Chapter 7: Golden Arces
You stood at the War Table with Kamala and Bruce as JARVIS showed you a hologram of the place Tony was supposed to be at. Looked like an old mansion that had seen much better days.
JARVIS: Mr. Stark's last known location is his ancestral home, Golden Acres.
Y/N: He used to take us there. We would pick the fruits from the trees.
JARVIS: You may be able to find a clue to his current whereabouts there.
Kamala: Never heard of it. He really doesn't want to be found.
JARVIS: Indeed not.
Y/N: The place itself was in a remote area of Nevada. Mom always said it was Tony's "getaway".
JARVIS: I can provide you the precise coordinates.
Bruce: Thanks, JARVIS. Everyone get geared up.
------------
You sat on one of the seats on the Quinjet as it flew toward Golden Arces. You weren't really looking forward to the bittersweet moment when you found Tony. It has been 5 years since your "uncle" fell off the face of the earth. Pepper was actually around you and Hailey when she could but never Tony.
You had your earbuds in and listened to your music before someone nudged you. You looked up to see Bruce standing there. He sat next to you as you pulled out your earbud.
Bruce: Hey.
Y/N: Hey.
Bruce: Look, I know you may have a lot of bitterness against Tony. Probably against everyone.
Y/N: That's a fair statement.
Bruce: Just remember why we're here. Don't let that anger cloud your judgment.
You slowly nodded at his words. If anyone knew anger, it was Bruce.
Y/N: I know. I'll keep my cool.
Bruce smiled before he looked at your hand.
Bruce: So, you were affected by the Terrigen gas to?
You nodded as you lifted your hand up to show the F/C sparks dance around your fingertips.
Y/N: I'm not exactly sure what I can do with it. Whatever it is, it affects technology. Like it'll shut down a computer or make the robots allies and stuff like that.
Bruce rubbed his chin as he tried to think.
Bruce: I see. We can run some tests later, if you want.
You nodded.
Y/N: I would appreciate that. Thanks.
Bruce nodded and got up to go check on the flight route. You looked at your hands and watched the sparks dance around your fingertips. Whatever this was, it had already saved your butt twice. Even back when you were still learning about it, no one knew what it was exactly. Hailey didn't even know about it. Hell, not even Gib.
JARVIS: We have arrived.
The Quinjet lowered down for drop-off but since there wasn't any actually enemies nearby, JARVIS just landed the thing. The back opened and you stepped out into the fresh desert air in the warm night.
The cliffs and canyons were exactly how you remembered them. Even the smell of rain hung in the air. There was a storm coming tomorrow.
Kamala: Check out the fancy drawbridge!
You looked over to where she was pointing to see that the bridge was lifted up. It was never lifted up. So someone was here after all. The lights leading to the bridge were on. That means it at least still had power.
The three of you walked over to the old rusted gate in the stone archway. Two deer statues were on both sides and the gate had "Golden Acres" on it. This was most definitely the place. Bruce grabbed the gate and sighed as he pulled it open enough for you and Kamala to squeeze through.
Bruce: Typical, subtle, Tony. After you.
Bruce followed after you and the three of you continued up the deserted pathway.
Kamala: I can't believe we're about to knock on Tony Stark's door!
You and Bruce just sighed.
Bruce/Y/N: Me neither.
You finally reached the gate which was completely out of order on your side. That meant one thing.
Bruce: Looks like the controls are on the other side. Think you can find a way over there?
You looked over to the pile of rocks nearby that seemed to block another entrance.
Y/N: Just, wait here. Me and Kamala will look around.
Bruce: Thanks.
You and Kamala walked over to the rocks. You took a step back as Kamala spun around and slammed her massive fists through the rocks which revealed a pathway. Kamala smiled.
Kamala: I can see why you like this.
Bruce: Uh, no. HE, uh, likes smashing things. Not me.
You and Kamala entered the tunnel.
