we tracked the call from a few blocks from here. we had the cell phone tracked moving approximately 60 mph east but it was destroyed to confuse us. the way that the signals kept sliding back and forth (possibly the phone sliding across a floor) suggested that they're in a van. the signal wasn't moving that much, though, so i doubt it was in an 18 whe-
