Ok so, I have 2 methods, one is the needle method but I believe I altered it? Not sure. And the other one is one I believe I came up with? Again, not sure, but here they are anyways!

Needle Method (altered?) -

Imagine a really thin needle, tell it its intention, and imagine it being stuck into your desired area. Repeat what you want into it and imagine those words becoming liquid. Have the liquid travel to your cells and have them multiply by giving half of the liquid to an empty cell, and then have the cells regenerate that liquid and continue the process until all the cells have the liquid. Continue until desired results/feeling.

Energy Method (mine?) -

Progect as much energy as you can/want to into your desired area and set your intention. Then focus on delivering all that energy into each cell while maintaining focus on what you want. Focus on those cells growing and/or changing to fit your desired results, and imagine your body changing to fit them as well. Continue until desired results/feeling.

Again, no idea if they've already been done before, but thats what I have so far, I may add more if I can come up with some/alter some original ones.
