At the dining table avni had sat next to Neil left side was shanaya

Neil turned to look at avni...making her smile as she was about to tell him something ...shanya started to show something on her phone while avni looked down at her plate

Avni:y is it effecting me so much .. I mean they r friends... they only dated for sometime and became friend again  since it didnt work out then y is it bothering me so much that Neil is giving all his attention to Shanaya she thought to herself

What got to avni more was when shanaya placed some salad in Neil plate while he was refusing

Avni:feels like Neil is going to get engaged to shanaya instead of me. She thought while placing a piece of roti in her mouth she said in her head while chewing the roti slowly

Neela:shanaya how did u meet  Neil

Shanaya: actually we were friends since college days and since then we have been close

Avni in mind : haan haan tell them na how close... also mention na how u were bf and gf...

After dinner while the elders were sitting the youngster were sitting on the terrace 

Shanaya was telling her college stories to the girls while the boys were smiling... avni was the only one who ddont seem to be interested as her eyes were only on shanaya and Neil...she saw how shanaya kept placing her hand on Neil's whenever she laughed about something.

While Neil would smile and look ahead at avni... he saw the way she was smiling..it didnt seem real ...he noticed her lost in her own world as if she is there but her mind is somewhere else. He frowned when he saw her the way she was looking at  shanaya and how her gaze had moved down at shanaya hand on his arm

Neil in his head :what has happened to avni all of a sudden...she seems quite and lost..

Meanwhile avni was not able to understand y it was effecting her so badly

Avni in her mind: what's happening? they r just friends right? Am I jealous? No no y would I be jealous...they r just friends...but it feels like I'm more of a haddi (bone) in the kebab

Juhi:phir kya Hua...

Avni came back to reality when she heard juhi speak ...as all were busy listening to shanaya college life...she excused herself without others knowing not realising but  Neil saw her going

She started to walk in the corridors looking at the paintings and family pics on the wall..she smiled while looking at it when suddenly neil pulled avni against the wall

Avni for a sec didnt realise what happen when Neil just

Neil: what's wrong?

Avni:nothing ...what will happen to me and besides y r u here go na

Neil: what do u mean by y am I here.. I came to spend some time with u

Avni:y? got free from shanaya she said getting a little jealous 

Neil for a sec looking at her blankly

Neil:avni we all  were with shanaya.. u r saying it as if I was with shanaya alone

Avni: y... u wanted to be alone with her

Neil for a sec looked at avni confusingly as he didnt mention about been alone with shanaya at all..but after few secs a smile came on bis face

Neil:, r u jealous ?

Avni looked at Neil to see a teasing smile on his face

Avni:y would I be jealous she is your friend..its your choice on how u want to behave with her she said annoyingly and pushed him away

As she took a step to walk she felt Neil hold her wrist and pull her back now in his arms as he was leaning against the wall with his hands around her waist while her one hand was on his shoulder and the other on his arm

Neil:u r jealous its clearly written on your face..he said

Avni:let go If someone sees...before she could continue she went still when she felt Neil lips on her cheek 

He smiled moving back while looking at her flushed cheeks a little

Neil:u was saying something

Avni:I..woh ... if...if someone sees then..they will ... they...they will think we r upto something

Neil:but they wont be wrong right..avni looked at Neil with eyes widend

Avni: we r not up to anything she said ..Neil smiled at her knowing she is still jealous

Neil:come he said moving away from the wall and held her hand taking her somewhere

Avni:where she asked 

Neil:u will know in a bit

After few secs he opend the door and leaded avni in...as she entered  mouth formed an 'o' shape ..she looked around the room to see dream catcher  near the balcony while on the wall there was neils pics but along with that there was few of her pics too

As she was busy admiring the room (sorry not good at describing rooms)

She felt Neil hug her for behind stiffening for a sec but then relaxed in his arms

Neil:this is my room... soon it will be our room.. I'm only committed to one girl and her name is avni metha who is in my arm right now..

Avni smiled as he said that

Avni:I'm sorry... I didn't want to react like that but It just happened.. I felt as if u was giving more attention to shanaya.

Neil turned avni around and cupped her cheeks

Neil:avni its true that me and shanaya had a past but before that relation we were friends and after that rlation we still r friends..its just that our bond grew more and now she is one of those friends who is close to me..but that doesnt mean u r not .. u r close to me as u have a special place

Avni:thank u for not taking me in a wrong way

Neil:no need to thank me beside at least I got to see a jealousy mode from u..he said banging his forhead against hers slightly

Avni:shut up she said playfully hitting him and was about to move when Neil pulled her back

Neil:I love u avni..he said kissing her forhead

Avni:am I in love with u too ? Neil looked at avni and smiled

Neil:I wont answer that question u will get the answer yourself and remember u dont need to be jealous of shanaya he said smiling

Avni:I dont want to but this stupid feeling she said slightly shrugging.

Suddenly they heard a knock on the door

Neil:come in

As he said that he saw the rest walk in

Shanaya: arien wah u both r ajoobe without letting us know u both came here to have some personal time na she said teasingly

Avneil looked at each other and then at shanaya

Juhi:wow neil...u already placed avni pics on your wall.

Shanaya:aww how romantic..Neil I didnt know u was this romantic she said while avni actually smiled at her when she said that...making Neil smile seen her smile

Neil: ab what can I do..I fell for such girl that my romantic side had to come out

All looked at him and avni teasingly while avni eyes had widend

Avni:umm I guess ma is calling me she said excusing herself while Neil watched her go

Shanaya gave a hi fi to jubi and then placed her eblow on Neil shoulder.

Shanaya:aww someone is so much in love that he is still looking toward the door where his love left from she said teasingly

Neil gave her a boyish smile while looking down

Vidyut:uff kya Sharmana hai he said while Neil pushed his arms playfully

Phew another chap finished I know it's short but I wrote as much as i could in less time