Kamala: Why not? It's kinda fun.
You and Kamala walked down the dirt path as you kept an eye out for any stray cactus or those stupid bushes. Crickets chirped and bugs buzzed as you moved along the trial.
Kamala: So....what's the best part about being the Hulk? You gotta like something?
Bruce: We should really focus on the drawbridge.
Kamala: What are you gonna do? Stand around in silence the whole time?
Bruce: Pff....yeah...great idea.
Kamala rolled her eyes and looked at you instead.
Kamala: What about you? What's your favorite part about being Leviathan?
You raised a brow.
Y/N: I'm not Leviathan.
Kamala: Well, you're the acting Leviathan.
You gave it some thought. What was your favorite part about doing this?
Y/N: Being with Kamala.
Y/N: I guess, the chance of seeing everyone again. And meeting new people along the way.
Kamala smiled at your underlying meaning before she turned back to face ahead.
Kamala: Me to. Even though you haven't known me for a long time, you've seriously helped me out a lot. I feel comfortable talking to you.
Y/N: That's what friends are for, I guess.
Kamala: So....we're friends?
You just shrugged.
Y/N: I guess so.
Kamala nodded in agreement. You reached a gap where you swung yourself across the way. You landed on the other side and turned back around to watch Kamala. She got a running start and reached her arm out toward the branch you used, but it snapped.
Y/N: KAMALA!
She streached her hand out again and you caught it. Kamala pulled herself up but the sudden loss of weight made you fall backwards. Kamala's foot got caught by the edge of the gap which also sent her falling forward. She ended up falling onto you hard which made you both wince in pain from the bruises, and lose all air in your lungs.
Kamala began to push herself up but suddenly became aware of the lack of space between the two of you. You looked up at her felt the heat rise up in your cheeks.
Y/N: God damnit. Screw it! She's pretty! She looks amazing in the moonlight. There. Not even going to deny it this time.
Kamala: He is so close right now. Or, I'm so close right now? Aw man! Why does he have to be handsome?! Why could I get saved by a dork?!
Kamala finally pushed herself off of you and got back to her feet. You kiped yourself up and turned back around so that Kamala couldn't see your blush. This was good news for her, cause she was also blushing.
You soon found your path blocked by another pile of rocks.
Kamala: More rocks, no problem.
She punched the rocks away and the two of you contiued forward onto a natural bridge that looked sturdy enough. This would prove to not be the case.
Kamala: Uh oh!
The bridge gave way and broke underneath the two of you causing you both to scream on the way down. You landed on a flat surface that was pointed down which caused you both to start sliding toward the edge and to your impending doom. You suddenly spotted two branches which you shot your line to. Kamala followed your lead and the two of you swung to safey and onto the last ledge.
Kamala: Whoa!
Bruce looked up from his spot when he heard the two of you land. He spotted you and Kamala above him.
Bruce: Are you okay?!
Kamala: I'm fine.
Y/N: All good.
You got back to your feet as Kamala walked toward the ledge.
Kamala: I can see Golden Acres...kinda!
Bruce: Great! So...can you jump over and lower the bridge?
Kamala: Sure thing!
You just stood there as you looked at the place. Your head was suddenly filled with everyone's laughter as you ran through the halls and the courts. Tony would cook you hotdogs and hamburgers while your mom and him poked fun at each other. Unlike Cap, or even Thor, Tony's relationship with your mom was more if a sibling bond than anything else. That's why he was Uncle Tony.
Kamala: We can make that jump. Just a little further this time.
You looked at ghe massive gap and sighed. No way were you going to make that jump. You took a deep breath and got your running head start. You the leaped off the edge as Kamala and Bruce watched. You weren't going to make it. At least, they thought so. You shot out a line at the gate which you then used to swung yourself at an angle so that you landed safely on the ground.
Y/N: And I only get better.
You turned around to see that Kamala just made the jump thanks to her powers.
Kamala: Made it!
