Peter has been 'hidden' for his entire life, his parents say he's 'special', which confused him

He's currently sitting on his bed reading a book when the warning alarm sounded, he hid in the corner covering his ears, it hurt, like it hurt why does it hurt?!? What is going on?

A man in a red and gold iron suit came in, looking around and then a Peter

"Hey kiddo" the man stepped out and slowly walked over to him

"Go away!" Peter screamed, what does he want?!

"Hey, look, I want to help you" he smiled awkwardly

"No" Peter tried to go into the wall more, trying to get out

"Please, I want to help" he said kneeling down in front of Peter

"I don't need help, I'm fine here" Peter snapped back

"You don't understand, these people hurt others, they kill innocent people, you are not safe here" Peter looked at him

"W-whats your name?" Peter asked

"Tony, Tony Stark, what's your name?" Tony asked sitting down now

"Peter, Peter Parker" Peter unfolded himself slightly

"Well Peter, do you trust me?" Tony asked holding a hand out

Peter looked at his hand, he was scared, what was he suppose to do? Go against his mom and dad and go with this man

"My parents said I'm not allowed outside, they say I'm special" Pete said not making eye contact

"Well your parents aren't wrong about the special part. But, it's a chance for you to be free from this place, I can show places like England, Greece and Italy" Tony smiled when Peter's eyes lit up slightly

"Are you sure I can trust you? What if your a bad man who only wants to use me?" Peter asked looking directly into his eyes.

(Ok....? Wtf... My dad is being weird, I think he's putting towels away, but idk man, my heart is pounding for some reason, welp I'm good *says while frantically looking around cuz my anxiety is kicking in*)

"I'm not, I'm a superhero, my alter ego is Iron man, I use that suit to protect others from bad guys" Tony pointed to the suit and smiled when he saw Clint walk in

"W-whos that?" Peter asked

"This is my teammate and friend, Clint, he's also a superhero, he uses a bow and arrow" Tony explained

"Hey kid" Clint smiled, his dad mode kicking in

"Hi" Peter looked at him

"I promise I won't hurt you, ok? I just want to help, I know someone who has been in this type of situation before, but I helped her, I've never hurt her once and I'll never hurt her" Clint moved forward slowly, which Peter allowed, soon Clint had his hand on Peter's hand

"Y-you want to help me?" Peter asked squeezing Clint's hand slightly

"Yes we do, but you have to let us first" Clint slowly rapped a hand around his shoulders

"Ok" Clint got Peter up to his feet and walking him out

"Tin can cover me, I need to get the kid to the jet" Clint told Tony and he nodded

Clint and Peter were making their way over with Tony covering them, then a woman stopped them

"Peter what are you doing?!" She screamed which made him flinch

"Go" Tony said to Clint

"Kid, we need to run, think you can do that?" Clint asked starting to pick some speed up, Peter only nodded

The two ran to the jet and got on

"You're safe!" Natasha ran up to Clint and lightly punched him

"Yep, hey kid, this is the woman I saved all those years ago" Peter looked at her and she had a small smile on her face

"Hey, I'm Natasha" she said

"Peter"

"Clint come in!" Tony shouted into the comms

"I'm here" Clint said worried

"Get Peter out of here! This Hydra base really wants this kid back! Aargh!! Shit!! Go now! Get him to safety!" Tony shouted and Natasha went to the controls, Sam and Bucky jumped in and fell

"Hang on boys" Natasha said closing the back and started the engine and flew away

They landed next to the compound and helped Peter out

"That was amazing!" Sam shouted running inside

"Why is he so childish" Natasha questioned looking down

"We're all childish" Bucky answered walking in

"Soo, Peter.." Natasha looked at him

"Don't mind those idiots, I'll show you the common room" Natasha led him to the common room, and Tony walked in with a bullet wound in his shoulder

He fell on the ground (on his ass) and held his shoulder

"A reason I don't step out the suit on a mission" Tony looked up groaning from the pain

Peter walked over to him

"Are you ok?" He asked sitting down next to him and look at his shoulder

"I'm good kid, no worries, I'll just wait for Bruce to come down and take a look at it" Tony smiled at him

"O-ok" Peter stood up

"Hey Pete" Tony said holding, his now bandaged arm

"Hey, are you ok now?" Peter asked

"Yep! I'm all good" Tony smiled grabbing some food

"So, I have a suggestion" Tony looked at Peter, this also grabbed the attention of the others

"Oh? What?" Peter tilted his head

"Why don't you live here? With us, so you don't get stuck with some asshole who won't care about you" Tony said and the others nodded in agreement

"I- would love that" Peter smiled

"Great!"
