- Was able to visualize my wings, they looked black at the very top, faded into a dark brown, then faded into a lighter brown, along with dark brown circles at the bottom

- "Felt" my wings/feathers with my fingers

- Took a shower, wings felt very heavy

-Felt my left shoulder blade, it seems to have moved more

-Very hungry after my shower, so I ate, still hungry, made some macaroni, and couldn't finish even half of the bowl (no idea if this is progress, just weird and not normal)