You looked around before you found the panel that controlled the gates. You walked over to it and began to mess with it. You the pulled up the lever that would lower the gates, but nothing happened.
Kamala: Uh...it's stuck on something.
Bruce: Oh. Is it jammed?
Kamala: Hang on, I think I've got it.
Kamala looked at the metal lines holding up the bridge. You noticed the red locks on them which Kamala only smirked at. She punched one which released one line. She then punched the other which caused the bridge to slowly drop.
Kamala: Ta daa! I hereby grant you passage to Sir Stark's fancy castle.
You looked back at the remains of the manor. Fancy wouldn't be the word you would use to describe it but, whatever. Bruce walked across the bridge.
Bruce: Pff...Ok, calm down. Nice job.
You then turned to see a light was on withing the inside of the manor's walls. And what sounded like music.
Bruce: Sounds like he's up, at least.
Kamala: Isn't that one of his "Top Five Songs to Kick, uh, Butt to"?
Y/N: Good ol' number four.
You entered the old car space before you found the final door in your way. You took a deep breath and helped Burce and Kamala open the large wooden doors.
Kamala: And hello, Golden Acres!
Once the doors opened, your smile dropped. The manor was completely dark. The only light on it was the moonlight. Your eyes then fell on a small space in front of it where you spotted a trailer with the lights on.
Y/N: This is a serious downgrade.
Kamala: This can't be it.
Bruce just sighed.
Bruce: Let's get this over with.
You shook your head as the three of you walked over to the trailer. This was seriously it. Wow.
Kamala: So Tony Stark, THE Tony Stark lives here?
You made it to the door where someone walked out. You noticed the glowing circle on his chest immediately.
Y/N: It would appear so.
Tony noticed the three of you and looked at Bruce for a moment. He then turned back towards a makeshift grill.
Bruce: Tony?
Tony picked up a pair of pincers and turned back to Bruce.
Tony: Hey Bruce.
He then turned back around and began to rotate the hot dogs he had on the grill.
Bruce: Long night?
Tony: Oh, long five years.
Bruce stepped forward.
Bruce: Um, at least it's quiet?
Tony: Hmm...it was.
Tony turned around with a smile on his face before he pulled back and punched Bruce. Bruce's glasses flew off. Kamala immediately stepped between them.
Kamala: Hey! Back off!
Tony just looked at her.
Tony: Hi, I'm sorry. Who are you?
Tony began to circle her which caused her to back up.
Kamala: Uh...Kamala.
Tony: Well, uh Kamala, your emerald-eyed friend here is kind of on my shit list.
Tony started walking over to Bruce who you noticed had glowing green eyes. You slowly moved in front of Kamala. Bruce calmed himself down before he turned around.
Bruce: Okay...I deserve...
Tony: Yeah, you're damn right you deserved it. Do the Avengers pose a danger to society? That was the question Bruce.
He then pushed him.
Tony: THAT was the question!
Bruce: Did you even check the science? Did you check the science?
Tony: It was a heist, Bruce.
Bruce: No, no.
Tony: We were outsmarted!
Bruce: The Terrigen was unstable, and you knew that...You knew that, and yet you still paraded it before the entire world!
Tony: So what! We just give up?
Bruce: We didn't give up Tony. We failed. At least I can admit that.
Tony shook his head.
Tony: No, we failed HIM and HER. We failed them.
He turned away to return to the grill before he saw you. He looked at the helmet and the gauntlets.
Tony: And who are you supposed to be? A Leviathan rip off?
You didn't say anything. You just looked at this shell of a man you once knew as your Uncle Tony. Tony stepped towards you.
Tony: I asked you a question. You think you can just go around pretending to be some hero? Leviathan was an amazing woman who put her life on the line everyday to protect innocent lives. Some kid playing dress up can't amount to that.
Kamala: Stop.
