confused.......

She gave him the sheet.....
On which this was written....

Sorry..... But i can't speak....

Neil felt sorry for her...

Neil-i'm really sorry...... I didn't wanted to hurtt u.... Ach u know how to talk in sign language......

Avni nodded...

Neil-so tum mujhse vase baat kr sakti ho kuki mujhe bji sign language aati h.. ..ek play ke liye learn ke thi....

Vase pata h aaj pehle baar lag rha h ki mein kitna bolta hu....
Avni chuckled listening to this....

And they talked for some more time.... After that nurse asked them to leave as it was already lunch time.....

They left and were walking in the corridor.... Talking or more preciously neil telling her about his life and himself.....

Then a girl shouted...... Avni....

And they turned back....to witness a girl standing there looking at them curiously....

And the time avni saw her she runned to her and hugged her tightly.....

Riya-avu..... Bacha kya hua or yeh chot kase lagi  .......

Neil came to them and asked... Avi....who is this make up ke dukaan.....

Listening to this  avni chuckled cutely..... And forgeting the world neil started staring her....

Riya-how dare u..... Or ho kon tum.... 😡😡😡..

Neil-i'm avni's friend....

Riya-and i'm her bf cum sis.....
So u get lost...

Neil-aree but.....

Avni signalled neil to say sorry....

Neil-acha sorry.....

Avni also nodded and asked her to forgive neil......

And then they went to canteen and avni and riya noticed that neil is a well known and a well reputed student....

While eating the food neil asked avni..... Avi.... Vase tum bachpan se nhi bol sakti or any other porblem....

Lrstening to this avni's eyes got teary and she left the place immediately.....

Neil-are... Avni suno... Toh.... But she already left  ....

Riya glared neil and ran after avni...... Neil also followed them.......saw avni sitting on a bench holding a pendent and crying ......

Riya and neil both went to her but neil asked riya to allow him to talk to her for sometime.....
Riya noticed the sincerity in his eyes and nodded....

Riya-neil.... Look she is a fragile doll..... If not handled with care sge will break so plz... Use vo sawal phir se matt puchna..... Agar jana h toh.... Aaj saam mujhe chamko cafe miljana.......

Neil nodded and went toward avni......

And....

That's all yrr... I'm tired....
Damn.... A long one ......

I wanted to write this from a long time.......

Acha..... Serious wala sorry... I'm really busy with my practicals and ASL.....
