Peter Parker was an average 16 year old kid from Queens, who's life was turned upsidedown when he was bitten by that stupid spider when he was 14, he became Spider Man after his uncle was shot and swore to himself he would protect Queens, his aunt/friends, the citizens and whoever else needed him. But the Avengers don't see that, apparently, they've been trying to take him in, since last year after a threat on Queens and the Avengers had to help, also Nick Fury didn't know who he was which pissed him off.

Flashback

It was after the fight, Peter aka Spider Man was limping to a wall on a roof, he slid down the wall cursing at himself for not looking at where the enemy was.

"You ok Spider Man?" A voice could be heard, he looked to his left and spotted Hawkeye, aka Clint Barton

"Yea, I'll be good" Peter replied, making his voice a little deeper so he wouldn't get suspicious

"Looked painful when you were thrown into a wall" Clint said, sarcasm dripping from his sentence, he sat next to Peter

"How old are ya?" Clint asked

"No" Peter said, "I can't tell you, or anyone, I need to protect my family, well the family I have left" Peter looked up, it was dark from the smoke, but he could see the blue sky

"I understand that, no one knew about my wife and kids till Ultron" Clint said, "But, let me tell you something, my boss, Nick Fury, wants to know who you are, he will stop at nothing until he figures you out-

"I see, well, tell him good luck" he stood up and walked away with no limp and ran off the roof and swinging away.

Flashback over

"That's what happened" he was telling his Aunt, who figured out he was Spider Man after walking in on him trying on his new suit he made, he was telling her all about his adventures and enemies

"Well Pete, if they find you out, call me, I'll sort it out for ya" May joked

"Thanks May, I need to get going, can't be late to school again" he got up and grabbed his bag, waving and then walking out, then ran to school

Time skippppp

Peter was swinging around enjoying the lovely, quite night, well it was until his senses went off dogging the shield throw at him, he land on the roof, well more like tumbled

"AGAIN!?!" Peter threw his arms up, "What have I done?!" He added

"You're coming with us" he liked Captain America before this, now he just  wants to punch him

"Sorry no can do, I have somewhere to be, now and tomorrow" he was able to get away, thanks to his skills and Spidey abilities

9 months later

Peter just lost his aunt in a fire, CREATED BY THE AVENGERS!!! He knew it was an accident, they still created it, he was currently standing at the graves of his family...

He heard foot steps and a hand on his shoulder

"You Mary's kid?" It was Tony Stark

"No I'm just standing in front of her grave cuz I felt like it" he said with sarcasm

"I'm taking that as a yes then" Tony looked at the grave, "Look I'm sorry about everything-"

"No, I don't want to hear it" Peter said, with no emotion, "Do not apologize, I don't want it, nor do I need it"

"Ok kid, here" Tony handed him a envelope, "Think about it"

And with that he left, he gave Peter a chance to work at Stark Tower, he wanted nothing to do with them, so he burned it in the orphanage fireplace.

1 year later (lul)

Peter stood on a roof with his mask nearly off, ever since his aunt burned to death, he was a depressed teen, Ned left him for Flash and MJ cheated on him, with Flash, he was bullied, mentally and physical, since his aunt died he had no one, no one to say I Love You, no one to say Come Down Please, no one to say Don't Cut

His senses went off behind him, he knew who it was.

"I'm not in the mood tonight guys" Peter sounded like he had no emotion

"Hey um Spidey remember our talk?" Clint make his way over, the others stayed behind

"Yea, I'd been a fool to forget"

"So you know I can tell when someone isn't ok"

"Hehe, what gave that away" Clint noticed Peter's web slingers were off, "Peter"

"What?"

"My name is Peter Parker" and with that he took his mask off fully and fell to his death

"TONY SAVE HIM YOU IDIOT!!" He heard Clint yell..