Tony: You know she had kids? Three of them. One of them died. And it broke her. Now I can't even be there for the other two because if anyone sees me with them and makes the connection, their future is ruined. I refuse to do that to them so you take off that helmet when you're around me.
He turned away as you processed what he said. There was a lot to digest ther but one thing stuck with you. Three kids? One of them, died? What was he talking about? It was just you and Hailey.
Tony went back to his hotdogs as Kamala placed a hand on your shoulder and Bruce sighed.
Bruce: Tony, I don't know how long you're going to be mad at me. And to be honest with you, I don't really care. Take as long as you want. But these kids are Inhuman.
Tony slowly turned around to look at you and Kamala.
Bruce: We did this. And they need your help.
Tony turned around and looked at Bruce.
Bruce: I...I can't...I can't.
Kamala and you looked at Bruce when you realized what he was implying. Kamala felt nothing but betrayal.
Kamala: You can't what? You're ditching us?
Tony: Oh hey, don't take it personally kid. No, this is what he does. Isn't it?
Bruce just looked down ashamed. So, he was leaving you behind again.
Tony: And why don't you take a good look around, huh?
You looked at the ruined mansion and the old trailer.
Tony: I can barely help myself.
Bruce just looked at Tony for a moment before he grunted.
Bruce: This was a mistake.
Bruce turned to leave while Tony pointed at him.
Tony: No we agree on something.
Kamala looked at the two men as you sighed and walked over to the grill. Might as well get a dinner and a show. You picked up a hotdog and put it in a bun before you turned around.
Kamala: So you're both just going to walk away? The Avengers were set up! Cap and Leviathan were murdered!
Tony closed the trailer door and turned back to her.
Tony: You think I don't know that?! Huh? I've replayed that day in my head a thousand times. The Avengers take the fall despite saving the day, and that bastard Tarelton walks away, smelling like a rose. And guess what? Guess what...No one cares. No one cares. The world needs someone to blame, and HE gave them their scapegoat.
You sighed and deactiveted your helmet as you reached into your pocket. And pulled out the thumb drive and held it out.
Tony: So, unless you have some kind of astounding proof, I suggest you all get off my land....What is that?
Y/N: Proof.
Tony looked at your face as you took a bite of the hotdog.
Y/N: Hey, Uncle Tony.
-------
Bruce closed the door behind him as you looked at the inside of the trailer. Tony took a seat at his makeshift desk.
Tony: This better be good.
Tony turned on his computer and you and Kamala looked around the trailer.
Tony: Hm...kinda buried the lead you know. Could have told me about that earlier? Or told me who you are?
Bruce went to sit down but Tony pointed at him.
Tony: No, no, no. No sitting on my couch. You're still on the list.
You and Bruce shared a knowing look before you tossed the stray piece of tech back into the box you found it in. Tony turned to you.
Tony: Where'd you get this?
Y/N: Her.
Tony then turned to Kamala.
Tony: Where did you get this?
Kamala: Guessed your password on some Resistance blog.
Tony: Impressive.
Kamala: Dude, your password was, I AM IRON MAN.
Tony looked up from the computer.
Tony: Really? Huh. Thought I changed that.
Tony activated the video on the thumb drive and watched it. You opted to not watch your mom die again so you just looked at the gauntlet Kamala was checking out.
Tony: Son of a bi...itch.
Kamala set the gauntlet down.
Kamala: Ah, I know, it's incomplete. There's a while folder on AIM's server.
Tony: No, no, there's...there's more here.
Y/N: What?!
You and Kamala looked over Tony's shoulder at the screen.
Tony: Yeah, look it...Smart, they encrypted it to look like a corrupt file. Need a few hours, I'll get the rest.
Kamala smiled at the news which made you feel a bit more at ease. Finally, you were getting somewhere. Kamala and you looked at each other and you gave her a smile of your own which Bruce noticed.
Tony: What is this? Who is, who is Tiny Dancer?
