Next day

Neil woke up with a heavy head due to the constant crying previous night. he sat up on the bed and recalled the previous day and sighed.

He got up from the bed walked towards his cupboard and took out his uniform and goes to washroom to freshen up.

After some time he came out from the washroom walk and set his hair while looking in the mirror. He wore his watch & placed the cape on his head.

Neil came out from his room and goes towards the main door when shweta called him from behind

Shweta : arey tillu nashta to karke jaa.

Neil : no mom mujhe bhuk nahi he mai police station me khalunga kuch okay.

Shweta : (while caressing his face) tu thik he na beta?

Neil : ha mom me thik hu. Mujhe late ho raha he me chalta hu.

Shweta nodded.

Neil opened the door of his car and sat inside and drove to police station.

While on other side,

Avni was busy in making breakfast for everyone but she was in deep thoughts.

Sunehri came to the kitchen and saw avni in deep thoughts she waved her hand in front of avni's face and asked

Sunehri : avni kaha khoi hui he?

Avni : huh? wo kuch nahi bas ese hi

Sunehri : Neil ke baare me soch rahi he na

Avni : nahi

Sunehri : tu sab se jhuth bol sakti he par mujhse nahi

Avni sighed

Avni : haa, kaash vo din kabhi aatahi nahi jab mene apni perfect family ko itna dard diya apne Neil ko itna dard diya 10 saal use andhere me rakha dekha he tune Neil ko kesa ho hagaya he wo chehre se muskan aur sukoon kho gaye he.

And a lone tear escaped from her eyes

Sunehri : avni sambhal khudko

Avni : me bhi Kya baatein leke Beth gayi ( wiping her tears) accha tum bahar chalo me ye breakfast lekar aati hu

Sunehri : ok.

Sunehri goes from there

Avni took plates and by mistake her hand touched on hot utensil and her eyes welled up

In police station

Neil was in his cabin and was doing  something on his case file

He opened his table's side drawer to bring out some file and when he closed the drawer his fingers accidentally stuck beetween the drawer

He jerked his hand immediately in pain.

Neil : ughhhh

Then Dd came to his cabin

Dd : sirji Kya hua aap thik he na

Neil composed himself and clears his throat

Neil : ha Dd me thik hu kuch kaam tha?

Dd : ha sirji wo sinde ko aapse kuch kehna he

Neil : sinde ko?

Dd : ji sirji

Neil : thik he bulao usko

Dd : sinde aajao andar

He came inside the cabin and saluted Neil

Shinde : Jay hind sir!

Neil : Jay hind bolo Kya kaam tha tumhe

Shinde : vo sir meri wife ki tabiyat acchank kharab ho gayi he Kya me hospital jaa sakta hu?

Neil smiled and said

Neil : haa Shinde tum jaa sakte ho

Shinde : Thank you sir

Neil : aur ha agar koi help chahiye ho to bolna zaroor

Shinde : ji thank you sir

Shinde and Dd came out from Neil's cabin

Neil leaned back on to his chair and closed his eyes he smiled remembering something

Flashback:

One day

Bebe prakash and shweta were gathered in avneil's room because their most presious daughter fall sick due to the soaked in rain

Neil : dekha pad gayi na bimar mana Kiya tha na mene ke baarish me math bhigo par nahi meri to Sun ni hi nahi he tumhe ab me bilkul baat nahi karunga tumse

Avni : bebe

She whined and made a puppy face to save her from Neil scoldings.

Everyone suppressed their smile even Neil and made serious face because avni was very stubborn she always neglected her health.

Bebe : me kuch nahi bolungi Tera pati he tu dekh

Avni huffed and looked at neil he looked other side then avni cutely said

Avni : neilu

And that's it he looked at her and took her in his arms and hugged her tightly mumbling I love you to her

And everyone adored their bond

Flashback ends:

Dd' s voice bring Neil back to the world

Dd : sirji prakash uncle ka phone aaya tha wo bebe hospital me

he jerked his body and stood up

Neil:  Kya hua bebe ko?

Dd : prakash uncle ne kaha he jaldi hospital aane ko

Neil : dd jaldi gaadi nikalo

Dd : ji sir

They both sat in the car and drove towards the hospital

They entered in the hospital asked reception the room number and rushed towards the room

Neil opened the door of hospital room and got surprised