Darkness, he saw Darkness, he heard beeping, and voices, not just any voices tho, he hears Nick Fury, Tony Stark, Clint Barton and Steve Rogers

"How was I suppose to know he felt that way?" Fury shouted

"I-"

Cough Cough

Peter opened his eyes coughing

"Why am I here?" Peter asked, annoyed

"Peter" Clint smiled walking to his side, "Thank god you're ok" he added

"Listen kiddo, I am so sorry that you went through all of that, I want to help anyway I can, and don't worry, no one else knows about Spider Man" Clint moved Peter's hair out of his face

"T-thank you" Peter smiled slightly

"I've talked to my wife" Clint said, gaining everyone's attention, "And we want to adopt you, if you want that" Clint added Peter sat up and looked at Clint eyes widened

"C-Clint! I don't know what to say" Peter smiled genuinely for the first time since his aunt died, he never hated Clint (just so ya know)

"Its a yes or a no" Clint smiled hoping for a yes

"I would love that Clint" Peter hugged him with the biggest smiled

"That's great Pete" Clint hugged back smiling, then looked at the other 3 who too was smiling

Peter was happy, he truly was.....

"Sooooo, Peter" Steve started

"Yea?" Peter stopped hugging Clint and looked at Steve

"If Clint is your new dad..... Can I been your Uncle Steeb" Steve said, "The others call me Steeb, its grown on me" Steve smiled

"Of course Uncle Steeb" Peter laughed....

After Peter was unhooked by Bruce, he change into different clothes and went to meet the other Avengers, and his new mom and siblings

"Peter this is Laura, my wife" Clint kissed her cheek

"Hi" Peter waved, she noticed the cuts and bruises

"He's so adorable!" Laura smiled and hugged Peter

"This is Nathanial, Lila and Cooper" (are those their names? I know Nathanial is right cuz he was named after Natasha)

"Hi guys" Peter waved too the three

"Hello" Lila smiled, their parents told them to be nice because Peter has been through a lot

"Hi" Nathanial and Cooper smiled

"Hey Clint" Tony said with papers in his hand, "I got what you wanted, aka the Adoption papers from the orphanage Pete was staying" Tony handed Clint the papers.

And that's how Peter Parker, became Peter Benjamin Parker Barton, they wanted him to keep his original last name too but just added Barton at the end.

The next day at Peter's school

Tony said that Peter can drop out if he wants, because him and Bruce and teach him the things he needs.

"Hi there" Clint smiled as everyone had their mouths opened at the site of Hawkeye in the school with Peter

"H-hello Mr. Barton, what can I help with today?" The principal shook his hand

"Peter's dropping out" Clint said, "Isn't that right Peter Parker-Barton" Clint put a arm around the smaller boys shoulders

"Ha ha ha" Peter rolled his eyes

"Drop out?" The principal said

"Yea, Tony said he and Bruce can teach me stuff" Peter said

"Steve and Bucky can teach history" Clint said, "Since they be old men" Clint joked

"Yyyeeeeaaaaaaa, can we hurry this up plz, this place is giving me bad memorys" Peter shivered at the memorys

"Go grab what's yours I'll talk to Mr. Principal dude"

"Ok dad" Peter walked off leaving a smiling Clint and a conflicted principal

At his locker

"Hi Peter" he heard a female voice

"MJ" Peter said, his mood is officially ruined

"Look, I know you'll never for-"

"Shut up" Peter interrupted, "I do not want an apology, I would be dead if Tony didn't save me! My emotions are messed up right now!!! I don't know if I want to try commit suicide again, or let my emotions bottle up!!"

"Peter....."

"Tony" Peter held back his tears

"I'm sorry Peter" Tony started, "Your aunt is dead because of my stupid choices, and yet you never shouted, cursed at me, why?" Peter looked down

"Because she is gone, we can't change that Tony, let's just put that behind us, ok?" Peter smiled at Tony

"You're to pure for this world Pete"

"I know~"

Peter grabbed his stuff and left with his family, and never looked back....
