"Nope, you're going to sleep after this" Peter smiled walking to the sitting room and coming back in with a magazine

"For you to read of course! You can't keep staring at your phone, you'll be blind by the end of the month!" Peter placed the magazine in front of Tony and side hugged him

"Can I adopted you?" Tony asked, "I've been talking to your aunt, she said she'd think you'll love that and if you want it, then it's ok with her" Tony added

Then of FrIcKeN cOuRsE Fury ruined it...

"Hope I'm not interrupting something" Fury said, he didn't really care

"Yes you are, what do you want?" Tony's mood changed completely

"The Rouge's have been dismissed and need a place to stay and since the compound is under construction, they need to stay here until it's completed" Fury replied

"You can't be serious?" Peter said and dragged Fury out and into the sitting room where Tony couldn't hear

"That man is this depressed over Rogers and what that man did to him, do you really think it's suitable for Tony's mental health to see Roger again, after he nearly killed him!" Peter whispered-yelled

"I'm not su-"

"Listen, you can't just walk in like you own the fucking place, and I'm not letting Tony go into that tunnel again" Peter cut him off

"The Rouge's are al-"

"-ready here" as Fury said that the Rouge's came in, Peter walked over, arms crossed

"Peter what-" Tony looked at Steve and Steve looked at Tony

"Tony, could you please go into the kitchen thank you" Tony nodded and retreated into the kitchen

"So.... Rogers" Peter had a low dark voice

"Yes, that's my last name-"

"I didn't want a fucking answer"

"Steve doesn't like that type of talk" Clint joked

"I said I didn't want a fucking answer, I mean from any of you assholes" Peter rolled his eyes

"Sorry, listen, we want peace" Steve said taking a step forward

"Another step and I'll hurt you, like you hurt Tony" Peter stared at them

"Mr. Parker it seems boss is having another attack" Friday said and Peter quickly walked to Tony

"Hey dad" Peter's voice was calm and collected

"I need you to snap out of it, ok? It's all ok, you are ok" Peter held him

Tony kept fidgeting and whirling his fingers, looking off into nothing

"Dad" Peter said turning Tony's head to him, "I love you dad, I'll always be here for you" Peter smiled

"Let's get you into bed, ok?" All Tony did was nod, Peter got him into bed and walked back to the sitting room

"Friday tell me if anything changes with Tony"

Peter looked at the Rouge's and Fury

"Since Tony is unable to make choices, I'll be making decisions" Peter started, "He's entrusted me because he sees me as a son and I see him as a dad, so you'll do what I say and if you don't you're gone" Peter said staring them down

"So we get to stay?" Sam asked

"Yes Bird Brian 2.0" Peter stared at him

"Pff" Wanda giggled

"Red hands does have emotions" Peter rolled his eyes

"Stay away from Tony. I mean it, it goes for all of you brainless idiots, he's not in the best mind set since his husband nearly killed him and was holding on for his life when I came to help" Peter sighed at the memory

"How long are these assess staying?" Peter looked to Fury

"A few months" Fury replied

"I want a proper answer, not 'a few months'" Peter stared at him

"I'm not sure, most likely 6 months"

"Congratulations, you can answer properly"

It's been 3 and a half months since that happened, Tony stayed far far away from Steve, scared the older man will attack him

Fury then came in again while Tony was in his room hiding

"Nick, this is fucking ridiculous, the Rouge's can't stay here" Peter said looking that the taller man

"Tony is terrified of Steve, he's scared Rogers will attack him again, I'm not letting this go on any longer! They are gone!" Peter crossed his arms

"Can I come in?" Steve asked

"Sure...." He shouted scared, when he opened the door the site broke his heart, Tony was staring with fearful eyes

"Listen, I want to say I'm truly truly sorry for what I did and I don't expect you to forgive me, but just know I still love you" Steve said, showing his wedding ring

"Y-you still have it?" Tony asked, Steve noticed Tony still had his

"Of course I do love" Steve smiled and sat at the end of the bed

"Look, I still love you, I'll always love you and I'm sorry" Steve said

"Yet, you still went for my arc reactor" Tony said

Steve flinched at the thought of it

"I didn't mean to, I'm so so so sorry" Steve looked down ashamed

"Can we try again?" Steve asked looking up at him

"..... Ok" Tony said, "Happy ever after?" Tony tilted his head

"Of course, I'll never make that mistake again" Steve smiled

"Peter is protective of you" Steve chuckled

"Yea, he is, I'm glad he's my son" Tony laughed

"Son?"

"I'm going to adopt him" Tony replied

"I see" Steve said looking down

"He'll see you as a dad soon, just give him some time" Tony said
