10:35 am - Just woke up, straight away I have phantom wings. I can feel them moving around my bed, and how uncomfortable they get when I lay on my back. I can also visualize them and how they'd grow.
12:24 pm - Pain, phantom wings, pressure. I started using the 369 method to help. I'm gonna make some food and see how hungry I am after that.
3:00 pm - Ate a waffle, not hungry anymore. Quite thirsty though, been drinking a lot of water. Also pretty tired. Wings hurt, I can feel them pressing against my skin, kind of like they're trying to get out. It also feels like there's a feather growing, if not multiple.
6:06 pm - Pain, and more pressure. Still feel like my wings are pressing against my skin.
8:43 pm - Back is hot, still some pressure, pain as well. Getting better at manipulating the air, and making it colder.
