They both were in each other arms feeling the moment of togetherness. Neil raised her chin by his finger and looked into her eyes.

Avni looked down in guilt. Neil cupped her face and made her look into his eyes.

Neil placed his finger on her lips shutting her from speaking more.

She crossed her hands. Neil narrowed his eyes and pulled her closer by her waist. Avni gasped and steadied herself by placing her hands on his chest.

Avni shook her head and he smiled.

Hearing her he slapped his forehead muttering some inaudible words.

She opened her mouth in shock then looked away blushing profusely. Neil chuckled and buried his nose in her hair.

Neil: kyun karenge na?

Avni bit her lips and didn't answer. Neil pulled away and goes close to her lips making her breath hitched. She closed her eyes and could able to feel his hot breath on her lips. He was about to placed his lips on hers when someone shouted disturbing their moment. They both parted away and looked behind only to meet an embarrassed nanno.

Nanno: haaye Allah ye kya dekh liya

She turned away facing her back to avneil. While they both were equally embarrassed. Ali came there looking for nanno and saw that scene. He looked at avneil then at nanno.

Ali: guys what happened? Aur nanno aap ese kyu khadi hai?

She turned around and glared at him.

Nanno: kambakhat tujhe dhundte dhundte me yaha aa gayi aur mujhe vo sab dekhna pada.

Avneil looked at each other and she glared at neil.

Ali: arey me avni ko surprise dena chahta tha isliye me usse lene gaya tha par ye dono hi stage se gayab the. Par aapko kya dekhna pada?

He looked at avneil. Avni's face was red by now he understood and started laughing clutching his stomach while Neil gave a death glare to him. But he didn't stop and continued laughing. Nanno also burst into laughter joining ali and avneil stood there feeling embarrassed.

Ali: haaye nanno accha hua aap aa gayi ye majnu hai na ( pointing towards neil ) ye bilkul bhi avni se dur nahi rehta ab aapko hi isse control me lana hoga.

Nanno: tu tension na le ab ye nanno aa gayi he na dekhna me kaise iss majnu ko sudharti hu.

Neil: ( whined) nanno

While she ignored avni not that she didn't want to talk to her she was dying to take her granddaughter in her arms but the thing she had done was unforgettable. Avni walked towards nanno and held her hands.

Avni: nanno

Nanno: mar gayi ye fathima banu tere liye

Avni: please ese mat boliye I am sorry nanno please

Tears started streaming out from her eyes. Neil came forward and wiped her tears.

Neil: nanno ab bas kare. Maaf kardijiye avni ko please

He said with a puppy face. Nanno chuckled and looked at avni. Avni broke down in tears and hugged nanno tightly.

Nanno: yaad rakhna ye aakhri baar maaf kar rahi hu

Avni chuckled and broke the hug.

Ali: ab chale sab wait kar rahe honge

They nodded and went from there to the stage.
