he warns her to stop glaring at her but she gets angry on this and bites his neck hard , he pushes her away in pain 

he again glares at her and she glares him back and gestures to cut the call , he just smiles at the other person and doesnt stop talking making avni more angry , she pulls him near her by his collar and  again angrily bites him very harshly on his chest , asking him to dare to disobey her

Neil finally cuts the call glaring at avni 

Avni : who is Juhi ? and y is she calling u at this time ?

Neil glares at her and pushes her away but she grips her hold on his collar

Avni : dont u dare Neil ? answer my question
