A/N: Before I start this story I just want to say that I hope you enjoy it. I thought I would get creative and allow some of my Marvel Ocs to meet for the first time.     Thyri, Loki, Thor and Thea have arrived on Midgard about a month after the Battle of New York and find Nick Fury, Maria Hill, Clint Barton and Natasha Romanoff waiting for them and Thor says to Fury in greeting "Director Fury, Lady Hill, Man with the Eye of a Hawk, Lady Natasha, you already know my fiancée Thea and obviously my adoptive brother Loki." As they all nod Thor turns to Thyri and says "And this is Loki's fiancée and my friend Lady Thyri Taudri, she was here during the Battle of New York but I don't think any of you actually met her. My father has arranged for her to stay on Midgard to keep an eye on him for she is the only one Loki really trusts and willingly listens to." Fury then answers as he gently shakes Thyri's hand "Hello Miss Taudri, I'm Nick Fury, the Director of S.H.E.I.L.D, Agent Maria Hill and I have read up on you a little and I can say with all sincerity that we could use someone with your powers desperately on our team."

Thyri then replies with a smile since she is surprised at the warm welcome given the fact that the Avengers absolutely hate Loki according to what Loki has told her because of what they both did (but mostly more Loki then Thyri) in New York "Thank you Director, I am willing to do whatever you need me to." After a few moments though, while Fury, Maria Hill and Natasha are talking to Thor about something, Clint becomes angered and says to Thyri as he raises his bow threateningly to her "Your lover here brainwashed me the last time he was here on Earth! I think I should hurt something he cares about in return for it!" Causing Thyri to immediately become shy and run and hide behind Loki and Thor for protection. At first Loki doesn't notice until he sees Thyri hiding behind him and Thor trembling (which she only does when she's been threatened or is nervous) and he says thinking she is just being her typical shy self since she doesn't know these new people yet alone Midgard that well yet or because she is just trying to mess around with him "Thy darling, what are you doing?"

   However, he then notices she is trembling and says knowing she isn't playing around "Love, what's the matter?" But the only word she manages to get out is "Him!" As she points to Clint who still has his bow pointed at her so Loki turns to see him still doing so and he says with a protective growl in his voice "Agent Barton, why am I not surprised that you are threatening my betrothed?" Clint then says as he hands Loki some sort of document "You know S.H.E.I.L.D has rules in place for you two for the first few months you are here, one being that because of your previous actions here, you two cannot sleep together for four months, read that document, you are going to be following those rules until further notice." With a smirk before Natasha notices what is going on and says "Clint enough! Thyri is a guest and you should treat her like one!" So Clint replies "I was simply letting the two love birds here know of their sleeping conditions." But Natasha says back "Clint, I don't think you have to point your bow at Thyri to tell them that, put it down!" So Clint says with a sigh "Fine!" before he puts his bow down and Thyri says to Natasha "Please tell us he's lying about that part please!"

  However Natasha shakes her head and replies "Unfortunately he isn't, why S.H.E.I.L.D won't allow it, especially since you have apparently only ever been here once for a very short period of time and since Loki obviously isn't going to hurt you we don't know. My guess is those sleeping rules will just be until they believe they can trust Loki to behave himself while he is on Earth. I wouldn't worry about it too much Thyri." Then Thyri says nervously "But what if someone who hates him tries to get at me after realizing how close we are?" So Natasha states "S.H.E.I.L.D will never let that happen Thyri, we desperately need you to be on the team with us. Your skills in battle could greatly help us. Tell you what, if someone does try to get at you while Loki isn't allowed to sleep with you and because of how close you are to Loki, especially any of my teammates like Clint who weren't exactly thrilled with this whole thing, I will personally drop kick them for you since S.H.E.I.L.D wants you to feel welcome here." After this, Thyri says with a smile "Thank you Natasha, that would be wonderful." After this, Natasha states "You can call me Nat if you'd like since I think we are going to get along just fine and will be good friends." Causing Thyri to smile more and giggle a little bit this time as she says "So do I Nat, I think we will get along just fine too." Moments later, Loki notices that Thyri is actually already in a deep conversation with Natasha and comes over since Thor and Thea are still talking with Fury, Maria Hill and Clint about the temporary rules S.H.E.I.L.D has in place for him and Thyri and he says with a smile since he is quite happy to see her actually getting along with someone a little quicker then she normally would "Well, well my darling, it seems like you already made a friend." Thyri then turns to him and says with a smile "Yes I have Loki believe it or not. Natasha has agreed to protect me until S.H.E.I.L.D says that we are free from those stupid rules. She said she would drop kick anyone that threatened me so if Agent Barton threatens me again he better watch out." Causing Natasha to laugh while Loki smiles before he realizes that Thyri hasn't read their rules yet and he says "darling, I'd hate to upset you but you should probably read the rules." Thyri then realizes that Loki is completely right and says "You are absolutely right Loki, let me read this stupid assed thing!" Loki then hands her the document the states to following rules.

