one fine day avni is busy in her hospital and she is treating her patient that is when suddenly she fainted over there 

after sometime she woke up on a bed in the hospital 

nurse : thank god mam u r fine and congratulations mam

avni : for what ?

rohit : congrats avni u r going to become a mother

avnis happiness has no bounds , she immediately hugs all the others present over there 

avni : did u people tell anyone else 

nurse : no mam

rohit : we know avni u urself want to say this good news to ur family so we didnt 

avni : thanku rohit , yes i want to surprise my family 

avni goes to her cabin and calls neil 

neil : yes avni 

avni : neil come to children orphanage immediately and she cuts the call even before neil could ask her anything 

neil : hmm this girl na !!

he goes to the place and sees avni very happy and distributing chocolates to children

child 1  : di what is the occasion ?

avni : tinku do i need an occasion to give u people chocolates

tinku : no di but u r looking very happy today so i asked  

she sees neil and rushes to him and hugs him very tight and places a deep kiss on his cheek without bothering surroundings 

neil : woah avni wow what happened being very romantic that too in front of children ?

avni  just hugs him more tight 

avni : neil y did u come late u know we all are waiting for u , come 

she takes him to children 

a girl : so now tell us avni di , what is the occasion for this chocolates  

neil looks at her curiously for her answer 

avni : nothing my dear children i am just very happy right now so i came to visit u people 

avni holds neils hand and he  takes her to secluded place 

avni : neil i love u 

neil : i love u too wifey , now tell me y did u call me here ? 

avni : nothing i just want us to spend some time with children so that we can get habituated 

neil looks at her confusingly 

neil : but avni 

avni interrupts him 

avni : neil i love u , u r my whole world till now but now one more member is going to come into my world ie our world whom i am going to love as much as i love u and i know u too will love him/her to eternity may be u will love him/her  more than u love me (with tears in her eyes) , see i am being jealous from now only but dont worry i will not complaint because i too will love our baby as much as u will 

all this while neil has tears in his eyes with happiness and immediately hugged avni as soon as she completed her speech , he lifted her into air thanking her 

neil : thanku avni , thanks a lot this will be the best day of my life 

avni : thank u neil , she kisses his cheek 

he puts avni carefully on the ground and they both look at the children who r little bit far away from them , whole day they enjoy there in the orphanage with the children and gave them a lot of gifts and right now they r returning to their home

in car 

neil : avni thanku 

avni rests her head on his shoulder 

neil : avni did u tell to our family 

avni : of course not neil without u i am not going to inform them 

neil : we will give them a surprise avni we will gather all of them and we will announce 

avni : wow great idea neil 

they reached their home 

in avneil room

avni came out after changing her clothes and as soon as she came nel took her into his embrace 

avni too reciprocated and snuggles more into him , he sat on the couch and made her sit on his lap nuzzling her cheeks 

neil : avni i love u a lot 

avni : love u too neil 

neil pulled her into a passionate kiss , they were enjoying the new feeling of their pregnancy and are eager to announce it to their family
