early start

2:50 am - been trying to go to bed for a couple hours, but I've been really hungry to the point where my stomach hurts. So I ate some food, figured that would hold me off until either breakfast or lunch, but a few minutes ago I got really hungry again and my back started hurting again. Gonna continue trying to go to bed, hopefully I'll fall asleep.

8:48 am - Spanish, ate breakfast, still incredibly hungry. Back hurts a bit.

9:42 am - Science, still pretty hungry, back hurts more. Tired too since I fell asleep around 3:30-4:00.

11:22 am - Geometry, back hurts still, and still really hungry. Had band a little bit ago, my back was pressing against my chair, and it hurt a lot. Slight phantom wings, along with phantom bones.

12:01 pm - Advisory, hurting, slight pressure, and it feels like something is trying to get out if that makes sense.

1:15 pm - Hallway, walking to my band lesson/sectional, back hurts with my backpack on, more vivid phantom wings. Ended up comforting one of my friends because theres a possibility of her getting kicked out and her mom getting mad at her because she could be pregnant.

1:53 pm - English, forgot to say, ate lunch, still really really hungry. Back still hurts, starting to get a sharp prickly feeling when I think about my feathers, can summon my phantom wings again. I can sort of feel them dragging across the ground when I'm walking, they also react to things like my backpack, chairs, walls, walking fast, being in between a lot of people, etc. Feels like they're being pressed on rn.

3:47 pm - Home, might go for a walk and get some monster, back hurts still. Gym sucks, although it's great for my physical health, it still sucks. More vivid phantom wings, feel more in control of them, vivid phantom feathers, feel some down feathers.

4:45 pm - Had a sharp pain earlier, it's gone for now. Tired, and still very hungry.

6:11 pm - Still very hungry, starting to not crave sweet things/unhealthy things as often.

8:37 pm - less tired, way less hungry. I think they're starting to grow outwards, but I could be wrong. Hurts still, pressure, can feel phantom wings vividly still, still feel feathers. Gonna listen to a hypnosis later to see how much it helps.

9:21 pm - haven't listened to the hypnosis yet, but the right side of my back keeps twitching and it hurts a ton. Still pretty vivid phantom wings, I can move them easier, and sometimes I think I see them.

10:36 pm - listened to 2 hypnosis videos, the first was weird, the second one was nice cause I've used it before. Can feel my phantom wings even more, still in a moderate amount of pain. Really tired now, so hopefully I can fall asleep early.