You and Kamala looked back at the screen as a message was being typed.
tiny_dancer: You are in danger. AIM is coming.
Kamala: Oh no...We gotta get out of here!
Kamala rushed over to the window and peeked through the blinds. She had explained it to you on the bus. Tiny Dancer was some kind of resistance member if you recalled correctly.
Tony: What? You know this shameless Elthon John fan?
Kamala: They help us get out of Jersey. I wouldn't be here if they didn't warn me about AIM.
Tony: Really? Tiny Dancer?
Kamala turned back to him.
Kamala: Look, we really should go...Now.
Y/N: Tony, trust her.
Tony looked at you and sighed. He stood up and walked past Bruce.
Tony: I would have gone with Rocket Man.
He then kneeled down and opened up an unseen panel on the floor.
Tony: Okay. I've got to get dressed.
Tony then began to descend the steps while Bruce watched confused.
Bruce: You have a suit?
Tony: Yeah...maybe, sorta. We'll see.
He then turned to you.
Tony: You should calm with me to. We can catch up on the way.
You looked at Bruce who just shrugged. You just sighed and followed Tony into the hole. You both jumped down into an underground tunnel system.
Tony: 'Scuse me, while I slip into something less comfortable.
You walked through the tunnel and you had to move over to avoid getting hit with a water drop.
Tony: Sorry about earlier. If I knew it was you I wouldn't have...
Y/N: It's fine. You're helping us now.
Tony nodded.
Tony: So, that Kamala chick your girlfriend?
You stumbled a bit at his question. You regain your composure.
Y/N: No. She's just a friend. We met each other at Hero Park.
Tony: That's still there? You still go to it?
Y/N: Every once and a while. I like to pay my respects to Cap and mom.
You reached a place where the floor was caved in which granted access to the house. You both climbed up and stepped into the mansion.
Tony: I remember you guys running through these halls. You smiled a lot more back then.
Y/N: Things were different then.
Tony: Yeah. You and Nadia were pretty much inseparable. Hailey was always with you to. Uh, how is she?
Y/N: She was paralyzed during the attack. She's still as happy as ever though.
Tony: That's good to hear. What about Nadia? I heard that Hank went missing and...
Y/N: Shouldn't we be looking for your suit?
Tony sighed and decided not to push the issue anymore.
Tony: Of course Bruce tries to saddle me up with a stray fangirl. After all these years, he still can't own up to his own responsibilities.
You were about to make an argument when a blue light suddenly blinded you and Tony. You both took cover behind a table as drones began to scan the outside of the building.
Tony: Oh, son of a...
The drone flew away.
Tony: Well, looks like Tiny Dancer was telling the truth.
You and Tony stood back up and you noticed that the table in the room had a light on. It was shining on a repulser gauntlet. Tony grabbed it and started strapping it on as you activated your helmet.
Tony: So, Bruce said that you and Kamala were Inhuman. Does that mean...
Y/N: I was hit with the gas. I can control technology, or something like that.
Tony finished strapping on the gauntlets before a small explosion erupted behind you. Tony aimed his gauntlet at the wall and fired it off which revealed a drone. You threw you knife at it which erupted and broke the drone.
You both entered the large hole and started down the stairs that led to the basement. You saw some old Stark family heirlooms as Tony spotted the boots he came down here for.
Tony: Let's get airborne.
He started to pull on the boots as you kept an eye out for any more drones.
Tony: So, how are things with your aunt?
Y/N: Good. Actually, speaking of family, about what you said before...
Tony: What did I say before?
Y/N: You said that my mom had three kids. There's only me and Hailey.
Tony looked at you confused. He then realized what you were talking about and quickly turned back to his boots.
Tony: I meant to say two.
Y/N: You said one of us died.
Tony stopped working for a brief moment before he returned to his work.
Tony: Right. Look kid, your mom never wanted us to talk about this but, yeah. You had an older sibling. They died right before you were born. They would be 20 now, I think.
