Hello, so this story is actually based on my birth and what happened, I'm going to write it as Peter tho, and I'll do my best to remember from what my mum told me!

(Not in full detail!)

Mary Parker was heading to the hospital, she just wanted to get her new son out of her (The real story was my mum didn't want my cousin to be born first, he was so lul)

Her husband (my parents weren't married yet but meh) was driving as fast as he could.

Time skip to the hospital!

"We don't see signs of labour yet, but we'll get you hook up, and keep an eye out" the doctor smiled

"Thank you" Mary smiled and the doctor walked out, "Richard you can go home, I know you didn't get much sleep because of me" Mary said

"Ok hun, if you're sure, I'll be back tomorrow"

Mary couldn't sleep, she was in pain. She needed to use the toilet, so she got up to go, while there she felt pain she never felt before. She was going to give birth. Her water broke, she stood up and went to get help.

"Are you ok Mrs. Parker?" A nurse asked

"Baby!" She shouted, a doctor ran up to her, the nurse grabbed a wheelchair, then went to a private area.

After the birth

"Well done"

"Can I see him?" Mary asked

(I was at a restaurant and I was going to write, buuut I had a panic attack..... So yea)

"Of course" (there was something else, but I don't want to write it, lul)

While the two were waiting for the doctor to let them leave.....

"Aww he's so beautiful! And look at his color!" One nurse said

"I wish I had that tan when I was born!" Another said.

"Hello Mr and Mrs Parker" the doctor came up to them, he looked at Peter, "I'm afraid the only place this baby is going is the NickQ" (I cAn SpElL gOoDlY!!)

"I- what?"

Later

"I'm sorry Mrs, your baby can't leave"

"Why?" Mary asked worried, is her baby ok?!

"He has meningitis" the doctor started, "You must have bleed at one point before getting pregnant, and your umbilical cord must have bleed, because your antibodies attack Peter" Mary started sobbing, her baby was sick because of her

"There's a 50/50 chance for him"

"First his kidney will fail, then his liver and then his lungs then his heart, him sorry"

Mary was looking at Peter, his eyes covered and a light shining on him, he had patches on his body

"Oh Richard..." Mary sobbed in his arms..

Days later, Mary was only able to hold him while in the covered crib.

"There's good news" the doctor came in

"If his meningitis vitals is under 5.5 he can go home" (random number lul) the doctor checked him

"4.4" Mary was hopeful

"He can go home, just keep him under direct sunlight, ok?" Mary nodded, her baby was ok

That was my first near death experience! I have two older siblings, my older older one was the reason for the bleeding, my older sister was fine (we think its cuz they have the same blood type) I have my dads blood type, so I was attack (well that wasn't the entire reason, but ya don't need to know that!!!!!)
