A lot of you wanted me to write about baby troubles so I thought to write one

It is at 2:00 am in the Khanna house. Avneil are finally sleeping after hours consoling their baby. They have been sleeping for about an hour until their baby has woken up

Neil grumbled and put his pillow over his head: "Avni yaar, it's your turn to change the diaper."

Avni: "Excuse me, Mr. Khanna, I changed the last time. Now its your turn.", she exclaimed glaring at him, throwing daggers at him.

Neil: "Avni, come on. Can't you do this enough for me" he pouted with a puppy face.

Avni: "Aweh my poor baby" she went to him and huskily whispered "But that doesn't mean I will do it"

Neil: "Hmph" and left the bed to change the diaper.

Avni mentally laughed and joined him at the crib.

At the crib, laying there was their angel, Naina. She was the apple of their eyes, the gem of their lives. She was the combination of both of them. She had Neil's chocolate orbs and his reddish brown hair while having Avni's smile and nose. Neil knew that the moment he saw her, she would be just like her mother, adorable, fearless and childish. While Avni felt that she would be like her father, courageous, righteous and kind. They both adored the baby when a certain odor filled their nose.

Neil crinkled his nose and carried Naina: Avni what have you done?

OhAvni: What do you mean what have I done? Its your daughter who has done

Neil: Oh mrs Ajooba, when has she become my daughter. If I am not mistaken aren't you the one who brought her into this world?

Avni: Oh hello, have you seen the way you pamper her? I may have brought her here but you are the one who pampers her nonstop. You always are the one who plays with her, takes her out and the one who brings her toys. When it comes to cleaning, feeding and consoling then  I come in hand, hain naa?

Neil smiled at his wifey's frustration and decided to tease her: Well that's your job

Avni fumed at listening Neil's statement: WELL MR. KHANNA, IF THAT'S WHAT YOU THINK OF ME, JUST YOUR CHILD'S MOM, THAN FINE!!. She then stormed out of the bedroom and into the garden. 

Neil then got worried and followed Avni, after changing Naina's diaper.

Avni then entered the garden and saw the stars: Hi Ayesha Maa, how have you been? It has been so long since I met you and I miss you maa. I really do especially since I am a mother myself. Maa, I knew that you raised me alone and you took care of me with the help of Nanno but it was hard for you right? Well I have a lot of help. I have my Neela Maa, Bebe, Mummyji and most importantly I have Neil. Neil is the best husband I could have asked for and I know it sounds childish but I miss having my time with him. I love my daughter and I truly do but I wish that Neil and I could spend time together. He is so busy and when he is free, he spends his time with Naina only. I wish that we could take care of the baby together, so in a way I am spending time with him. Ayesha Maa, I can't help but miss him a little. Does that childish?

Neil who had been watching Avni from a distance, had his heart melt. He felt so bad for not spending time with his wifey and he made a pact that he will do it more often, promising to not let Avni not feel his presence again. 

Neil: No

Avni turned around and became surprised to see Neil with Naina in his arms. : "Neil" she said, wiping her tears off. "I was just here to get some fresh air", she muttered.

Neil: Why do you even try to lie when you know cannot lie from me. I heard your conversation with Ayesha Maa.

Avni: Oh woh...

Neil cut her off and cupped her check: Avni, why didn't you tell me how you are feeling? Why didn't you tell me that you were missing me?

Avni then starts sobbing: Do you think it's easy Neil? You are always busy and I cannot deprive you of your time from Naina, she needs you too? Plus it's like I am feeling jealous of my daughter which is a bad thing to feel and now I feel like a bad mother!

Neil started wiping her tears: Avni, shut up. Do you realize what you are saying? You are not a bad mother. In fact you are a great mother. You are the one who brought this bundle of joy and miracle into my life. And as for missing me, it's normal to feel that way. You are that stage where you want the support due to the struggles that you have been facing post baby birth and that is normal. I have been missing you a lot as well and I have been so busy that I have been neglecting you and it is not fair. I promise that I will try to spend more time with my wifey.

Avni then just smiled and gave him a hug. Neil reciprocated with one hand around Naina and one around Avni

Neil: Chale wifey, I think Nainu has fallen asleep and this does not last long.

Avni chuckled and they both headed to their room. In their room, Avni and Neil tucked in their baby, both of them nuzzling their noes to their daughter. Before Avni could get into bed, Neil pulled her and brought her in his lap

Avni shocked: What are you doing?