You slowly looked down. You had an older sibling? How come no one ever told you about them? Tony finished working on his boots and activated them before stomping down.
Tony: Still works.
There were noises above you which made you both groan.
Tony: More party crashers.
Tony flew up with his boots while you shot out a line and pulled yourself back into the house. You spotted two more drones.
Tony: Oh! Hey fellas!
He blasted one while you shot out a line and pulled the other towards you. You grabbed it and slammed it on the ground. Tony landed and the two of you began to jog as more lights surrounded the house.
Tony: Okay, it's got to be around here somewhere.
You entered a room where you found a large table. Outside, you saw orange glowing through the wooden boards which told you that AIM was here in full. Tony walked over to the table and found the helmet he was looking for.
Tony: Good thing I don't have neighbors. They'd be so pissed off right now.
Y/N: Without a doubt.
Tony pulled on the helmet and gave you a thumbs up which you returned. Suddenly, there was an explosion that sent both of you to the ground. Tony and you scrambled to your feet and rushed over to the hole in the wall where you found a drop ship shining it's light in.
Tarleton: You always loved to make an entrance, Stark! How did I do?
Tony: Eh, I'll give you a seven out of ten.
Y/N: A solid 5 for me.
Tony: Good to see you Georgie-Boy. You've been working out? Steal any other billon dollar companies lately?
Tarelton: Just yours.
The ship relased a blast which you and Tony avoid. Tony flew out of the way while you shot out a line and swung yourself to the ground below.
Tony: Hey! You're gonna pay for that window, Tarelton.
You looked up and found a large robot marching through the court. A lot bigger than the other robots. You didn't think your knives or fists would actually do any damage to it. What was weird was the fact that it seemed to glow purple.
Tarelton: This is your new place? I expected more mirrors.
The Dreadbot fired a laser at Tony's location which he avoided.
Tony: I got rid of everything that didn't spark joy. Guess which one you're in.
Tarelton: Turn the girl over, Stark!
You pulled out your knives and gritted your teeth.
Y/N: Eat ass and die, Tarelton!
You rushed toward the Dreadbot and threw your knives before you used the HUD to lock all of your spikes onto the bot. They fired out and sliced into it.
Kamala: Uh, Mr. Stark...
Tony: Just stay near the nice green man.
Your strings came back and you attached a knife to your line before you swung it around at the Dreadbot. You could feel your already sore body get even worse as you pushed yourself. Soon enough, Hulk and Kamala joined the fight just as more bots were deployed.
Tarelton: The girl needs our help. So does the boy.
Y/N: I don't need your help. I just need your head on a platter.
Tony: Well you know...they seem fine to me.
Tarelton: Inhumans are sick, they need treatment.
Tony just laughed as you pulled yourself ontop of the Dreadbot. You buried a knife into the main cannon.
Tony: Do people actually buy that crap?
You twisted the knife and swung off of the bot as Tony released one final blast. The robot was destroyed and you moved on to the smaller ones.
Tony: How is Tarelton controlling these machines?
Kamala: I don't know. He got his powers after the accident. I saw him controlling a robotic spider once. I think it works like Y/N's.
Tony: Well, he's leveled up from spiders. Think you can take control?
Y/N: Only once a day. It makes me tried and I end up passing out if I over do it.
Tony: Right. Let's avoid that.
You stabbed into another robot before you threw your knife across the way into another. You swung over to Kamala who grabbed your hands suddenly. She then began to spin you around and threw you right into a group of bots that you ended up destroying with your lines to protect you.
Y/N: That was, actually kinda cool.
Kamala: Team move!
Tony: Nice moved, kiddo--uh, Kamala. You to Levia...Y/N. Yeah. Y/N.
Tarelton: You have looked down on me from the moment we met. Let me introduce you to what I like to call "techno-kinesis".
Y/N: What kind of lame ass name is that?