Five Month Rules for Thyri Taudri and Loki Laufeyson:

From: the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division

Rules:

• For the first four months you both cannot sleep together. Loki this is particularly for you since we need to see how well you behave for the first few months. If you follow this rule, S.H.E.I.L.D will then allow you both to sleep together.

• You two may only see each other during the day when others can monitor you. Like for the first rule, this will only be temporary.

• At night S.H.E.I.L.D will permit you two to text each other only, using a device we call cell phones. You will find your numbers as well as the rest of the team's numbers on your phones which are currently in your rooms.

• You two will not be put on the same missions given the fact that if something happens to one of you we do not wish for the other to lash out in someway. We are sure you can understand that.

• Thyri, for these first few months you will be training with Natasha, Wanda and Clint until further notice. Loki, you on the other hand will be training with Thor.

What happens if these rules are broken before we are ready to change them:

• If these rules are broken, a punishment will be given depending on who broke the rule and what rule it was.

• The punishments will more then likely be the following: Lockup for a month (in a cell), Phones will be monitored, Phones could be confiscated for a month or you will have to stay in your room for a month and will be unable to go on missions.

   After reading this, Thyri is completely shocked and says "Oh Loki, this is disastrous! I feel like I'm back living with my father again! He gave me and my siblings rules quite similar to this and I hated it!" After this, Loki comfortingly puts his hand on Thyri's shoulder and says "I know darling, I know." Before she turns and rests her head on his chest and says while starting to sob a little "I should have requested that we be banished to my homeworld Loki! Hell, we could have possibly killed my father and taken over by now rather then go through something like this! I can't sleep without you Loki! You know I get nightmares when your not there!" Loki though continues to hold her against his chest and gently stroke her hair as he whispers to her "Shh, it's going to be alright my love, we'll get through this, I promise you." Then she says as she looks to him with a hint of tears in her eyes "What if I can't sleep? You won't be there to sing me to sleep (he tends to sing her songs in Asgardian to calm her down when she can't sleep) or read stories and poems to me." Loki then whispers so only she can hear him "Well, I could call you if I thought something was up and you needed to hear from me from more then just an idiotic text. The rules never said anything about that so I could call you once everyone is asleep if I have to." So she whispers back "But what if they monitor our phones at night, I don't want you getting yourself in trouble because of me!"

   Loki then answers back "Don't worry about it, we will figure something out okay?" Causing her to nod as she replies "Okay Loki." Before Fury walks over and says "Come on you love birds, Thyri, it's time you met the rest of you teammates. Your Fiancée here already knows some of them but there are some newer members as well." Thyri and Loki then both nod and while everyone isn't looking, Loki gives Thyri a reassuring kiss before he says "Don't you worry darling, I'll be right there with you until nightfall, until then I'll make absolutely sure that nothing happens to you. You have my every word and I'm sure Thor will help you out when I can't. I will have to talk to him about it but I'm sure he would willingly help you when I can't. Everything will be just fine." Thyri then says as they walk towards the Compound "I know it will, I trust you Loki, even if anyone else here doesn't I still do and I will until the day I breathe my last breath."
