Mostly when I see these types of one shots, Steve is the one to cheat but I wanna do something different. Stony, IronStrange, WinterFalcon, Romanogers.

Peter Stark-Rogers was sitting in his room next to his parents room when he heard an argument starting. That wasn't uncommon nowadays, usually there was about two to three fights a week.

This one was a new argument. One that Peter hadn't heard before.

"Tony, why did you cheat on me? I thought you loved me
Steve's broken voice said.

"I do! It was just a drunk mistake."

"Then why did you go back to him? Why? Was our sex not good enough for you? Did he give you everything I couldn't? Was he better than me?"

"To be honest Steve, yeah, the sex I had with Stephen was much better than ours and he treated me better then you did. I want a divorce. And I want full custody of Peter."

"What? No, he's my son as well! You can't do that! The court will deem you unfit to have full custody because of your past."

"Not if I pay them."
Peter couldn't take it anymore.

He burst into his parents room.

"Dad, why did you cheat on papa?"
Peter asked, tears in his eyes.

"You're not understanding me kid, I wasn't-"

"Don't call me kid!"

"Ok fine, Peter go back to your room or you're grounded."

"No. You cheated on papa, so I'm not listening to whatever you say."

"Peter, go and find Bucky and stay with him. I'll be back in about twenty minutes."
Steve softly said to his son.

"Ok papa."
Before he left, Peter threw the dirtiest look Tony and Steve had ever seen at Tony.

Peter found Bucky in the kitchen with Natasha.

"Hey Pete. How are you?"
Peter didn't answer, he just threw himself into Bucky's arms.

"Woah woah hey, what's wrong?"
Bucky asked.

"Dads been cheating on papa."
Peter cried out, unable to keep the tears in once he was in his uncles arms.

"What?"
Natasha said suddenly.

"Dads been cheating on papa. I don't know how long but I heard their argument, went into the room and papa told me to find Bucky."
Peter sniffled.

"Hey it's alright now. Let's go to my room ok? It's far away from your parents room so you won't hear them arguing."
Bucky said softly.

Bucky lifted the crying teen into his arms and went to his room, leaving Natasha in the kitchen.

"Hey babe."
Sam said, reading his book.

"Hey, could you maybe leave us alone? Once Steve comes, I'll tell you everything."

"No it's fine, he can stay."
Peter mumbled.

"Ok. You can stay."

"What happened?"
Sam asked.

"Not sure exactly but from what Peter is telling me, Tony has been cheating on Steve."

"What? For how long?"

"Don't know. Just heard about it."
Bucky laid the crying teen on the bed next to Sam before lying down as well.

"Do you want to take a nap Pete? To take your mind off of everything?"

"Ok. Can you wake me when papa gets here?"

"Yeah, I will."
Peter fell asleep.

"Looks like this all tired him out."
Sam commented.

"Don't blame him, his dad cheated on Stevie so who else would be upset, finding out about it through one of their arguments."

"Yeah. I'm gonna kill Tony."

"I think we all are."

"Did he even know about me and Peter?"

"He knew I had a son but he didn't know I was married."

"So who is it? Who is this person who has ruined our family."

"Stephen Strange."

"So you cheated on me with some wizard you met once?!"
Steve started laughing hysterically.

"I'm sorry Steve."

"Sorry isn't gonna cut it this time Tony. After everything I've done for you, you still cheat. We're done Tony. Go be with that wizard I don't care. But you will not go near my son ever again. If you even step in the same street I will be there and I will kill you because I will not let you near him, you have caused him too much hurt."

"Ok. What about the team? What will they say?"

"Well we can tell them right now."

"Ok then. FRI, call an emergency meeting in the living area."

"Ok boss."
Even FRIDAY seemed to hate him.

All of the Avengers apart from Bucky were gathered in the living area.

"Why is there a meeting?"
Bruce asked.

"Sam, where's Buck?"
Steve asked.

"With Peter who is sleeping."

"Ok good. Tony would you like to tell everyone or shall I?"

"I'll do it. Me and Steve are done. I will be moving out but I will sometimes be assisting on missions. Bruce, you're in charge of updates of FRIDAY. I will sometimes be here but I will not be in the levels where you all live, only on the business levels."
Tony said.

Sam looked at Tony with a murderous glare.

"Ok, why are you moving out?"
Clint asked.

"He cheated on me."
Steve said.

"Tony what the fuck?"
Clint said.

"Well goodbye team. I will be packing my stuff away and you won't see me unless it's for missions that need me or for stuff about the business."
Tony left the room.

"I'm gonna kill that sick son of a bitch."
Natasha said.

"We all are."
Sam said.

"I am afraid I do not understand the situation."
Vision said.

"Basically, you know how Tony and Steve were married?"
Wanda asked.

"Yes."

"Well, Tony started dating whilst being in a relationship with Steve. That's bad because it's seen as that person is too cowardly to break up with the person they are currently dating so they think it's better to date someone else at the same time. Make sense?"

"Yes. Thank you Wanda."
Vision said.

"You're welcome Vis."

"Steve come on, let's go to my room until Tony has packed all his stuff away."
Sam said.

"Ok."

Steve followed Sam to his room where Bucky and Peter were.

"Hey."
Bucky said softly when the two men entered.

"He's still sleeping."

"Ok."

"What was the meeting about?"

"Basically, Tony is leaving to be with his new boyfriend and he won't be back unless it's for missions that require him or stuff about the company basically."
Steve explained.

It had been a month and a half since Tony and Steve got divorced.

Steve and Natasha were now slowly dating and life at the Sanctum wasn't as perfect as Tony had thought.

"So you cheated on your husband with me? I ruined a family? Oh god."
Stephen said.

"I'm sorry! I really love you."

"No, forget it Anthony. We are finished. Pack your stuff and go please. Don't come back unless you get an invitation."
Strange said turning his back to Tony.

Tony packed and went to his small cabin.

"Well, looks like shit has really hit the fan."
Tony muttered to himself.

The team were all in the living area when a golden circle appeared.

A man with a cloak stepped through.

"I'm looking for Steven Rogers and Peter Stark-Rogers."
The man said.

"Who are you?"
Steve asked.

"I am Stephen Strange and I would like to apologise. I did not now that Anthony was married and that I had ruined a relationship. I only knew that he had a son but not a husband. Please forgive me."
Strange said.

"Eh thanks. Why are you apologising now?"

"I had just found out that Anthony was in a relationship while we were dating. I have since dumped him and I do not know where he is right now."

"Ok. Apology accepted."
Steve said with a warm smile.

"Thank you. I will now leave you alone."
Stephen made a new portal and stepped through it.

"Let's continue watching the movie."
Sam said.

Clint noticed tears in Scott's eyes.

"Scott, why are you crying?"
He asked.

"When that magical dude started saying 'Anthony' it made me remember my favourite ant, 'Ant-thony'. He died because the bad guy I was fighting against shot him."
Scott said.

Clint put an arm around him.

"It's alright. If I had a pet ant that got shot I would probably be upset like you."
Clint said.
