4:29 pm - Some pain, sharp pains in my left shoulder blade, that's it for now. I still have 4 assignments left, and they're all easy, so hopefully I'll have them done by tomorrow night.

7:11 pm - Started writing affirmations ig you could call them. Can't take a picture of em rn cause I'm with my mom. But so far it's been working for me, my back has been tingling, twitching, and feeling weird. Also phantom wings are back.

10:17 pm - Weird twitching above my left shoulder blade, some pain but that's mainly cause I've been on my back for a while, aero is getting better, and it feels like the muscles are growing.
