Dear Reader,
Listen to the music while reading the story....
Believe me, you won't forget the feelings~
~You'll live in the story~
Justice? Smells pretty much rotten to me
"Patient F5-00X Venesse Starwind ! Report her to the main lobin NOW!"
' What is the use of having a voice that can't even read my name beautifully? ' I shrugged in disappointment as the man next to me walked me through the door way, freeing me from the heaviness of all eyes fixed on me.
~~~
"Are you familiar with this?" The man in black coat asks me.
I quietly nod at the sight of my property; The knife
The crowd gasps. Cowards
" Have you been threatened or coerced into pleading guilty?" The smug face chuckles as he turns to the judge.
"My lord, it is so stupid how this argument keeps on growing-"
"Objection your honor, let me direct your attention to the person in front of you"
The heaviness of all gazes tied on me, anchoring me on suffocating reality.
Just a tragic consequence of me performing justice.
I looked at the handcuffs glistening on my wrists, beautiful yet threatening my freedom.
This is what is called habitual in my world.
"Does Venesse's lawyer have something to say on behalf of his client?"
"Yes my lord. As you can see, my client is a person suffering from a rare mental and behavioral disorder belonging to F5 sector in ICD-10 categorization.
( A / N
ICD-10
The International Classification of Diseases is an international standard diagnostic classification for a wide variety health conditions. Chapter V focuses on 'Mental and behavioral disorders' which consists of 10 main groups such as F0 - F10
In Venesse's case, she belongs to the following group.
F5 - Behavioral syndromes associated with psychological disturbances and physical factors.)
"The presence of mental patients in prisons does not only deprive them of their right to proper treatment and care but also leads to possible maltreatment and stigmatization. Therefore it's an ethical obligation to stop both. The UN resolution on human rights of mental patients requires that they should be treated in adequate facilities, preserving their dignity. Mental patients should be treated by least restrictive-"
" According to our Lawyer psychiatrist Mr.Kim, a mentally disregarded person can kill anyone she desires?
We all know that it's not her first murder my lord. It's her fifth murder for her three years long resident life in that stupid mental hospital.
Isn't that shockingly astonishing ?" His grimace was truly disgusting.
"She can't even differentiate reality from her hallucinations. Her mind is completely boggled up" Mr.Kim, my psychiatrist seemed to be losing his patience.
"Oh please- your client is an unruly creature and she belongs in a prison!" The other lawyer shouts.
"ORDER! ORDER!"
The gavel bangs twice against the judge's desk, hushing the whole room in dead silence full of nervousness.
"Both the lawyers calm down and maintain the decorum of the court!" The judge's voice was so stiff and demanding.
.......
I stood aside lost in my own thoughts, as if I was floating. I felt my cold fingers very weak due to the effect of handcuffs trapping them.
I wouldn't mind switching homes...mental hospital? Prison? I don't care, unless people keep playing with my patience. Everywhere is the same place but with different figures of same animosity filled souls.
A LIVING HELL
That's when I realize for the millionth time that I'm left alone misread by the rest of the world. That's ok, I have me for myself
HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS CHAPTER~ ^-^