Neil: Just some romance with my wifey and with that, he claimed her lips. Avni reciprocated passionately and after 5 minutes they broke apart.

Avni: Good night Neil, she said cuddling into him, resting her head on his chest.

Neil: Good night wifey, he said giving her a kiss on the top of her head.

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////The next morning Avni woke up to an empty bedside and an empty crib. She thought "Where is Neil and Naina", she started to get worried. Neil then came to the bedroom.

Avni panicking: Neil, Naina kahan hai? she asked worriedly.

Neil hugged her as an attempt to console: Areh baba, calm down. She is with Neela Nani. She will be spending the whole day there. 

Avni: But why? I mean why all of a sudden and why didn't Maa invite us?

Neil: God, you gave me such a tube light wifey. Arreh wifey, yesterday you said you were missing me so I got Neela Maa to take care of Naina for the weekend while we will spend the day together. Just the two of us!

Avni just smiled and gave her a hubby a tight hug: Thank you so much Neil.

Neil smiled and told her to get ready as he had to take her to a special place.

An hour later, Avni got dressed and looking at her made Neil's heart swell and mouth gape. His lady love was wearing her ripped jeans, a tight fitting yellow tank top with a jean jacket. She wore eyeliner and a nose ring much like the Ananya days. On her hand was an wedding ring with a wrist watch and adorning her neck was her special locket of Ayesha Maa and Neela Maa

Neil: WOW wifey, you look hot

Avni hit him on the shoulder: Besharam, you are a father

Neil smirked: So that doesn't change the fact that you are my wife and I can compliment my wife the way I want.

Avni: What if a boy said this to our Naina? Than what would you do??

Neil grew serious and said: I would never let any boy near our daughter. I will break their hands if they are near her

Avni chuckled and put her arms around his neck: Wow, I never knew that super cop is this protective.

Neil grabbed her waist and pulled her closer: That I am and I will continue to be this

Avni then never felt so happy to have him in her life. Neil saw his wifey staring at him and decided to take her to the place.

They soon got on the bike, enjoying the Mumbai air. Avni arms were around her hubbys waist as she enjoyed his scent while Neil loved the feelings of her arms caressing him. Neil then stopped at the place.

He stopped at the top of the hill. The sight below the hill was magnificent. You could see the whole city below and the skyline then was pink sky with pink cloud. Avni's eyes watered at the sight. She turned to Neil and gave him a quick and tight hug. Neil became shocked that he almost lost balance.

Neil: Now wifey we are going to sit here and enjoy the sight. I brought a picnic that we can enjoy with some refreshments.

So for the next few hours Avneil had relished a picnic of sandwiches, pizza and chips. After the picnic, Neil took Avni for a little dance with the help of music from his phone. They danced on Bolna and Teri Ore. after the dancing, they took a break and started talking about their fears And interests that they were keen on pursuing. Avni was keen on being a lawyer after seeing the corrupt police system while Neil was shocked at hearing this! The sky began turning dark and they decided to leave but not before stopping for ice cream.

At the ice cream place, Neil got vanilla while Avni got chocolate. She began enjoying her ice cream like a kid while Neil kept staring at her. After eating the Ice cream, Neil noticed ice cream on Avni's lips and tried to indicate to her.

Neil: Avni, he tried pointing but Avni being an ajooba, didn't know what Neil was saying. She just gave him a look.

Neil then approached her and started kissing, licking the ice cream. Avni became turned on and began kissing him back passionately. Neil then started losing control and inserted his hand in her top. Avni moaned and pushed him away, "Not ...here" she panted. Neil immediately felt guilty and nervous.

Avni huskily whispered to him and bit his ear lobe: but we can do this in our room

Hearing this, made Neil rush home with Avni as both became eager to feel each other. Once they reached home, Neil carried Avni bridal style and closed the door with his feet. He put her down and started kissing her heavily. She recriprocated equally, relishing her taste. Both were in their own world, forgetting where they were. Neil then carried Avni to the room, not breaking the kiss while Avni wrapped her legs around him. They entered the room and fell on the bed with a thud. They both broke the kiss then but then Neil started kissing her neck and her collarbone. Avni who couldn't stop moaning flipped the position and started kissing him on his neck, removing both their clothes at the time.

Their session ended with Avneil snuggled in each other's arm

Avni: Thank for the best day Neil. She then gave him a kiss which Neil recriprocated equally, as he could never get enough of her taste.
