Avni pauses for a moment and looks at the elderly person in front of her. Neil stops behind her. The old man with wrinkles around his eyes and a stick to support himself was hooked at his spot when he saw both of them. He seemed to get back into some happy memories of his life. He was recaalling someone and he did...

Man (mutered under his breath): Neellll....Avnii!

The man still couldn't believe his eyes.

Krish: Neil, Avni inse milo...mere professor Dhumketu....Urf dadaji...

Avni: Namaste dadaji. (Avneil touch his feet)

The old man was still in utter shock. 

Dadaji's POV: Neel aur Avni zinda hai! Dono mere saamne hai! Ye kaise... (tears come rolling down the corner of his eyes). Mere bachhe!

He turned towards Neil..

Dadaji: Neel....tum zindaa hoo....tum thik hon...tum kab aaye? Tumhe kuch nahi hua na?

Neil was puzzled. Everyone were surprised except two- Bebe and Dayawanti.

Neil: Sorry dadaji par mujhe kya hoga? Mujhe kuch nahi hua? I am fine. Aap..aap please mat royiye.

Dadaji hugs him tightly. He hugs him back still puzzled.

Then Dadaji turns towards Avni

Dadaji: Avnii....Tum thik ho? Mujhe pehchaana?

Avneil nod their heads in a No.

Dadaji: Main...main tumhara Professor...yadd hai wo college mei jahan tumhaari love story start hui thi...Tum dono ne abhi tak shaadi nahi ki!

Neil couldn't answer a word. He was clueless.

Neil: Dadaji aap baithiye naa...Main abhi aaya.

Neil goes to bring a glass of water when Bebe and Dayawanti tell him to keep quiet in front of them. Dadaji thinks that there was pakka some lochcha.

Suddenly some flashbacks strikes Avni's head and she could feel something coming towards her. The negative photos...the memories...her head seemed spinning ...and suddenly--

Neil (shouts)- AVNI!!!!!!!

The glass slips down Neil's hand and shatters into pieces. All the people sitting stands up and run towards Avni...Neil was the first one to reach Avni.

Neil (panicking): Avni aankhein kholo Avni...Kya hua tumhe aankhein kholo?

Neil was crying badly...he had never seen his Angel in any sort of pain (physical) and her fainting was something new and inexperienced. 

Neela: Avni bachcha aankhen kholo...

Neil took Avni's head on his lap and cried. Everyone were looking at Neil helplessly.

Prakash: Neil chodo..isse hospital leke chalte hai

But Neil was not ready to leave his Angel for even a second. 

Prakash: Neil..chalo. Iss wakt Avni ko hospital leke jaana jyada zaroori hai..

Neil nodds positively and picks up Avni in a bridal style and takes her to the car....

HOSPITAL

Neil (Avni was still in his arms): Doctor...Doctor....

A doctor comes there

Neil: Doctor, please dekhiye na meri Angel ko kya hua hai... please doctor.

Avni is taken into a hospital ward and Neil and family is stopped outside.

The doctor comes out after checking Avni...

Neil: Doctor, Kya hua Avni ko? Meri Angel thik to hai?

Doctor just looks at Neil for sometime and then ignoring him asks the others: Avni ke parents?

Neela: Ji mai uski maa...Meri bachhi kaisi hai doctor?

Doctor: Kya uske past mei  kuch aisa hua tha jo uske dimaag mei baith gaya ho..I mean koi tragedy?

Neela: Nahi...aisa to kuch nahi hua.. Kya hua doctor?

Doctor: Aisa aksar kisi baat par jyada stress dene pe hota hai...like past koi beeti cheeez jo use baar baar yaad aati ho...Hume kuch aur test karne padenge.

Neil: Doctor kya main Avni se mil sakta hoon...

Doctor nodds positively.

Neil goes inside while the doctor speaks to the family.

Neil sits beside Avni and holds her hand and weeps like a 5 year old kid who has broken his favourite toy.