The bots were then covered in that same purple energy that covered the Dreadbot. No matter. You had another trick. You clenched your hand and rushed into a middle of a large number of bots. You then punched the ground which hacked them onto your side.
Y/N: Ha! You're not the only "hacker" here, Tarelton.
Tony turned towards Kamala.
Tony: Stay close to the Hulk. Or as close as he'll let you.
Kamala: No. I got this. Watch.
Tony: Wait! You're not ready for...
Kamala embiggened into a giant and began to smash through the robots and AIM soldiers.
Tony: Or maybe you are.
You swung over to Hulk and jumped on his back which he allowed. You jumped off his shoulder and landed behind the robot before you trapped them with your strings. Hulk then swung his fists and sent them flying. You were hit in the back but Hulk grabbed the AIM soldier and threw him over the edge and into the canyon.
Tarelton: Frankly, I'm surpised to see you and Banner together again.
Tony: Well...Brucie and I are seeing someone about our issues. She's great. Short, strechy, really good at guessing passwords. We're doing it for the kid.
Y/N: I appreciate it!
You shot out a line that connected with Tony's boots as he flew by. You used your new vantage point to rain down knives at the bots below.
Tarelton: Still putting the weak in danger. You never learn.
Y/N: Who the hell are the weak in this situation? Are you not seeing us completely take down this army that you sent?
Kamala: Right? It's kind of a compliment, actually.
Tony: I like you more every second kid.
Y/N: Yeeeeeeeep. She tends to have the effect on people.
You let go of Tony's boot and landed next to Kamala as you both stood back to back.
Y/N: She makes you like her more and more every second she's around you.
Kamala: He doesn't know that he's the same way.
You both leaped back into action as you smashed the last of the robots. Suddenly, you had an alert in your helmet.
Y/N: Incoming!
The dropship lowered down.
Tarelton: You heard Dr. Banner's testimony, Stark. The Avengers were dangerous. I wasn't the only one who ordered you to be dissolved.
The ship dropped down two medium sized robots and another Dredbot.
Tony: All this for me? Aww...You shouldn't have.
Tarelton: Don't flatter yourself. I've barely lifted a finger.
Tony: So the kid's right? You're mind-melding with robots now?
Tarelton: You're choosing a side in a battle you can not understand.
Tony: I chose my side five years ago. You showed up and forced my hand.
Tarelton: Give me the kids, and you and Banner can do whatever you want.
Kamala: Forget it!
Tony: Took the words right out of my mouth.
Y/N: You say this is war, Tarelton. Then be ready for us to come at you with everything we got. I'm done sitting around feeling sorry for myself. Your days are numbered.
You pulled yourself over to the Dreadbot and stabbed your knife into it. You then locked onto the bot and fired off your strings which dug into the metal and exposed the circuits inside. You pulled out the knife and stabbed it inside. You the flipped away as it began to spark.
The bot erupted into a ball of fire as you slowly stood up. More bots began to get teleported in as the four of you stood against the burning mansion.
Tarelton: You need to listen to logic and reason.
Tony: Why start now?
You all turned when you heard Hulk doing something. Hulk grabbed Tony's trailer and lifted it over his head.
Tony: Wait! No! My stuff was in there!
Hulk threw the trailer at the dropship which caused it to erupt into flames. You watched as it fell into the canyon and the robots around you dropped to the ground lifeless.
Kamala: Uh, we did it?
You nodded.
Y/N: Yeah. We did it.
Tony: Yeah we did....what the hell was that?
Tony turned to you.
Tony: Everything you just did was completely reckless and stupid. You could've seriously gotten hurt!
Y/N: Uh...
Tony: I got five grey hairs just by watching you! Where did you even learn to do that?
You and Kamala looked at each other for a moment. You both started to laugh while Bruce transformed back and Tony looked at you with his mouth open and a ever slight smrik on his face. Bruce even smiled. This was the first time he had seen you laugh like this since this all started.