Neil (crying): Angel...kya hua tumhe achanak? Kya tum mujhse naraaz kyunki maine samjha ki tum Krish se pyar karti hon? I am sorry Avni...mujhse bohot abri galti ho gayi...mujhe maaf kardo..please. Tum jo bologi mai wo karunga...I promise. Bass aankhein kholo. Pleaseeeee!

After sometime he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turns back and see Neela standing behind him...

Neil (Still crying): Neela maa... maa Avni ko kahiye na aankhein kholne. Wo mujhse naaraz hai par aapki baat zaroor manegi...

Prakash: Neil...raat ho rahi...chalo...ghar chalte hai.

Neil: Nahi...main aapni angel ko chodkar kahi nahi jaaunga.

Neela: Neil, Prakash ji sahi kehe rahe hai. Hum hain na Avni ka khyaal rakhne ke liye. Tum ghar jao.

Neil (gripping Avni's hand tightly with both his hands): Nahi main nhi jaaunga...main apni angel ko chodkar kahin nahin jaaunga. Maine use promise kiya hai ki main use kabhi akela nahi chodunga...

Neela: Neil..sunno meri baat. Abhi tum yahan rehne laayak condition mei nahi hon. Aur tum kahin aur thodi jaa rahe ho. Bass ghar hi to jaa rahe ho...aur kal subh wapas aa jana. Main aur Ashish yahan par ruk jaayenge. Avni akele nahi rahegi. 

Neil: Nahi..main nahi jaaunga.

Neela (a bit sternly): Neil....tum mujhe maa maante ho na?

Neil nods his head positively.

Neela: To tumhe apne maa par bharosa nahi hai? 

Neil: Hain

Neela: To apni maa ki baat maano aur chalo ghar....

At night, Ashish stayed back at the hospital. Neil was fast asleep due to tiredness and wetness in his eyes...

A round table conference was going on in Dayawanti's room...

Dadaji: Isska matlab ye dono Neel aur Avnii nahi balki unke Punha janam wale Neil aur Avni haii! Isliye wo mujhe pehchaan nahi paaye.........!

Bebe: Haan...

"Avnii ko chodd do....tumhe mujhse problem hai tum mujhe maaro par Avnii ko chodd do.."

"Itna pyaar! Ek baat kaan kholke sunlo Neel...tum sirf mere ho.... Tumhe andaaza bhi nahi hai ki main tumse kitna pyaar karti hoon. Tum to sirf Avnii Avnii karte baithte the. Main tann aa chuki hun iss Avnii se isliye....aaj ye nahi bachegi"

"Nahi tum use nahi maroge. Tumhara problem mujhse hai. Avnii ko chodd do."

"Kaise chodd du? Iski wajhese tumne meri taraf mudke bhi nahi dekha. Main isse nhi chodungi."

"Dekho pagal mat bano. Avnii ko chodd do."

"Chodd dungi. Par iske liye tumhe marna hoga. Agar tum mere nahi ho sakte to main tumhe kisi aur ka hone nahi dungi."

"Nahi Neel ko mat maro. Tum meri jaan lelo par Neel ko chodd do."

Gunshot.

"Neeeelllll"

"Avniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii"

Neil (waking up): Avnnniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii....

He was sweating badly...

Neil: Nahi...Main tumhe kuch nahi hone dungaa Angel...Main tumhe kuch nahi hone de sakta main aa raha hoon....

Dadaji: Mujhe aaj tak pata hi nahi chala ki achanak unn dono ke saath kya hua....bass khabar aaya ki puri parivaar achanak gayb ho gayi... (weeps)

Shweta: Hume bhi kahan pata hai kya hua tha uss din?

Bebe: Par mujhe pata hai.

Shweta/ Neela/ Prakash: Bebe!

Bebe: Haan.

Neil sneaks out of the house from the window and goes to the hospital. It was 1:00 am at night. He entered Avni's ward and saw Ashish was sleeping in a sitting posture. Neil ignored his presence and sits beside Avni and holds her hand. His tears roll down Avni's hands...

Avni: Nei...Neillll

Neil (relieved): Avnii....

Avni and Neil look at each other continuously with tears glistening in their eyes. Both get lost in the pool of memories from their last birth..........

The same tale was being told at the Mehta Mansion...
